Want to know what the U.S .would look like under Barack Obama’s amnesty for illegals? Look no further than the president’s own family, warn officials for the Washington watchdog organization Judicial Watch.
“President Obama’s ‘Uncle Omar’ is the face of what is wrong with the Obama administration’s lawless and dangerous approach to illegal immigration. Instead of being deported, as the law requires, Uncle Omar was allowed to roam the streets and endanger the lives of innocent people, including a law enforcement officer,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
“And Uncle Omar is exactly the kind of person that local police would have been able to easily keep off the streets as a result of new immigration laws in states such as Arizona and Georgia, which are being challenged in court by the Obama administration,” he said.
Obama’s illegal alien uncle was arrested last week for allegedly driving drunk after leaving the Chicken Bone Saloon in Framingham, Mass. He was accused of nearly hitting a police car.
Onyango Obama reportedly is a citizen of Kenya but apparently ignored a deportation order in the 1990s and has been a fugitive since.

Obama's aunt has been quoted as saying if you are an immigrant you are entitled to be a citizen. No you are not! You have to earn that right by coming here legally and obeying the laws and following the path to citizenship that every other honorable and legal immigrant has taken in this country. So what is the goal of Obama's illegal and lawless approach to immigration ? Chaos and having eventually to give all illegals citizenship and VOTING rights to thereby build a political consensus that will allow the progressive left to acquire more power in our govt.
Obama's approach to immigration also violates ALL citizens civil rights granted under the 14th Amendment and the Bill of Rights. If illegals, including those under deportation orders, simply get a pass for breaking the law and committing felonies and are let free to go do the same again with no penalties, and honest law-abiding Americans and legal immigrants get tossed in the slammer, that is a civil rights violation as there is no equal treatment under the law. If you get a DUI as an illegal or commit a felony and you are simply let out again to roam the streets to hurt someone else, you are receiving privileges that citizens don't get. That is a Federal civil rights violation under the 1964 Civil rights law and other statutes and the directives of our Constitution regarding justice and fair treatment for all..

Countless number of American citizens and green card holders, have forfeited their businesses as other Contractors have underbid their work by using illegal aliens, so that many dependable companies have been unable pay their insurance, taxes and living expenses. These are not isolated cases, as the epidemic has spread nationwide as the theft goes on?
The issue of illegal immigration is a very serious situation, which not only affects jobs, but the economy as well. Last year’s appraised the cost of subsidizing a part 20 million or more illegal migrants and immigrants was $113 Billion dollars. This has exposed the federal and State payouts that cover the main expenditures of education, health care and the penal system. This is just a limited assessment by the well known conservative think tank of the "Heritage foundation." The issue of illegal immigration is boiling over between Governor of Texas Rick Perry and Mitt Romney, who must find middle ground on this ugly situation, that grown in intensity over three decades. Rick Perry has a poor D- grading of on this controversial subject that affects us all, then even Mitt Romney also has a poor showing of D-. Neither presidential politician has shown any intensity in fighting the illegal alien invasion. America will always accept highly skilled occupational professionals, but not the poverty-stricken desperate from around the world. Every year a million enter this sovereign country, using fraudulent ID to gain welfare and public assistance, including semi -skilled that shouldn't be admitted to profit businesses with lower wages, when American have the same qualifications?
Whereas, Rep. Michele Bachmann comes first in all Immigration stances, as does the millions of people that have joined the TEA PARTY. Rick Perry doesn't support the fence, separating our country from the unceasing invasion of economic illegal aliens from the South. Perry also opposed a standing military presence along the border, as exactly the same as the Democrats and President Obama. Rep. Romney's speech to the Republican Hispanic National Assembly didn't mention illegal immigration, but carefully exhibited in his speech "that he was great proponent of legal immigration." he also said in his speech, "Our country must do a better job of securing its borders and as president, I will. That means completing construction of a high-tech fence and investing in adequate manpower and resources."

The terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 were the catalyst for what would become the REAL ID ACT. The Real ID Act requires you and me to prove identity and lawful status in the United States. This is the first national legislation to require states to identify all driver license and ID card applicants through a standard process. The idea for the Real ID Act came out of a security recommendation to Congress by the 9/11 Commission. It was signed into law in 2005.
Prior to 9/11, driver license were originally issued to grant driving privileges. Even though it included a photo, it alone did not verify a person’s identity. Today, driver license and ID cards are widely used to show proof of identity to access a variety of banking, retail, air transportation, community services and benefits.
Post 9/11, driver license and ID card issuance has become part of our National Security system. It is a nationwide effort to improve the integrity and security of STATE-ISSUED driver licenses and identification cards, which in turn will help fight terrorism and reduce fraud. Constitutional Tax Collectors are now part of that “security system” because the Florida Legislature transferred these services to us in 2010.
What did Real ID change for Florida driver license and ID card applicants? Here are a few:
Record applicants’ full legal name;
Applicants required to provide proof of identity;
Social security numbers must be documented;
Submit two proofs of residential addresses (not more than two months old) and this address is printed on the license/ID card;
Includes a new “penalty of perjury” for giving a false statement in the oath;
Reduces renewals by mail to only one between office visits;
Extends the expiration term from six years to eight.
If you were born after December 1, 1964, you have until December 1, 2014 to get Real ID’d. Applicants born before December 1, 1964 have until December 1, 2017 to comply. After 2017, possession of a Real ID will be required to board a commercial flight or enter a federal building.
So how did uncle obama get his SS# and drivers Lic. and auto insurance?
You have to own the car to insure it, you have to show a photo ID to buy a car, photo & birth cert. ID to get a drivers lic.
SS# you have to show a birth cert. I was born same year as he was 1944, had to show my BC to get a SS#.
