WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Obama administration is leaving open the possibility of giving Moscow certain secret data on U.S. interceptor missiles due to help protect Europe from any Iranian missile strike.
A deal is being sought by Washington that could include classified data exchange because it is in the U.S. interest to enlist Russia and its radar stations in the missile-defense effort, a Pentagon spokeswoman said Tuesday in written replies to Reuters.
No decision has been made yet on whether the United States would offer data about the interceptors’ “velocity at burnout,” or VBO, said Air Force Lieutenant Colonel April Cunningham, the spokeswoman, but it is not being ruled out.
VBO is at the heart of what Russia wants as the price for its cooperation, said Riki Ellison, head of the private Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance, who has close ties to missile defense and military officials.
VBO tells how fast an interceptor is going when its rocket-booster motor fuel is spent and the motor burns out.

Amazing!!!This Democratic Administration using any excuse to get into the sack with the enemy, my question is, does The Obama Administration have the Right to hand over Classified Documents, or does that question really need to be asked, knowing who is behind the wheel driving this country down to hades? Even if it is illegal, with Eric Holder as the AG, he will make it legal just for the time being. Just let a Republican do something like that, Boy, O Boy, the democrates would definately have a field day. In my opinion (which doesn’t mean much) if Obama allows that to happen, then he would be no better than that PFC who gave all that information to Wikileaks, and you all know where that PFC is, and he will never see the light of day again, so Obama is no better than that PFC . Throw the President in jail if he does it.
As far as I’m concerned there isn’t a single person with any gutrs in the government to stop Obama. Baby Boehner and Mitch McConnel and Eric Cantor should also be held up on charges as far as I’m concerned because they haven’t lifted a finger to put a stop to this usurper. They just let him get away with this crap. Here we have a president that has his finger on the button for nukes and he’s a forger???? What the FK! I hope everyone reading this gets a clue and starts to scream at the top of your lungs about this. I went to my local sign shop and had a sign made up for my van. It is the announcement of Obama’s birth certificate being a forgery. I’ve written to many people on facebook telling them of my alarm and nobody has the guts to write me back or do one dammed thing about anything!!! I get calls from the RNC wanting money and I’m telling them until someone says something to get the good on Obama that I’m not donating one more red cent. I am sick of this crap..
OMG!!!! What next? Give them access to our intelligence files at CIA, NSA, FBI, ASA, and other agencies? Have those in DC truly lost their minds completely?
