TSA agents tracked down and harassed Julio Rausseo, a citizen journalist who had previously filmed their activity in Union Station in Chicago. Unfortunately for them, Rausseo not only held his ground, he also managed to film their harassment.

I didn’t know TSA was ARMED NOW!!??? They are the communist government’s communist ARMED brownshirts and free passers to islamists-of-the-world! THIS IS NOT AMERICA ANY MORE!!!!!!! THIS IS A SILENCED AND ATTACKED WE THE PEOPLE!!! THERE IS NO CONSTITUTION NOW!!! THERE IS ONLY THOSE THAT WILL FOLLOW “ORDERS” AND THOSE THAT WILL NOT AND WILL FIGHT FOR OUR FREEDOMS AGAIN!!!

The TSA agents sound like black panther party thugs that are the friends of Eric Holder, trying to speak like a Caucasian. Let me ake u something, did they do a goot job of it.
When I fly when the before they molest me I ask if he is gay they always ask why you ask, My answer is because I am not here for you to enjoy your self boy do they get piss.
Maybe we should give them some real work, like leave bags at every airport, have them close the airports, check those unattended bags.
Or wrap up some bricks or other harmless things, and leave them laying around. Drive them crazy thinking they were hot on the trail of some terrorist. Maybe they’d get the message that law-abiding Americans don’t need to be harassed and/or groped by these perverts!
This is pure bull shit! There is no reason for TSA in the first place! They are not stopping anything or accomplishing any thing other than Harassment! I am glad I am not able to fly! But I would like some SOB TSA agent groping me in a railroad station! I might go to jail but would be well worth it. He would think twice before doing it again! Where do they come up with these IDIOTS that think they are OBAMA and above the law?
Isn’t there a law against harrassment? If I were Julio I would sue those vermin. Somewhere along the line the TSA has to be brought down a peg or two……namely eliminated. This is another issue our Congress ignores on a regular basis….why? Obviously they want us to be intimidated and assaulted so that we will fear them.

I am a 22 year, “Professional Soldier”. Being a “Professional” is not demonstrated by bowing to oppression, “professionalism” is doing the right thing, in the proper manner, even in the face of adversity. The only error I could spot in Julio’s actions was his statement that “I think” in reference to what he was doing. Julio should KNOW the boundaries before stepping into the realm of journalism. If he has the right to film impromptu actions then he should do so and be prepared to cite the rule that allows him to do so.
acrscout you hit it on the head there. but otehr than that i think he did a great job. just needs to be able to cite it verbatem. make them wonder if they may not be being set up by an attorney for a lawsuit. you begin quoting laws and stating statutes and sections they get real damned nervous while trying to harrass you

You know, I believe that we could get rid of the TSA altogether if only the individual airports (and some have already done this) hired private security firms, which would follow THEIR protocols, not TSA’s, and then they would have no place to work. Let them work in D.C. only! Only problem is getting the airports to do it. Perhaps an avalanche of letters, citizen protests, petitions, a mass letter writing (as opposed to emails) to the head of the airport telling them WHY you will NOT be flying through that airport as long as it uses TSA agents. Same goes for the airlines that fly there, let THEM know what you think. I long for the days when there were no “things” to walk through, your family could see you off right at the boarding tunnel, you could bring whatever you wanted onboard with you and NO one had a problem. Worse thing that might happen is you could have been hijacked to Cuba if you were Florida bound. But you weren’t hurt and after they got off the plane came back.
I totally agree with you, that julio had the right to video the unconstiututional TSA PRETENDING to be police officers. America is a FREE COUNTRY and I suppose he just hasnt read the Constitution. We have the First Amendment and we can say or take photographs of anything, as long as it is not purposefully distasteful and doing so would protect the animals, people, or entities being harmed. This man also had no right to ask you for your ID. You should have asked him for HIS and the regulation number you were supposed to have been violating. TSA is FARCE!!! And this man sounds typical of the caliber of people they probably hire. The TSA needs to be disbanded; we dont need it!!!
He should file criminal charges for official misconduct under the Illinois Criminal Code. I encourage him to go to the Illinois States Attroneys Office with his video and demand to file a criminal complaint.

I think Tsa needs to be disbanned
and sued
when anyone knows they are being filmed or recorded ,they are going to be on their best behavior. That is what “Free Press” is. These clowns try telling him their are policies to follow about reporting news by which you have to apply for a permit and give the reason why you are wanting to film, only so they can reject the application for permit and if they do approve a permit, they are going to give the exact time , place and whom can and cannot be filmed which makes it irrelevant because they are certainly going to follow policy to the “T” during the time of recording or interview.
When someone is coming to your home to do an inspection of some sort, naturally you clean the house prior to their arrival. When customers or investors or inspectors are coming to your company for a walk through to see the process or other, you have the company cleaned up to pass inspection or impress the customer and as soon as your actions are not under scrutiny its back to business as usual.
A lawsuit should be brought against these TSA people for stalking and harassment and violation of his rights to peaceful enjoyment by stalking him. Followed up with a suit against the government that sent these idiots the video and violating his privacy by releasing his personal information without probable cause of a crime. TSA rules and regulations are not laws that can justify violating someones right to privacy and peaceful enjoyment.
