Whether or not Obama was born in America, he still fails to meet the other provisions of President. Both of his parents need to be “Natural Born Citizens”, meaning they too were born in America. Very obviously, his dad was born in Kenya. What happened here? Whether he was born in America, which I seriously doubt since he spoke so many times of being Born In Kenya !!, he still does not qualify for the standards set in the Constitution. If we are not going to follow the rules, lets just throw the whole thing out and do what feels good!! America was a “Grand Experiment” and now we have run it into a ditch. This is inaccurate. The President needs to be a “natural-born” citizen. His parents don’t. Both his parents need to be US Citizens at the time of his birth. They can be naturalized citizens or native-born citizens.

We have allowed the government of the United States, whose citizens fought and died to be free from tyranical governments in our homeland and later went to Europe to free others, to become so corrupted that we risk freedom again. Give me a march, I will participate! I truly believe that OUR AMERICA is at risk from within ! No matter how you figure his family dynamics, you cannot get past the fact that his Father was born in Kenya. Not Hawaii or the mainland and it is a stopper. I know how much money we pay people in Congress and I fault Washington for letting this happen ! From 2007-2008 I have found so many references said by Obama about his being born in Kenya. Check the lack of resemblance between Obama and Barry, who could have been born in Kenya to make it seem as though Obama was the daddy and keep people from knowing the truth: his daddy was a Marxist and a pervert. In that case, he would be a NBC no matter where he was born, but he was elected as Obama, not Davis. He would have to be removed asap if this is the truth and so they are desperate to keep the lid on this and marginalize us more than birthers as much as they possibly can.
We may never know the whole truth, but it’s pretty obvious that Barry’s screwed either way.

The “What if” part of your post shows that you are not a “former lefty” as you claim. This is a standard tactic of progressive left wing thinkers who pose “what if” to almost any fact, and then provide not a shred of proof of their posts.
Frankly, it DOES NOT MATTER. He has claimed Obama as his father as a means to an end, and if he changes the parentage, that makes not a difference to the fact that he lied to get the position he is in. For that falsehood, he MUST be removed from office and convicted of a Federal crime.

George Romney, his father, was born in Mexico. but the elder Romney was still a US citizen because both of his folks were american born. George Romney and his wife from college married and moved to Detroit Michigan where Mitt was born.
Your assumption that he was an American citizen simply because both his parents were American citizens is flawed. To be an American citizen, you must be born on American soil (hence the term “anchor babies”, children born of illegal immigrants on US soil being deemed “American citizens”). Otherwise, you are American only after naturalization, such as my brother, born in London, England was naturalized when my parents came back from England in 1963. And my parents were both born in the Continental United States of America, as was I.
It’s not just about the birth certificate. He has a forged selective service card – it is a federal crime to forge a selective service card. He uses a social security number that was originally issued to someone who is now deceased and his number has failed E-Verify testing. Identity theft using a social security card is also a federal crime. Conservative voters are very concerned about these things. Good for Trump for discussing Obama’s eligibility somebody in the Republican Party needs to stand up and back Sherriff Joe. The Republican Establishment unfortunately don’t seem to be the slightest bit concerned about any of these things. To make it even worse, John Boehner, who is as big a traitor as Obama, just gave Eric Holder a free pass on “Fast and Furious”. The Republican establishment has got to go. Every Republican in the House and Senate needs to face a “REAL CONSERVATIVE” opponent in a primary before their next election. We will never get this country back to what it should be until the Republican establishment is replaced.

All citizens are not natural born. The founders did not want a President who has divided loyalties. Like Barack who even if he was born in the US is not natural born. His dad had a British citenship and never became a US citizen. Barack has shown favoritism to Muslim countries. The founders did not want that and that is why the term natural born was entered in Ariticle II Section I of the constitution. Thus Barack is not elgible Both parents must be born here. naturalization does not make the qualification.

Donald Trump is taking credit where no credit is due. He states that the GOP “appreciated” his bringing the birth issue to light, forgetting entirely that the issue was raised long before his campaign to join the run for President, and several months before he brought the issue up.
If Trump was VP he would overshadow Romney.
As a Lifetime Democrat, I certainly don’t mind Donald talking about Obama’s birth place. If he was born in Hawaii, the fact remains that he is not a Natural Born Citizen, only his mother was an American Citizen. His father was a Kenyan citizen or a British Subject, whatever they call themselves. Just that one item disqualifies Obama from being President. Course, the Democratic Party ceased to exist around 2007-08, when Obama came on the scene and turned it into something resembling a Looney Tune AntiAmerican Legion of Demonkrats that would look better flying a Red Flag with a Sycle.

The Donald is American born, free, white and over 21, I don’t think this qualifies him to be a racist and just because he has a right to question any elected official does not mean he needs to be silenced, the right to dissent is as American as apple pie.
Our problem here is the way our elected officials have been allowed to hold office, it has to change, career incumbency has now become elitism at it’s worst and the protest against the citizenry by these political elites is pathetic and petty, now they are making your representation the issue, they want you to keep them in office and let them live off your tax dime to support their extravagance but your not supposed to notice their ineptness and lack of productivity or speak out. That is the height of elitism, it has to change, basically term limits salary only, no retiremet for all elected and appointed officials, the use of a national sales tax to maintain a budget and of course other modifications to control the grrowth of bureaucracy but this is a start to regaining the representation you are now being denied because of the elitist entitlement thinking that pervades the government….
Conservatives appreciated me bring it up when Orly Taitz first filed a Civil Lawsuit in Santa Ana, CA Federal District Court. I followed it until the Judge tossed it with the lame excuse that he had no jurisdiction.
PACER is the source of Federal Court documents, and I had a full load of them, including Obama’s British Protectorate of Kenya Certificate of Birth.
Finally in Florida a State Judge ordered Obama and/or his Lawyer to show up June 18th to prove eligibility in legal documents that he is equivalent to a “natural born citizen” as required in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution that stipulates “only a natural born citizen is eligible to be President”.
Since we all know that no such proof exists, the Judge can only rule that Obama is ineligible and under Florida law they don’t have to place his name on the Ballot or even accept write-ins.

Florida informed the Justice Department they have no intentions of stopping the activity of weeding out potential illegal aliens or otherwise illegal registered voters.
If the US AG wants action, maybe he directs someone to go over the list and verify U.S. Citizenship and entitlement to Florida Voter Registration (as in verify they are not convicted criminals that lost their rights to vote; and are not registered to vote in more than one state).
If the United States Government refuses to verify a person’s U.S. Citizenship, then no State in the Union, District of Columbia or anywhere do the Voting Rights acts apply. It is a two-way street. Responsibilities to verify U.S. Citizenship belong to the Federal Government. No Compliance, and some People will not be allowed to vote.
If Obama can not show legal precedent allowing a person who is not a Natural Born Citizen of the USA because only one parent is an American Citizen to be President, then his Name should be removed from any Florida Ballots.
The same applies to all 50 States and D.C.

This is not about like or dislike it’s about Constitutional Law and the future of our country.
Do you really know what the phrase “natural born” stands for? No, it’s not citizenship as is addressed in the 14th Amendment. It is a qualification for the office of POTUS and nothing else. It is used no where else outside A2, S1, p5. as a requirement for becoming the President of the United States of America! Our Founders got the term from Vattel’s Law of Nations. They had five copies of Law of Nations to study as they wrote their wonderful Law of the United States. It is the children of parents (with a “s” signifying both) citizens of our country, the day their child was born and that birth on American soil. Jus Sanguinis, Jus Soli – Born of Blood and Soil. John Jay wrote George Washington about adding natural born as a requirement to keep British Subjects from usurping control of the position of Commander in Chief and destroying America from the inside out. Didn’t happen for 232 years but we let it happen in 2008. The son of a Kenyan Brit got elected President. But something bigger is going on! McCain was not natural born, he was born in Panama not on American soil. Bobby Jindal and Marco Rubio both had parents where both the mothers and the daddys were not American citizens the day their VP seeking sons were born. There’s an amendment that requires a VP to be natural born. This goes on to Mitt Romney. Mitts daddy George was born in Mexico. His citizen ship status has not been proven but there are those that say Mexico required George and his wife to take on Mexican Citizenship to live there. If they did, even if they did not renounce their American citizenship, they owed allegiance to Mexico and could not pass on natural born American status to their boy Mitt the day he was born. The others are a fact but We The People need to be sure Mitt is natural born before we again elect an ineligible man to our highest office! We need facts not opinions! We need the facts now!

As for Romney, I’m of the opinion that he may not be a qualified candidate because of his father’s citizenship status. Until that is clarified, I’d think that one of the candidates that withdrew might need to re-enter the race fot the White House.
Notice I do not place my preference up here – one has to hope that the push for truth and transparency uproots all the evil that is entrenched in the government, but I’m not being all that hopeful. I will always consider them to be of criminal intent until proven wrong.
