So the prosecution either doesn’t have or does have enough evidence for a formal trial?

No matter what happens in this case it wouldn’t be good enough because it has taken way to long for something to happen and that is sadly a fact.
It is just a matter of trying to satisfy all concerned. Jackson, wright and the like. After all, Zimmerman was already tried by the main stream media and Obumer.
why bother with a real trial. Of course the fact that Zimmerman is hispanic (No mention of course, just the wite side) dosn’t matter in this case. So according to Jackson and Wright just take him out and shot him.
