With Democrats in control of the White House and both chambers of Congress, Senate Democrats are coming out against a filibuster for whomever President Obama nominates to the Supreme Court. Going one step further, key Democrats are denying their own support of the filibuster on all sorts of judges — from district to appeals courts to the highest court in the land.
On Sunday, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) told ABC’s “This Week” that “we never filibuster Justices of the Supreme Court.” In fact, Leahy himself supported the filibuster.
Leahy’s historical revisionism has been echoed by Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), who told The Hill, “Historically, Supreme Court justices have never been filibustered.

Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, has said there "definitely" are problems with Obama's Hawaii birth story.
"As of the time I was in Hawaii working in the elections office we had many people who were asking about the eligibility of Senator Obama to be president. I was told at the time there is no long-form birth record, which would have been the case if President Obama was born in [a] hospital in Honolulu. There is no such form in Hawaii," he said.
"Since then, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the head of that agency, has made public statements on the subject, but has refused all requests for copies of the actual records in the department's custody. Recently, a former Hawaii elections clerk has come forward saying that he was told that the department's records showed Obama was NOT born in Hawaii," the organization said.
However, no news release from the state of Hawaii identified the birth location as Kapi'olani. And Lingle's statement also was contradicted by Fukino, who reported, "No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawaii.

That's right, former presidential candidate and Obama's choice for secretary of commerce, Gov. Bill Richardson, slipped up. In an effort to reach out to the Hispanic community, he admitted what Barack Obama has been trying to hide all these months: "Barack Obama is an immigrant." See it for yourself: You don't need a translator to understand what Richardson admitted: Barack Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. That means we have a guy who's planning to take over the White House who is in direct violation of the Constitution. And his own Cabinet member says so. That's pretty big news, one would think. But the media has refused to cover it with anything more than a blurb laced with a "this is ridiculous" tone. It is ridiculous ?quot; ridiculous that the Constitution means so little that we can't even ensure that it's being followed. It's ridiculous that the story of the century is being ignored by those whose job it is to report it.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas said the Supreme Court, Representatives, and Senators all know Obama is an illegal Islam Muslim alien and he is holding every one in the country hostage.
MSM has been notified by Obama's confederate in the FCC any one questioning Obama's elgibility will lose their license.
