o He saved the day….by insisting that insurance Companies provide, but get reimbursed costs from the Gov’t
o NEVER did he “negotiate” the issue of ..” FREE Contraceptives for Women.”
o Never did he admit that such practice puts the burden of “free contraceptives for promiscuous females “on my tab”!

The difference between alien and immigrant has much to do with intent.
Immigrant….. A person who leaves one country to settle permanently in another.
Alien …..Owing political allegiance to another country or government; foreign: alien residents.
An immigrant fully intends to stay in country and seek citizenship. It does not matter if he entered
our country within or outside the bounds of our law..what matters is his intent…
He might be a legal immigrant.
He might be an illegal immigrant
During his waiting period for citizenship he is an alien immigrant resident…. or immigrant for short.
After receiving citizenship he is a citizen immigrant….. or immigrant for short.
IF he entered illegally, he has no right to citizenship, so he has a long wait and
is subject to deportation.
THAT is what malfeasance of our Government has created…approaching 20,000,000 x.
If he enters the country without citizenship, he is an alien; legal or illegal.
When I visit Italy (legally of course) I am an alien; a legal alien. And so long as I am living there, I am an alien resident
