Former Republican House majority leader Tom DeLay says he has “no idea” whether Barack Obama is constitutionally eligible to serve as president because he refuses to show his birth certificate to the American people.
In answer to a question from Newsweek about statements he previously made with regard to Obama’s eligibility, he stated: “What I said was, to answer a question from Chris Matthews, I said: ‘Why wouldn’t the president of the United States show the American people his birth certificate?’ You have to show a birth certificate to play little league baseball. It’s a question that should be answered. It’s in the Constitution that you have to be a natural-born citizen of the United States to be president.”
Asked whether be believed Obama was a citizen, DeLay responded: “I have no idea.”

This is unbelievable when the United States of America has a sitting president and the people are not sure that he is a natural born citizen. Remember how the left rumored that John McCain wasn't a US citizen because he was born at the Panama Canal military base. There really should be something we can do about Obama's refusal to show an authentic birth certificate. I can't stand that guy.

We the People have elected, and have had appointed, one hell of a lot of people who have sworn an oath to defend our Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic – so Obama is covered, no matter what kind of enemy he may be. We need at least one oath keeper to honor his oath, and have this issue resolved. May U.S. District Judge David Carter have the intestinal fortitude to make the correct decision – and soon!

I don't need to use my Ph.D. in psychology to understand human behavior in this instance. One does not spend over a million dollars for no reason to hire a small army of lawyers (as Obama has done) to keep hidden that which every one of us genuine citizens is proud to possess: proof that we were born in the United States of America. Oh, sure, some of that money was spent to also keep suppressed his applications to colleges (as a foreign student?), his medical records, his adoption papers in Indonesia, his transcripts and all records from all three colleges he attended…and…well, you get the drift. And now Bill Ayers is saying that he also wrote Obama's book! I pray daily that Judge Carter will have what no other judge to date has displayed — the integrity and grit to honor his own oath to uphold the Constitution and tell Obama it is way past time to cough up his records. We who will pay the bills in the trillions for this man's ego, deserve to see them for ourselves!
I am sicken every day by the double standards of the media and by the things Obama can get away with. (Not to mention how sick I get when I hear "Odumb"ma speak).He should show his birth certificate "YESTERDAY". Why would he spend over a million dollars to have it protected along with all his personal records? We should be able to do something to make this Community Organizer produce his birth certificate. He is an embarrassment to our country. He is only good at reading teleprompters.
Although "I have no idea" is a weak statement, it is better than nothing. What if he had said something like, "If he weren't a citizen, he wouldn't have run for the office, so I'm sure he is, and all the birthers are idiots"? At least Delay is expressing the same doubt that all voters, Democrats included, should have.

If becoming very obvious that this man {Obama} committed election FRAUD! with the help of higher up officials who undoubtedly had to of known what was going on. If you look at the official notarized Democratic parties election forms that was signed by Nancy Ploci ,in Colorado it states that Obama was constitutionally eligible to run for president. Within an hour of signing that form, there was another exact form released and signed again by Nancy Poloci ,,and re-notarized with the last sentence removed with "Constitutionally Eligible " taken out of the document !!. They all will sooner or later have to answer for all the damage caused by the greed of these criminals ! They can run ,, but that will not be able to hide. Watch all the rats start to jump from the Obama sinking ship. This will go down as the worst criminal conspiracy this country ever has seen in it history!! Obama HAS shown his authentic birth certificate, the OFFICIAL birth certificate of Hawaii. The Certification of Live Birth is now the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and it is the only one that Hawaii sends out. Have you ever heard of "ex-post facto law" ? It is illegal to retroactively apply any law. Try going to law school or educating yourself in the matters of law before ignorantly espousing your opinions online. The same applies to the propaganda ministry known as the free press but owned by adherents to international high finance with no interest in law except when it is profitable.

The "Certificate of Live Birth" supplied by the Hawaiian government has scant information not like any other VALID birth cerificate. That certificate is not an original which provides much more information. The Hawaiian government, at what ever level, did not or would not violate its own law of obliterating the original birth document and merely, then, substitute a document of record that would not suffice for any other reason where a cerified copy of the original is required, i.e. a passport, or college entrance or military service enrollment etc.
Apparently our congress has no idea what the constitution requires them to know and adhere to. Among other other duties and powers listed in Article 1 section 8 is ; "To establish a uniform rule of naturalization" and "To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the Law of Nations"
Mr Delay, Should the US declare a citizen of the United States, under uniform rules of naturalization define, to ignore any other nations recognized citizenship and allegiance ? Is the US not obliged to respect the "Law of Nations" when considering the rights, allegiances and citizenship of all other nations? You know the answers as it is your sworn duty to uphold the constitution and this information is readily available to anyone who would apply due diligence in the performance of this duty.
This nation indeed must respect the citizenship of foreign nationals and their offspring and it does except in this one instance when you and your colleagues have decided to violate the constitution, Article 2 Section 1 ; "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President" by ignoring the Law of Nations and attempting to deny the citizenship status of B. H. Obama as the son of a man who is by law the citizen of another sovereign nation whose rights under "The Law of Nations" and US laws, at the time of birth, state this son as having citizenship and allegiance owing to the fathers nation.
Even if Obama were born on US soil with a single US citizen parent legally eligible to transfer citizenship, Obama would be at best a dual citizen NOT a natural born citizen as the constitutional law requires, respecting the Law of Nations which defines what natural born citizens are and the rights of nations regarding their laws application to their citizens. Mr Delay, is the US omnipotent now at your leisure?
On a different note. Nobody makes any comments about Michelle Obama. First of all whe should get educated on how to dress as a First Lady. Her sleeveless trend is nothing but a low, trashy display of who she really is. The CEO of Playboy, Christy Huefner dresses in a suit, more professionally than the First Lady. Good Lord! Who do we have in the White House as representatives of this country? A woman who dresses like she is going to a picnic and a community organizer making world wide decisions and for our lives(health care, gun control, etc.). Also, nobody talks about Michelle "Obutt"ma who has a rear end so big she needs an aircraft carrier just for her backside. Maybe some of the bailout money should be used for an Airforce 3.
