Three Interesting Exit Polls With Little Coverage

Here are some interesting statistics from Florida which received little coverage.

In Florida, breakdown between male / female, married / unmarried had quite a divergence (especially in Ron Paul’s case) –

Sex by married

Total Paul GingrichRomney Santorum
Married men

41% 9% 36% 37% 15%
Married women

33% 5% 28% 51% 15%
Single men

11% 13% 24% 50% 11%
Single women

15% 7% 28% 47% 11%

Santorum had a late surge (we will see if it carries over to the national numbers), probably in sympathy of his daughter’s serious health problem and because of the negative campaigns by both Mitt & Newt against each other –

When did you finally decide for whom to vote in the presidential primary?

Among the significant Catholic vote (they always seem to go for the winner in the general election), Mitt whomped the two Catholic candidates –
