In the comment section of my recent article titled “Is this Obama’s end game?”, one comment stood out that has encouraged me to write this. The commenters name is Ernest Huber and it would appear that he is running for the United States congress from Washington state. Here is his bio.
This man has a very long list of credentials as well as military expirience. It is not my goal to endorse him or encourage people to vote for him. I am simply making the point that he is exactly the type of person that we need in Congress in order to turn this country around. We can only hope that whatever he has is catchy before November. Here are his comments:
Let’s be honest, Obama is a communist revolutionary and an enemy of the United States. [Proof]
After his election, Obama and his followers began incrementally overthrowing our government and installing a dictatorship. They must be immediately arrested and jailed by whatever means necessary for waging war against us. Mass impeachments, if necessary, can come later.
If Obama is still in office, my first order of business to get the ball rolling will be to call for the referring of the matter of Barack Obama to the House Judiciary Committee to investigate grounds for impeachment for, inter alia, failing to protect the States from invasion (Art. IV, sec. 4, U.S. Constitution), RICO violations, sedition, national security offenses, and other acts of treason.
If the massive Congressional and Executive corruption continues, my second order of business from the floor will be to call upon the Commanding General of the United States Army Military District of Washington to immediately execute arrest and search and seizure warrants on Barack Obama, his staff, and others; or, in the alternative, that they be confined as unlawful combatants. If necessary, a military tribunal determined by the Joint Chiefs of Staff should then serve as our interim Executive and employ special prosecutors until a new election is held.
If it’s illegal to directly overthrow our nation using armed insurgents, then it’s clearly illegal to indirectly overthrow our nation by massive fraud [Proof] and espionage using an unarmed insurgent President, his staff, and others. You can’t do indirectly what you’re prohibited from doing directly, even if you follow Rules for Radicals, smile, and do endless diversionary teleprompter propaganda and political indoctrination harangues. You can’t use the Constitution to destroy the Constitution. Most lawmaking is pointless until Obama and his gang are removed.
Based on insurgency histories, traffic analysis and threat assessments, there are in excess of 10,000 communist revolutionaries in the US who will be facing life in prison, and close to 1,000 facing capital punishment.
If Obama’s arrest and impeachment are unsuccessful, and as a last resort, I will assemble other Members of Congress, citizens, and militias, and proceed to the White House to implement the following foundational directive:
“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” (The Declaration of Independence)

He says what the rest of us are thinking everyday, and wondering, “where are our leaders?”
Water, water everywhere, but not a drop to drink. Over 500 “representatives,” and not a patriot among them.
If I lived in Washington State, he would have my vote.
We need him and a whole lot more like him…we may not be able to vote for him but we can contribute to his campaign to help him.
He is saying what we all know, pray for him. I certainly hope he gets elected.
Even if he don’t win in Washington for congress.Maybe we might be voting for him as president .

Trey Gowdy is intent on exposing Obama, Holder and Hillarys Part 2 of Fast and Furious and with additional help, all three of these ruthless individuals will be sent away for good. Another huge task is to openly expose the Bush/Clinton Crime Syndicate and how they are guiding and controlling the Obama Administration. America doesnt really know how they are involved in White House corruption, bribery, money laundering and murder. Both Bush senior and junior are deep into government drug smuggling and it is blatantly obvious. Once Holder, Obama and Hillary/Master Mind puppet are exposed……………everything will snow ball directly to Bush and Clinton. They have gotten away with it for years right under everybodies nose and America is now aware of what this corrupt government is capable of and what they are currently doing.

He would have my vote too. One thing how will these processes be implemented considering Whitehouse security, secret service, and God knows what else the powers who be have installed to protect then? Do you think that security/secret service will just open the door ?

If there existed a truthful media (not a criminal media as is) that should inform the public about Ernest Huber´s proposal, same would initiate what should be the only type of people´s action to eliminate the Kenyan Occupier of the White House and his backers, especially the JUDICIAL reps. It is time for such absolutely clear and lawful action. 5.000 Social Media patriotic activists would be enough to initiate the AMERICAN SPRING. Let´s do it!!
Roger This! We need Ernest Huber and about 434 more just like him in the House. And 100 more like him in the Senate NOW! This is the kind of man who can mobilize the entire Patriot Movement and provide the Leadership needed to eliminate Obama’s Marxist Coup and ensure that it never happens again!
Finally! Someone has the courage to stand up and publicly call Obama what he is; a marxist Traitor. So where are the patriots in congress who will put the Constitution ahead of their interests and those of their party? Apparently there are none for none of them has spoken these same words though all honest people know them to be true.

This IS the kind of person we need in Washington!! Where we started going off the track was when we started electing people to the White House, and Capital Hill when the only credentials they possessed was either they used to be a Movie Star, or they were a wrestler, or had a gig on Saturday Night Live, or was just simply a Black Man, and we wanted to make History by looking like we were putting an end to Racism charges put against us by other Countries and the Media!! Let’s try putting somebody up there that can actually Do the Job!!! What Do You Say America!!!!!!!

AMEN TO THIS GUY!!!! We need someone with courage- the kind of courage that started this country. It is needed more now than at any other time in our history. How dare these people take over our government, and go unchallenged for this long? Our spineless “representatives” need to feel the wrath of the people. And this is the type of man that will do it. He and Sheriff Joe are real modern day heroes and patriots. We need to back them up. So shape up your backbones, folks, and support him and men (or women) like him. We owe it to ourselves, our children, and all the brave soldiers who have fought for our values since 1776. God Bless America!
Why haven’t a few good men from the military done this right from the start. It just scares the hell out of me that this hasn’t happened yet. I have taken info into military recruiting offices and have found that none of them have read anything pertaining to to the treason we are in or even know about our own home grown communist’s. I would advise Mr. Huber to start talking to mid to upper level military people and educate them quick. The top brass has always been hand picked by the Council on Foreign Relations a think tank created by the owners of the private Federal Reserve vampires so there is no use talking to them. Our citizens are programmed by popular culture and are pretty much hopeless. Good luck all

We absolutely need this type of person in Congress,,,we have SOME of them, but we need MORE of them!!!! Political correctness is killing us, figuratively and literally!!! Sounds like a good plan to me. After all – personally, I think everyone in congress should be arrested and charged with treason, aiding, and abetting. They all took oaths to protect the constitution from foreign and domestic threats. Aren’t there any consequences for violating that oath? Even the republicans – they didn’t nominate the fraud in chief but they haven’t done anything about it, have they?

Just like Rome did hundreds of years ago these pigs have looted everything and sold our defense secrets to communist China for cash. There would be a lot more than a million armed patriots. Almost all of the NRA, retired vets, VFW, many in law enforcement, national guard, etc. Half of congress are enthusiastic enablers, the other half are just plain cowards. Can you name two things that Barry has done to build up America? Just two.
Earnest Huber should be contacting the above mentioned groups hourly.
If he was in Ohio, he would surely get both mine and my spouses vote. However, the Speaker of the House who is a Representative from the State of Ohio does reside here (although not in my district) and he has not grown the brass ones to bring Obama to justice.

I think everybody should copy this article and send it to every elected official we have. And at the opening of the letter ,it should say something like. Why can’t you do the job that we elected you to do , you seem to need some help, (lots of help) contact this gentleman, I’m sure he will show you how to do it .COWARD!

We need a LOT more like him to take back Congress! These frauds that have worked intensly to bring America down should be held accountable. All 3 branches of government need to be purged. While I seriously doubt that our economic situation is salvagable, especially the demise of the US Dollar, we CAN recreate conditions that might help survive this event.

AS ” WS ” says, we JOHN Q. PUBLIC , need to band together this fall in the Generl election of 2o12 and VOTE out every incumbent, in the House, in the Senate and in the White House. The nest General Election in 2014 we JOHN Q. PUBLIC should VOTE out every person who was not voted out in 2012.. Eventually , all of the incumbernts will be removed from all areas of Washington D/C Government..
We JOHN Q./ PUBLIC can then put our Government back under control . Then with that done , we can toss out all those free loading Government workers .
Here’s another thought that should be looked into.

Well, it looks to me like congress in its entirety and every person that works in it, the white house and every single person that works in it and draws federal paychecks, the justice department and every single person that works directly or indirectly and every single department there-in, and every single employee of the federal government of the United States of America regardless of job description is and has been involved criminal activity as an organization and every member of congress, everybody that works in the white house and the justice department, every single worker for the federal government at every level should be arrested and charged under the RICO act as an ongoing criminal organization. Just like the drug dealers and anybody else that has been charged under that act. There Crimes will start with Treason. They have been lying, stealing and cheating the Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. I can’t see any difference between them and the Mafia, if there ever was such a thing, or Motorcycle “Gangs”, or Gun Smugglers, Drug Smugglers or any RICO defined organization. When convicted ‘All’ their assets and I mean everything they own should be confiscated and put in the general fund to help the needy Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. Everything they have was derived from their criminal activity while working in the Criminal Organization we know as the Federal Government. That includes all of their kids’ stuff and of course the wives and mistresses property. Seize; confiscate all property of any description. Freeze all bank accounts. Their sentences after a quick trial and conviction will be Life in, General Population, Prison without the possibility of Parole. Creation of construction jobs for a lot of new prisons for these poor folks. Give the sons and daughters the choice of Prison for life or Front Line Combat Positions. Well, they get a choice. Then we can go after the middlemen that were involved in defense procurement that were instrumental in ripping off the taxpayers for the last 75 years and we can prosecute the dead criminals posthumously.
I think the latter of his post will have to come to pass, as it is the only way to purge this Country of its disease.
You people in Washington St. need to wake up, you have a man here that can help save this country, you democrats need to get off your party line votes and vote to save this country, and you people in western Oregon need to do the same, won’t even mention Calif. , them people are to stupid to realize whats good for them or the USA !!
