It’s even worse than we previously thought. A retired four-star admiral is now claiming that Barack Obama intentionally conspired with America’s enemies to stage a bogus attack and the kidnapping of an American ambassador so he could “negotiate” the release of a “hostage” and bolster his mediocre approval ratings just prior to the election!
The Washington Examiner, quoting retired Four-Star Admiral James Lyons, writes: “the attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi… was the result of a bungled abduction attempt…. the first stage of an international prisoner exchange… that would have ensured the release of Omar Abdel Rahman, the ‘Blind Sheik’…”
But something went horribly wrong with Obama’s “October Surprise.” Although the Obama Administration intentionally gutted security at the consulate prior to the staged kidnapping, former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty disobeyed direct orders to stand down, saved American lives, single-handedly killed scores of attackers…and the attackers, believing that Obama had betrayed them, tortured Ambassador Chris Stevens and dragged his body through the streets.
Some will say that Admiral Lyons’ accusation is not a smoking gun. We agree; that’s exactly why Congress must investigate Benghazi-gate.
Moreover, we firmly believe the problem with Admiral Lyons’ assertion is that he is only scratching the surface; the full and complete truth may be much, much worse.
Benghazi-gate is not about a bogus YouTube video series of lies. It’s not about the Obama Administration’s foreign policy ineptitude. We are dealing with something much more sinister… something potentially treasonous… and the following questions, posed in an article in The New American, go to the heart of the matter:
1. ”What was the Obama administration’s full role in helping violent Jihadists, self-styled al Qaeda terrorists, and Western-backed “revolutionaries” take over Libya in the first place?
2. Did that half-baked scheme to arm Jihadist leaders, who… had previously fought U.S. troops in Iraq, contribute to the attack, as countless experts and officials have suggested?
3. What was actually going on at the compound in Benghazi, which, as the report states, was never a “consulate” despite establishment media claims?
4. Was Ambassador Stevens recruiting and arming Jihadists and terrorists to wage war on the Syrian regime after what Obama called the “success” in Libya, as a growing body of credible evidence suggests?
5. Why did the administration claim for so long that the attack was just a “protest” over a YouTube video gone awry, even when it knew definitively that was not the case?
6. Was the lack of security at the compound a political ploy to conceal the extent of the lawlessness and utter chaos left in the wake of Obama’s unconstitutional “regime change” war on Libya, as even members of Congress have alleged?”
It’s clear. Benghazi-Gate is only a small piece of a much larger operation, an attempt to conceal what The New American calls “the Obama administration’s full role in helping violent Jihadists and self-styled al Qaeda terrorists.”
Prior to the election Barack Obama continually told us that “Osama bin-Laden is dead and GM is alive”; but the sad truth is that Osama bin-Laden’s organization is alive and well, and the Obama Regime may be giving aid and comfort to this terrorist network.
And prior to the election, Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera pontificated that Republicans shouldn’t “politicize” Benghazi-gate. Swaggering onto the set of Fox and Friends, Rivera bloviated: “I think we have to stop this politicizing.” And Rivera issued the following veiled warning to Republicans: “Do we want to try and influence the election with a tragedy that happened in North Africa?”
Ironic, isn’t it? Barack Obama played politics with the lives of Americans; like Rivera, the media covered Obama’s rear and threatened to accuse anyone and everyone who mentioned it of “playing politics.”
Weak-willed Republicans apparently took Rivera’s threat to heart as Rivera also said that Republican Senators John Barrasso, James Inhofe, and Bob Corker, who all sit on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, “all agree that the supercharged atmosphere around the story — prudence dictates that these hearings be postponed until” after the election.
Well, the election has come and gone. Congress now has no excuse. The American people needed the truth before the election; but now that Obama is back in the White House, real conservatives must demand answers.
The American people deserve to have those questions answered; and moreover, the American people deserve justice.

Anyone can propose a Constitutional Amendment, but the chance of one passing is very slim. It requires a two-thirds vote of both houses of the US Congress and three-quarters of the states. It’s not a great idea, but it is hardly radical. It would allow George W. Bush and Bill Clinton to run for third terms too, you know.
In any case, Obama’s chance of running for a third term would certainly be opposed by members of his own party, in particular Hillary and Biden.
And, of course, Obama is for sure a Natural Born US Citizen, having been born in Hawaii (as shown overwhelmingly) and since the US Supreme Court in the Wong Kim Ark case ruled that the meaning of Natural Born comes from the common law and refers to the PLACE of birth and that every child born in the USA except for the children of foreign diplomats is a Natural Born US Citizen.

In fact, he has shown both the short-form and the long form birth certificate of Hawaii, and the officials of Hawaii of BOTH parties, including the former Republican governor (a friend of Sarah Palin’s) have repeatedly confirmed that there is a Hawaii birth certificate showing that Obama was born in Kapiolani Hospital (which by the way did exist at the time) and that they sent them to Obama and that the facts on Obama’s published image of the log-form birth certificate are EXACTLY the same as on the one sent to Obama. And Obama’s birth in Hawaii is further shown by the public Index Data file and by the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers in 1961 by the DOH of Hawaii (and ONLY the DOH could send birth notices to the “Health Bureau Statistics” section of the papers, which is where Obama’s birth notice appeared).

True. Obama knew he had the election already won by other means. Benghazi was a completely different anumal. His ongoing binge of appeasing the Muslim Brotherhood. And it went very, very wrong due to the unforseen interference of 3 very brave Americans who decided to do the right thing. Two flag officers also tried to do the honorable thing, and were relieved of duty immediately. Obama could see (via live drone video feed) that it had blown up in his face, and let the participants (witnesses) on the ground get killed. He had almost 8 hours to send help to them, but instead issued “Stand Down” orders. I still haven’t heard a peep about the witnesses from the “safe house” that survived. Where were they taken and why haven’t we heard from any of them? Are they even still alive? Or did their transport suffer a mechanical problem and crash, like the military transport carrying the absentee ballots to our troops ?

IMO these so called elected officials think nothing that Muslim does is wrong and they sit and watch him strip away the Constitution and everything else and I think it all deals with the fact that the blacks said before the elections there would be riots all over the country if Obama lost. I will say again: When you have a liar and crook over the Justice Department, a fraud in the White House who is a foreign agent, and over the military,elected officials being replaced with socialists, the schools indoctrinating the youth against America and promoting enemy cultures, judges, clerks, mail distributors, unionists in the better jobs in the country protecting their jobs by stealing the vote, then you already have a takeover.

I was right, the day the news hit the Stevenson was murdered by the Muslims I new Obama and Clinton ah him murdered. Indeed, Obama tried to stage the events in Benghazi like a Broadway production. He has always been “in cahoots” with the Muslim Brotherhood who are constantly promoting the “Arab Spring”. The 30 people in the compound were just supposed to be held hostage. Near the end of the raid by the rebels, when almost all of the 30 inhabitants were successfully extricated beforehand, they discovered Ambassador Stevens still alive, but suffering from smoke inhalation. I saw on Fox News once that one of the rebels declared “Allahu Akhbar!” when they pulled a barely alive Stevens from the compound. From his point of view, he thought they could still hold the Ambassador hostage. But there had already been so many deaths and mayhem caused by the 2 Navy Seals and the Rebels. The Rebels probably learned in short order that it was no longer feasible to go with the original storyline in the Broadway Production. At this point, they became so upset, that this is when they sodomized Stevens, and dragged him through the streets until he died.
I read that some Libyans found him in the street, he was barely alive, they took him to the hospital and he died in the er. But, then, you hear so many stories, it’s hard to discern the truth from the fairy tale.
It is a fairy tale that Admiral Lyons said that Obama conspired with the attackers in Benghazi. He did not say it.

Lindsey Graham was talking about it this afternoon on Fox. He is not through yet. He wants answers. The FBI does not let the CIA know what they are doing – same thing as just before 9/11. The FBI would not share information they had with the CIA. If they had, 9/11 might hve been averted. That’s why Bush insisted on changes made in the sharing of info. Also, there has been no access to the two men who have been arrested. My question is why are they not being held in this country?

Secondly, and more importantly, ADMIRAL LYONS NEVER SAID IT. (If he did, Washington Center for Journalism could call him up and get him to tell them that Obama had plotted with our enemies in Benghazi, but this site and no other conservative site has tried to do that—wonder why not?) Of course, if conservative sites keep quoting unknown other sites that claim that people said X when they did not say anything at all, then will in time lose credibility. In any case, neither the Washington Examiner said that he said it nor did Admiral Lyons say it.
BTW there is a BIG difference between being declared a Natural Born citizen for citizenship purposes and being one and being allowed to run for President or Vice President. You can actually run for any other office in the land I believe as a naturlized citizen, but the top two positions of President and Vice President have more restricted qualifications and for good reason according to the Founders. They did not want a President who had loyalty to a foreign govt, probably specifically England at that time since the Constitution was written right after the Revolutionary War.

They are also confirmed by the public Index Data file and by the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers by the DOH of Hawaii in 1961 (and only the DOH could send notices to that section of the newspaper, and it only did so for births in Hawaii).
