Americans are being systematically targeted and murdered by the Obama Administration on suspicions alone and without respect to Due Process of Law. There is no trial by jury and no appeal, just an execution that is carried out by agents of the US Government on orders of the President.
An “extrajudicial killing” is defined as the killing of a person by government authorities without any judicial proceedings or sanctioned legal process. It is by definition unlawful, as it bypasses the Due Process of Law in the jurisdiction in which it is carried out in.
When President Obama ordered the deaths of Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan for suspected terrorist activities, he conspired in the unlawful murder of American Citizens. These men, both Americans, were summarily executed along with others without any respect for the Law.
There is no question that Barack Obama conspired to commit the murders of Americans. Not only has he admitted his role in the deaths of these Americans, he has defended his participation in these unlawful acts against these Americans, deeming them a threat to the United States.
All Americans are at risk of “extrajudicial killing” if and when they are deemed a threat to the United States. Any citizen of this country may be put to death without Due Process of Law upon orders of Barack Obama.
To protect Americans from wanton murder at the hands of government agents , the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Congressman Lamar Smith, must propose a Resolution calling for the Judiciary Committee to begin a formal inquiry into the issue of impeaching Barack Obama for the crime of murder.
This is the only way for our elected officials to prove that no one is above the Rule of Law.

There are some spectacular comments on this board; however, there are some outrageous ones as well. That said, I’m surprised at our congressional officials. This notion of impeaching Obama is not new by any stretch of the matter. I believe they’re releasing this measure with the House Judiciary Committee as a “November surprise” if you will. Agreeing with most of those on this board, impeachment proceedings need to start right now; yet, when I think of 2010-2012 there have been so many instances. The illegal immigration sellout with the back-door amnesty, the Obamacare that costs trillions more than he realized; cruel and unusual punishment, high crimes and misdemeanors, being above the law with race implications, as well as the murdering of two or more American citizens, lest we not forget his involvement in Fast & Furious and Benghazi-Gate including the murders of at least four more Americans. I’m surprised that he even campaigned!!

@skygirl: Just a tip…long ago my senior relatives began schooling me on donations. The old, “What do you mean you contributed your hard earned money to…” is inevitably how they always started. Perhaps the greatest lesson I learned from them was to simply ask (preferably before) where is this money going? Anyone who runs a real bonafide charitable or nonprofit organization will readily tell you the breakdown of costs and what part of your money is used for what expense. To this day I WILL NOT donate to just about any of the “The American Cancer [...] Society, insofar as a quick search will show that all of the bigs except the American Red Cross, has been either sued or indicted on some charge dealing with theft, misappropriation, and so on. In finale, if a person can’t tell me what my money is used for…then I simply will not give it; probably 5-6 times a week I say to someone, “just don’t have it right now” to get them out of my face. While there are many reasons to impeach Obama, the killing of Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan does not reach the level or degree to impeach him. These known terrorists met their deaths by a missle fired from a drone. If you want to impeach Obama, do so because he has issued Executive Orders changing laws for immigration, and EPA levels. He has used Social Security funds to bring Palestine refugees to the US, set them up in new homes in Washington State and gave them monthly stipeds from the trust fund to live on indefinitely. As Commander-In-Chief, he refused to come to the aid of Americans in Libya who came under attack from terrorists. This resulted in the American Ambassador (Chris Stevens) and 3 other Americans losing their lives. He lied to the American People by saying the attack was the result of a video that insulted Mohammad. He knew this was a lie because his staff watched the attack from a drone flying overhead the entire time the Ambassador’s consulate was under attack. The attack was a well planned out attack not a spontaneous one as a result of a stupid video. Obama should be impeached for his role in “fast and furious” whereby american arms were sold/given to shady individuals from Mexico. His goal was to create a situation where he could get enough bad publicity to outlaw gun ownership in the United States. He should be impeached for his role in violating the constitution of the US. He has sealed his records and has never shown legal proof he is a natural born American Citizen and thus eligible under Article II, Section 1 to be president of the USA. He should be impeached for not sealing our borders to prevent illegal aliens from entering the United States. In fact, his actions are always to allow illegals to enter the USA. He should be impeached for his incompetence in channeling taxpayer funds to his friends and companies/corporations who support him. There are many reasons to impeach Obama, but to impeach him for killing a couple known terrorists is not a good enough reason.

The problem with impeaching Obama is that the House of Representatives has to begin the process and the Senate has to hold the trial. With the Senate in control by Harry Reid and the Democrat’s that will never happen. Unfortunately our Supreme Court is tainted with the addition of Sonya Sotomajor and Elena Kagen who owe their loyalties to the “Chosen One,” so the judicial system won’t work either. That leave the electoral to make any potential changes and as corrupt as the Chicago Machine is, that probably won’t work either.
Our “Do-Nothing” Congress has shown that it truly is a “Do-Nothing” Congress to have allowed this fraud to continue as long as it has and I really truly see no end in sight, unless he is beaten at the polls. If he remains in power, America is finished as the country that we all once loved and knew. Sharia law will be imposed on whatever is left of our country, that was I believe his plan all along.

It is clear that rational conservatives do not believe the “birth certificate was forged” claims. Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and the National Review certainly do not.

HOW do we know that there is a birth certificate for Obama in the files in Hawaii and that it says that Obama was born in Hawaii?
Several ways:
The first way is the short form birth certificate. That was created by a clerk copying the information off of the original document in the files. If there were no document, there could be no short form birth certificate. Hawaii has confirmed that it sent a short form birth certificate (COLB) to Obama.
The second reason for knowing that there is a birth certificate in the files is that Hawaii said that there is, several times, under both Republican and Democrat governors.
The third reason is that the current director of health of Hawaii stated in a letter that she had seen the long form birth certificate being created by photocopying onto security paper the original document that was in the files.
The fourth reason is that the existence of Obama’s birth certificate in 1961 is proven by the birth notices sent to the newspapers of Hawaii in 1961 by the DOH of Hawaii. Only the DOH could send those notices to the Health Bureau Statistics section of the papers, and the DOH sent only sent those notices for children whom it had issued birth certificates for.

I am not familiar with Samir Khan so I will not comment about his death. However, I am familiar with Awlaki and wish to add my comments about his death.
First, I am a strong Conservative and believe the law should be upheld. That being said you may find it strange when I say I totally agree with the killing of Awlaki. I would have preferred that he be captured and placed on trial. However, that was never going to happen: Awlaki would never be taken alive. You must remember these people WANT to die for Islam: They WANT to be a martyr. Being a martyr is the highest calling and the ultimate goal for them. Because of this, Awlaki would NEVER be taken alive. He would have committed suicide or those with him would have killed him before allowing his capture. In the meantime, more American civilians would have died from Awlaki’s terrorist plans.
Therefore, I believe the decision to use a drone to “take him out” was absolutely the correct call.

Inalienable rights granted to the people in the Constitution can only be changed by an Amendment. An Executive Order can only be used to carry out acts of Congress and to fulfill his duties as President.
