Cliff Kincaid, the editor of Accuracy in Media, has released a copy of his own birth certificate, in order to demonstrate what needs to be done to resolve the growing controversy over the alleged birth certificate of President Barack Obama. “My birth certificate includes the names of my mother and father, my mother’s doctor, and the hospital in which I was born,” said Kincaid. “This certified copy of an original long form document is what anyone who wants to be president should be prepared to produce.”
Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution, states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
The problem, of course, is that this provision does not require public disclosure of detailed information, in the form of a birth certificate with the names of the parents, hospital, and attending physician, and it does not mandate who makes the decision as to whether a particular candidate is constitutional eligible to be president. Our media should be performing that function.

This whole birth certificate issue is a smoke screen. To be a natural born citizen of the United States requires that both parents be citizens of the US. Obama's father was a British subject which means if Obama was born in Washington DC, he still would not be a natural born citizen of this country. Check out this YouTube video>

No, a Natural Born Citizen is simply someone who is born in the USA, regardless of the number of parents. Natural Born is an old synonym to native born. That is why when someone from overseas is made a citizen, she or he is Naturalized. The Natural in Naturalized refers to the Natural in Natural Born.
That is why the Wall Street Journal wrote: "Some birthers imagine that there is a difference between being a “citizen by birth” or a “native citizen” on the one hand and a “natural born” citizen on the other. “Eccentric” is too kind a word for this notion, which is either daft or dishonest. All three terms are identical in meaning."
And such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham also say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:

i find that i don't really like running upon strauss and having to clean up the mess, but uhg, someone has to do it.
Obama states that his father was British and he was British at birth but that someone he has became a natural born citizen and people believe him. The koolaid that some of these people are drinking must be real good as they can't understand that you can not be born a British citizen and then somehow magically become a natural born citizen. If Obama really wanted to be transparent he would release either his long form birth certificate signed by a doctor, a copy of the passport that he traveled to Pakistan with in the 80's, or he school records that show what type of scholarship he received. I doubt he will do this as for some reason he seems to think he is above the law. Eventually it will all come out and that is going to really make the people who believed him very mad when they see they have been deceived. There are rewards that can be claimed by him if he shows his birth certificate, therea re rewards for people who can come forrward and prove that they were there at his birth.
Since a Natural Born Citizen has always, since the time of the American Colonies, simply meant born in the USA, the fact that someone's father or mother was a citizen of another country was always part of the definition. In other words, in Georgia, say, in 1775, a child was born and the father was French and the mother born in Georgia. That was considered a Natural Born Citizen of the colony of Georgia and a Natural Born Subject of Britain.
If the father was still French because he did not get naturalized, was the child a Natural Born Citizen? Yes.
If French law at the time held that the child of a French father was by law a French citizen, did that mean that the child was not a Natural Born Citizen? NO. The child was a Natural Born Citizen because of his or her birth in the Colony regardless of the citizenship of the father and regardless of French law. That was the law at the time and is still the law. And it makes sense, if a child is born in the USA, we cannot allow a foreign law to take away Natural Born Citizenship, and we do not–and never have.
Obama was born in Hawaii, as proven by the official birth certificate of Hawaii, the facts on which has been confirmed twice by the officials in Hawaii and further confirmed by the recollection of this witness (http://www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html)… As the Wall Street Journal put it: "Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii. Re the passport on which he traveled. He traveled on a US passport. There was NO ban on US citizens visiting Pakistan in 1981, which was relatively peaceful at the time and encouraged tourists to visit. Obama neve4r had an Indonesian passport because he was never an Indonesian citizen. The US State Department has said in a legal filing that Obama was never an Indonesian citizen. You may bring up the copy of the school application circulating on the Web in which the parents may (it is an unsigned application) said that Obama was an Indonesian citizen. The answer to this is they were lying in the application. It was easier to lie in an application than to make a US child into an Indonesian citizen. It was actually very difficult to get Indonesian citizenship for a US child since they required proof that he had lost US citizenship. A private school, however, was not likely to check into the citizenship claim closely.
There has to be limits as to what type and depth of lies can be told…if the Indonesia believed that Obama had given up his US Citizenship, then where does one draw the line in morals and integrity – especially since this 'one' wants to be POTUS. Yes, it was his parents making that decision, but they should have thought about the consequences of their lies prior to imparting them upon a foreign government.
Only one thing I really care about to be honest and blunt; I am in the military, and I have a friend that is a Natural Born Citizen of the united States, but his mother is not an American by birth, and he was denied a top secret clearance because his mother is not a U.S. Citizen. So anyone reading this so far can understand where I am going with this one…….How can a military man be denied a top secret clearance, but obama is given the most powerful position in the world, and obviously doesn't have what is required of a regular military man trying to get a top secret clearance? Does this make any sense? This president is just as unqualified to have a top secret clearance as any military member (or Government official), yet he has a level that is over top secret. Can someone please tell me how this can happen. Our government is so corrupt. Also it is obvious that obama has no idea what he is doing. Does he even know he won the election yet? Because he hasn't stopped campaigning yet, nor has he started to be the president. Here is the truth about Mr. Obama's name, and his father's ancestors.
True Negro tribal members of western Kenya where his father was born have Christian names, not Arabic. His father's decision to name him with an Arabic name is a matter of his father establishing his ethnic identity in Africa – it is done deliberately to separate him from the African tribes. He may live among them, but he is not one of them. His father's message is that he is Arabic, not Negro.

Barack Obama has said he will meet without preconditions with the leaders of terrorist nations, but he refuses to meet without preconditions his U.S. political opponent John McCain.
On the campaign trail Barack Obama has stated, "Why don't we follow the guidelines in the book of Leviticus" and has called the passage in Romans that addresses homosexuality an "obscure passage." No Christian would say this. These are Muslim talking points.
Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, the same people who cheered when the Twin Towers fell and celebrate in the streets every time Jewish civilians in Israel are killed, are campaigning for Barack Obama. Don't believe me, here's the video.
