The new Congress elected in November will surprise everyone. They will seriously consider impeaching Barack Obama.
Growing under the radar of the mainstream media is a movement that is gathering momentum.
More than one million citizens have signed petitions calling on the U.S. Congress to impeach Barack Hussein Obama. Some of the soon-to-be-elected members of Congress are amongst those who have signed up, and they are not about to be cowered by establishment Republicans scared silly of the issue.
Ultimately, it comes down to a commonly shared belief amongst Tea Party activists that Barack Obama is systematically trying to hurt America. Obama, the argument goes, is not an incompetent boob in over his head. Nor is he is not some well-meaning community organizer who has seen his plans go astray.
Barack Obama is a dishonest, manipulative liar who actually is pursuing an agenda that he hopes will take America off the international leadership stage. He wants America to fail so that the vision of internationalist socialists can be realized. America is hated by the elite intellectuals of the world because we have been the single biggest roadblock to their plans to establish a one world governing system with them in charge.
Americans has consistently rejected socialism. Whether it is Hillarycare or Obamacare, Americans are speaking with a loud, clear voice against socialism.
The Left hates America because of our belief in God, our belief in rugged individualism, our belief in private property, and our belief in the right to keep and bear arms.
It is only through impeachment that the new Congress can send Barack Obama a clear and unambiguous message that he does not have carte blanche to run roughshod over America.
Impeachment is the political tool given by the Founders to correct abuse by a president. Impeachment is often misunderstood because of confusion about what exactly constitutes an impeachable offense.
Former President Gerald Ford, while serving in the House of Representatives, said an impeachable offense was “whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history.”
Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution reads: “The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
The key phrase here is “high crimes and misdemeanors,” a concept in English common law that was well-known to our Founding Fathers but is grossly misunderstood in this day and age.
“High crimes and misdemeanors” essentially means bad behavior.
Here’s a passage from C-Span.org which succinctly and beautifully summarizes the historical significance surrounding the inclusion of the term “high crimes and misdemeanors” in the Constitution:
“High crimes and misdemeanors” entered the text of the Constitution due to George Mason and James Madison. Mason had argued that the reasons given for impeachment – treason and bribery – were not enough. He worried that other “great and dangerous offenses” might not be covered… so Mason then proposed “high crimes and misdemeanors,” a phrase well-known in English common law. In 18th century language, a “misdemeanor” meant “mis-demeanor,” or bad behavior.
In other words, “high crimes and misdemeanors” does not refer to a criminal act, as some would lead you to believe. Our Founding Fathers fully intended to allow for the removal of the president for actions which are gross incompetence, gross negligence, outright distasteful, or in the case of Barack Hussein Obama, actions which clearly show “malevolence toward this country, which is unabated.”
And for those who mistakenly hold the illusion that impeaching Barack Obama would be a simple matter of “playing politics,” the Founders fully intended that the impeachment of a sitting president be a political act.
The Founding Fathers deliberately put impeachment into the hands of the legislative branch rather than the judicial branch, thus transforming it from strictly a matter of legal definition to a matter of political judgment.
The Obama administration qualifies as the poster-child for bad behavior.
Obama and those around him are ravaging this great country and adding a sorry chapter to a noble history.
Impeachment, as written in the Constitution, was tailor-made for Barack Hussein Obama and our Founders placed it in our Constitution for such a time as this.

I really have to wonder why our current Congress has ignored this matter. Sure, there’s a lot of them who have been bought and don’t really care about “the people” but not all of them can be bought, at least with money. So, how were they bought?
I have just begun to wonder if there’s something else that has kept Congress from doing what is “the right thing to do”. Think about it. If you didn’t need money, what would stop you? Of course, it has to be your life.
Is it possible that our Congress has had their lives threatened? If so, by whom?
Maybe it’s not a direct threat to them. Maybe some entity (quite possibly those behind using Thermite in the World Trade Center) to make whole cities of lives threatened. How? Well, we’ve read of “dirty bombs” for some while. I even know a former Coast Guard pilot who said they stopped a dirty bomb some while back. I’d have to guess that it’s quite possible that others have gotten by.
Then I have to ask, “are our CIA/FBI/NSA and the like inept in this matter or are they colluding with the “powers” behind it all?”
Either way, it’s scary. It’s scary that Congress is so lame and bought off, if that be the case. It’s scary that our country could be being held hostage right now.

Though the aftermath may not be the punishment save for a harsh slap on the wrist, we would need more exact proof to satisfy the people who raise their concerns. One outstanding fact is that the 'governing' have not met the expectations of the voters or the 'governed' in general.
To be fair there will be cries of retribution that most will agree should be exacted. In sports, players who have incurred infractions get a summary punishment of a period of time and a monetary penalty. I don't think a harsh humility would be in order, but those in the group who as I will say, 'progressives' need to be shown the true path of leadership that they have not followed. The consequences of a President should include those that cumulatively engaged in the process of the impeachable crime.

If he is not impeached, then, once he leaves the office of the President, ALL his actions and policies will not be questioned nor will there be an ability to revisit and potential repeal them. People that he appoints and offices that he has created will not be questioned. ALL these things NEED to be examined. Those and offices created by the government official in the last 40 years. They need an examination for Constitutionality. Without impeachment this will be unlikely. Another issue is that AFTER he leaves the presidency, if not impeached, then he will be entitled to security and the PROTECTION of America. Look at Jimmy Carter. The damage that that man has done and will continue to do whilst having the full weight of the AMERICAN government and security behind him. Bush and Clinton are extremely powerful. This man is DANGEROUS, in office or out. Impeachment and punishment to the fullest extent of the law is what is required here. America demands JUSTICE not more LIP service. What we need is a Congressional investigation into the multifarious questions regarding Obama's citizenship. And this is something that a GOP House can do regardless of what happens in the Senate. If Obama's presidency is exposed as having been unlawful, this would invalidate his signature on everything he has signed while posing as our President. That would include the debts run up by Congress on his watch. And there is a precedent in international law called "odious debt" that could be used to invalidate those debts and to establish that Obama and his cronies are liable PERSONALLY for debts run up illegally on the credit of the USA under an unlawful regime.

Obama has sealed so many of his records and still has not presented a certified birth certificate that I think nobody knows who he really is. He has spent $80,000,000 with Power & Coie hiding his records. He has trampled our Constitution at every opportunity. He has made paupers of our children and grandchildren. Obama has sealed so many of his records and still has not presented a certified birth certificate that I think nobody knows who he really is. He has spent $80,000,000 with Power & Coie hiding his records. He has trampled our Constitution at every opportunity. He has made paupers of our children and grandchildren. He should be impeached and exiled back to Kenya where he was really born. Then he could go to the mosque with his grandmother.
I believe that President Obama should be treated as a Trader to our country and once Impeached he should be put to DEATH and to show the world that this is what happens to traders who defy our laws and try to disrupt our U.S.Contitution here in America. Everyone that Obama has put into office should also be impeached and droped out of the U.S. citizens rolls and placed into prison for the rest of their natural lives.

What, pray tell, would make him stand out through the annals of history for the benefit of socialists and communists to remember him forever, besides the fact that he is black, than the fact that he, more than anyone else ever, fought the "evil capitalists" more strongly and convincingly and did more damage to them, than if he was the only president in history to be FULLY IMPEACHED for these actions?

WOW !!!! Am I happy to see that so many people feel the way I do. NOBAMA has redered aid and comfort to the enemies of the USA on every occasion that he could. He has supported third world dictators, he has udermined the constitution and, I predict, he will try to elminate term limits so that he can declare himself President for Life. This man is not dumb or stupid but he is evil and he hates America. How did our great country get into this mess….but at least the people are awake and going to repair things in a hurry. I am a born again Christian and I do not believe in the death penalty; however, in Obama's case since
he is a suspected Muslim and has deceived everyone about who he really is and has betrayed America like Benedict Arnold, he should be shot at dawn and his body launched in a boat like Billy Budd as a sign to other nations that we do not accept liars and godless men run God's Country, America and someone who is against God's other favorite land, Israel.

If our country is to become great once again, we must remove those who do not have those intentions, those who are destroying our constitution, and not following their oath of office. Obama has been the most corrupt person ever in the white house and we must get rid of him by impeachment. What he has done is much worse than either nixon or clinton!! This manchurian does not even qualify to hold the office of POTUS.
