By all indications, the new movie “2016: Obama’s America” is quickly shaping up to be a traveling TEA party rally the way visiting Chick-fil-A earlier this month was and still is.
The film is based on the bestselling brilliant expose of Barack Obama’s plans for America by Dinesh D’Souza. It deconstructs the lies we have been fed by Obama’s handlers since he came on the national scene six years ago. In this 1 hour and 29 minute film, D’Souza explains that Hope and Change was merely a phrase given substance by addled-brained fools who thought he was “cool.”
The movie that should have been made four years ago, “2016: Obama’s America” is becoming a grassfire spreading across the country. D’Souza shows us Obama’s plan to level America and put us on our knees before the Third World, which is where his heart really is.
This hard-hitting documentary, produced for just $2.5 million, grossed an impressive $1.24 million during the first weekend while showing at only 169 theaters nationwide. Now the sky is the limit as it becomes the latest way to show the Left we are ready for a fight in November that we intend to win.
As soon as “2016″ was released, it became a head-turner. Entertainment Weekly (EW) has tagged 2016 as a “major sleeper” saying: “Bubbling under the Top 10 at number 13, the anti-Obama documentary 2016 Obama’s America expanded from 61 theaters into 169 locations, and increased its gross by 294 percent to $1.25 million. Tellingly, the film’s per theater average increased from $5,202 to $7,391 this weekend, a rare feat at the box office — but especially when a film’s theater count nearly triples. 2016 Obama’s Americahas grossed $2.1 million in six weeks, and if it maintains this sort of momentum, it could become a major sleeper hit. Keep an eye on it.”
The EW report continued with its explanation of just how well “2016” is actually doing by saying: “Here’s how things have gone for 2016: Obama’s America, though: Three weekends ago, 2016 earned $34,133 out of 10 theaters, which gave it a per theater average of $3,413 — not all that remarkable for a limited release. When it expanded into 61 theaters the next weekend, its per theater average did a funny thing: it jumped up to $5,202. Last weekend, the film experienced an even bigger expansion, into 169 theaters, and again, its per theater average substantially leapt up to $7,365.”

As expected, it ain’t showing anywhere around here. They are trying there damnedest to make this town a Liberal bastion. Frankly I think they are wasting there time. This is Indiana and all. I will see 2016. whether I have to buy or see it at theatres. Really would rather see it at a theatre though. I would love to stand up and cheer. Of course, this is only the beginning, once Obama’s insider’s are unemployed, the tell all books will be flying from the shelves. It seems like all of the Kings Men are crumbling, don’t you just love it?
I just saw 2016 here in Colorado. Keep watching for it to turn up in your theatres. SEE IT !!! BO is one scary, evil dude; the movie explains why he’s the way he is. I really don’t care, but one sees why he is trashing America. Of course, he will never live among trash, he just is.

I’ve seen it. It’s well researched, thoughtful and respectful. For some weird reason, it’s rated PG, though I found nothing objectionable in it—maybe a few riot scenes. Little kids won’t enjoy it, but I’d take HS students or older and people of all political persuasion. It’s not a hit piece and should not offend anyone.

I thought it was not showing in my ara. I googled it ( google 2016) and found it. I just saw it today August 25, 2012.. It is a crusher. You have to see it. I found out that the 1%,99% thing is not rich vs middle class/poor… the 1% is the USA, the 99% is THE REST OF THE WORLD. If he gets re-eected. we will be pledging alliegence to the UN, The new world order.

it was in the Tampa and Orlando area last week, you might try googling the author Dinesh D’Souza and see if you can come up with anything………my gran daughter went to see it, she is 23, send she learned a great deal about him, but she said “nana he really is a nasty man and not good for this Country”

I will find down where can I see this movie in libtard state CA and I will tell to all my relatives & friends to see it too. Oblamer have to go, Americans can not survive 4 more years of Obummer.
Hubby and I are going to see it this Sunday. They only had a couple of times left, as they were sold out for their other showings. I have heard this is one movie no one will want to miss, but everyone needs to see it before election day. I’ll look forward to doing a follow-up, without giving away any secrets.

“Broken-back Obama”, wouldn’t want this shown since it would show him in his true colours. Just like that brute prince Harry. He didn’t want it to come out that he only comes to America, to abuse America women. They have both been found out.
I just got back from watching it, the film clearly explains exactly what Obama wants to do to America as well as why he want’s to do what he is doing to America. In a nut shell to sum it up, Obama hates America and he wants to destroy America by throwing it over the edge financially. He feels that America and countries like England raped the poorer countries for their timber, minerals and oil and then pretty much abandoned them. His way of punishing America is by giving hundred’s of millions of dollars to many of those countries so that they can drill for oil and denying American’s to drill for the oil that is right under our feet. If Obama steals another four years in the White House we can all kiss the America that we once knew goodbye. He should be forced to provide his application to Occidental College and be arrested and charged with Treason for having impersonated a president.
Another good reference as to what his plans are if reelected is the book “Fool Me Twice”. I’ve read it and it is really scary, but good info to pass around. We won’t be recognizable in four more years!!! We pray for Romney/Ryan and we need to give them a chance, because the alternative is just unacceptable!!!
I didn’t really care for Chick-Fil-A but have recently found that their food is much better than I previously thought so I stop by much more often. I would advise everyone to try it, especially for political reasons. It seems this movie is not being shown in many regions. It sort of appears our choice of movies is either being censored or the movie companies are pulling a political trick of their own.

Understand, documentaries don’t usually make back their costs, and the people who make them can’t afford to open nationwide the way theatrical block-busters do. It’s not censorship per se; it’s a matter of economics. Fortunately, this film has had great reception and has pretty much made back its production costs in about a week. That is highly unusual for a documentary. Keep looking; check that web site I posted earlier, and if your city and state aren’t listed yet, check back in a week.
I never even knew there was a Chick-fil-A anywhere near me until the protest. Now I know there’s one about 10 miles from here. The food was great, the staff was wonderful for the rather overwhelming circumstances, and I’ll go back there again.

I thought I knew a lot about obama but the book version of the movie had more detail about who obama is. One thing is for sure, if he gets elected again, we are finished as a country. He will spend until our economy collapses. He is doing it on purpose. Once it collapses, obama will blame it on capitalism. He has already said that “capitalism never worked”. The media said nothing about this statement. Why? It is obvious to me that obama is a stinking communist Muslim. He supports gay marriage because he wants other countries to hate us more. Obama wants to take our great country down because he see us as an “imperialist nation”. We need to educate our friends, family and whoever we can. It is critical for all of us that obama does not get elected again.
Don’t forget the Muslims will kill all gays, Christians, and non-Muslims. He is opening their closet doors. They will not have hide behind “peaceful” any longer.
If Barack Obama and his drones don’t want to American people to see this movie[the truth]–then we all need to see it!
Very good movie! Tells it like it is, except for one thing!
People wonder why Barrack won’t do anything for his brother George, when George’s son was in the hospital, in particular. Two reasons, first I don’t think he would have, even if George was his real half brother, he is too cheap! Second, as I said, George is not his real half brother at all! That is the one thing, D’Sousa got wrong!
Barrack H. Obama Sr. is not his real father at all. They hired, or got a fall guy, to stand in for his real father, and that is why BHO Sr. was declared his father.
His real father is/was “Frank Marshall Davis”, a Kansas born, Chicago and HI living registered, black American, but Russian supporting Communist, back in the 1940s/50s/ and 60s. Well, actually right up until he died, I believe in the early 1980s.
After his mother, Stanley Anne Dunham, brought him back to HI, and left him with her dad, she asked her father to take him to see Frank Marshall Davis, at least once a week. BTW, Frank was also a photographer, of whatever persuasion, but did a lot of porno, and a dab of writing. He even wrote about having an affair with an under aged girl named Ann. He and his white wife were swingers, and brought Anne in for some threesomes, as is believed.

Now, just who would have given Obama their vote, knowing that he was a big time Communists son? Just think, if his mother, Stanley Anne, hadn’t made that trip to Africa, Kenya, to hob-nob with her “in-laws”, (the Obama family), and got too far along, being pregnant, and having to wait there until the baby was born, he actually would have been a “Natural Born Citizen”! What a dirty trick to pull on a poor little baby! Almost born a “Man without a Country”. But don’t worry, he is getting even today!

I find it very sad that as smart as Americans are that they VOTED for this Evil One in the First Place. If it was because he was Black that’s not so because he Half White and Half Black. I have researched this man as every tidbit of information came outthrough news and books. My assessment was identical to this movie which was well done. With all the information out there, no one should be as stupid as to vote for this traitor a second time. Read Book “Fool Me Twice” There is some very wrong mindset with the direction of this country that we were like sheep to the slaughter. You think what he is doing now is bad, just wait for 2012.
