Back in my foolish youth, I was a fan of Todd Rundgren. When ‘Slutgate’ came to the fore, I chuckled about Todd’s old ‘drink ’til you puke’ song: “S-L-U-T, she may be a slut but she looks good to me”….Years later, he became a feminist (!) by writing, producing and performing this song: “It’s a Woman’s World”. When he was in full-on Bush derangement syndrome I stopped listening to his new music. Proving that he was a true feminist he supported HRC in 2008, saying that she was the only one who knew how to get us out of this mess’. Apparently, he didn’t get the memo on Barry from the DNC….Why do lib celebs have to lecture us on their political views, unsolicited? They equate their popularity with ‘wisdom’ that they must impart.
