The continuing saga of Eric Holder’s efforts to block the release of documents pertaining to the Fast and Furious gunwalking scandal has tarred the Department of Justice with a black mark of shame it will not overcome for years.
Yes, the ATF has long been known by most gun owners as a rogue and unconstitutional agency, but this scandal has now made most Americans aware of its unlawful tactics and disrespect for the rights of most law-abiding citizens.
The actions of Attorney General Holder, a man who once said he wanted to brainwash Americans into supporting gun control, have left a bad taste in the mouths of most Americans.There is no doubt that one of the unspoken objectives of Fast and Furious was to forward the cause of domestic gun control. If any Mexican citizens or American law enforcement personnel happened to get in the way? Well, that was just too bad.
The Department of Justice is so out of control that the House of Representatives recently voted to find an Attorney General of the United States in civil and criminal contempt of Congress. This is the first time in the history of the republic that this has happened.
Does this move Holder to cooperate with Congress? No. He continues to hide behind President Obama’s use of executive privilege and has forced Darrell Issa, Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, to file suit in U.S. Federal District Court to perhaps finally get the documents out of Holder and his cronies (that’s assuming said documents haven’t been shredded and deleted from hard drives).

I believe that all of those documents and hard-drives have suffered the same fate as did the one week of INS records that just happen to coincide with BO’s birth, what a strange coincident, amazing is it not? We have an impostor in the White House that buried all of his past and it was all buried for a reason, if they ever saw the day of light BO would be arrested and charged with treason. That’s why I believe that they no longer exist.
If you think this is bad, there is a new Texas story involving a lawsuit where the federal judge threatened the person with “death” in a civil lawsuit.
The case involves a lawyer billing scam supervised by a federal judge. In the apparent scam, a Dallas business owner (the “victim”) had all possessions seized, without any notice or hearing, prohibited him from hiring a lawyer, and essentially ordered him into a bizarre civil lockdown. The business owner has been under this civil lockdown order for nearly two years, and is prohibited from having a lawyer, from owning any possessions, from freely traveling, from working, etc…

THE COURT: “I’m telling you don’t screw with me. You are a fool, a fool, a fool, a fool to screw with a federal judge, and if you don’t understand that, I can make you understand it. I have the force of the Navy, Army, Marines and Navy behind me.”
THE COURT: “You realize that order is an order of the Court. So any failure to comply with that order is contempt, punishable by lots of dollars, punishable by possible jail, death”
America……….you may want to search way beyond Holder, Obama and Hillary on this little situation.
Yep, I think you are right. obozo and Hitlery are probably in on this whole scandal. i don’t think any of those lying DemonRats are innocent. Treason is what they are guilty of. What did they do to people guilty of treason in the 1700s?
