On Friday, February 3, 2012 the death knell of America the Beautiful tolled across the fifty states and around the world. An administrative judge in the state of Georgia rewrote the Constitution and ruled in favor of putative president Barack Hussein Obama declaring him a Natural Born Citizen and eligible to be on their state ballot.
Our rule of law is no more. Our Constitution is no more. Obama, Soros, state media, activist judges and all the ‘powers that be’ of a New World Order sealed our fate. The United States is a land of liberty no more.
When Georgia State Judge Michael M. Malihi released his shocking ruling we were stunned. This couldn’t possibly be true. On the eve of the hearing Obama’s lawyers had written a thinly- veiled threat letter to Brian Kemp, GA Secretary of State, demanding that Kemp stop Judge Malahi from moving forward with the three lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility to be on the state ballot. This letter followed another sent days earlier by Obama’s Atlanta attorney Michael Jablonski to Judge Malihi demanding he stop the January 26th hearing and advised the GA judge that Obama would not be attending anyway citing it would interfere with the president’s duties. Malihi replied quickly to the first letter: the hearing would go on. SOS Kemp responded within 2 hours of receiving his letter stating, “…if you and your client choose to suspend your participation in the OSAH proceedings, please understand that you do so at your own peril.”
At the very least when Obama or his lawyers failed to show up in court a default judgement, earlier considered by the judge, should have denied Obama’s placement on the ballot. Not only did Malihi rule in favor of Obama he completely destroyed the credibility of the plaintiffs, their lawyers, witnesses and evidence that the judge found “unpersuasive.”
Shortly after the devastating ruling, Constitutional Attorney Mario Apuzzo, wrote an editorial entitled, “All That Is Wrong with Georgia State Judge Michael M. Malihi’s Decision.” http:// puzo1.blogspot.com/2012/02/all-that-is-wrong-with-georgia-state.html Paragraph 2 reads, “The Court held: “For purposes of this analysis, this Court considered that President Barack Obama was born in the United States. Therefore, as discussed in Arkeny [sic meant Ankeny], he became a citizen at birth and is a natural born citizen.”
Paragraph 4: The court did not engage in its own thoughtful and reasoned analysis of the meaning of an Article II “natural born Citizen,” but rather relied only upon Ankeny v. Governor of the State of Indiana, 916 N.E.2d 678 (Ind. Ct.App. 2009), transfer denied, 929 N.E.2d 789 (2010), a state-court decision which erred in how it defined a “natural born Citizen.”
This little known ruling that was undoubtably proffered up by Obama’s dream team of lawyers piqued my curiosity. Why Indiana? The petitions were filed with the Indiana Election Division after the St. Joseph County Voter Registration Office verified individuals’ information on the documents.”
The state media will not report on “birther’ issues but I scoured the headlines looking for coverage anyway and my heart leaped when I saw on Yahoo! News an AP headline that read, “Indiana election chief found guilty of voter fraud, other charges; faces removal from office” http://news.yahoo.com/indiana-election-chief-found-guilty-voter-fraud-073551102.html As I read my heart sank lower and lower. This had nothing to do with democrat voter fraud and everything to do with getting rid of a republican election official. No doubt with trumped-up charges. The transparency was so obvious and the statement at the end of the article clinched it. Indiana was setting up a fail-safe system to steal the election for Obama: “A Marion County judge has ruled that White should be replaced by Democrat Vop Osili, the man he defeated by about 300,000 votes in the November 2010 election, but that ruling is on hold pending an appeal. Attorney Karen Celestino-Horseman, who watched the trial and spoke on behalf of Indiana Democrats following the verdict, said the party believes White’s conviction further affirms that Osili should be secretary of state. “(White) has been convicted, but the judge has left it open for misdemeanor sentencing. That’s something that’s going to have to be examined,” she said. During his closing arguments, assistant special prosecutor Dan Sigler Jr. argued that White knew that he was committing voter fraud but did it anyway for political power. “If we aren’t going to enforce election law against the secretary of state of Indiana, who are we going to enforce it against?” Sigler said.”

When Obama’s long-lost “Uncle Omar” was arrested for drunk driving, he was exposed as an illegal alien but has a valid Social Security number. Digging deeper they found it was assigned in the late 1970’s as was a Social Security number for Obama’s half-aunt, Zeituni Onyango, who had also been issued a deportation order but was allowed to stay when she surfaced in government-subsidized housing collecting welfare in Boston, MA. Zeituni’s Social Security number begins with a prefix reserved for residents of Indiana, but there is no evidence she ever lived in or even visited the state.”

We gotta make sure things get realligned in November. That’s what we must now focus on. This guy has got to go…
What in the world may I ask would lead anyone to think that an election loss for Obama would change anything, as in “we gotta make sure things get realigned in November?” As the writer points out in the opening paragraph of this oped, the American Republic, its Constitution and the Rule of Law are NO MORE. How many times do we have to see that demonstrably proven to us before we finally accept it? What will an election, this election, be saving? Our situation in America today with respect to honoring our Constitution and the rule of law is no different than the former Soviet Union or any other communist dictatorship. It amounts to little more than a piece of parchment paper adorned with archaic out-of-date rules that should be ignored and the rule of law is what the latest fecal-head wearing a black robe wants it to be.
I seriously doubt Obama would leave office if he lost the election by a vote count difference of say 5 percentage points or less. He’d either find a way to fraudulently stuff ballot boxes that mysteriously turned up or his legal team would litigate the matter ad nauseum until the supremes caved and ruled in his favor to avoid massive civil disobedience which is precisely why Congress and all the Courts have caved from the beginning including this latest one in Georgia which managed to tantalize us with false hope.
Obama, the illegal HMFIC, could and would likely postpone the election given the opportunity afforded by anything remotely threatening to public security such as with “occupier” violence resulting from virulent class warfare rhetoric and/or the imminent threat of Iranian terrorism on U.S. soil. Any way you slice it, there’s very little chance of “making sure things get realigned in November.” Even if Obama were soundly defeated by say Romney (bad choice) in a landslide victory (not likely), nothing substantially would change. Why? Because the difference between those two individuals and their respective parties, i.e. the demonic-rat party and the Grand Old Putz party, is essentially indistinguishable. I’m of the cynical opinion that all this hype about this being the mother of all elections and that we must elect this one or that one in order to save our country, our republic, or to take it back, is unfortunately just that, hype. Why? Because I see us headed for another election in which our choice is once again, as it’s been for the past 28 years, between the lesser of two evils.
I sincerely hope I’m wrong but America is showing all the historical signs of a decaying failing nation which is to say, politically, morally, economically, militarily and spiritually. We are no longer at a crossroads, we’re well past that and on our way down the proverbial and figurative slippery slope headed for oblivion in all the above categories.
Benjamin Franklin was asked as the 2nd Continental Congress, the one that drafted our Constitution, adjourned: “What have you given us?” He responded “A Republic, If you can hold it.” We didn’t, its gone, and has only the slightest, remotest chance of ever returning. Will we make the best of that slim ray of hope or will it too vanish into history? May God Bless America by helping us make the most of that slim ray of hope and save it.

I hate to admit it, Smoki, but I also agree…100%. I just wonder what the “slim ray of hope” might be? I don’t see what Patriotic Americans can do, especially with Obama’s stacking the Supreme Court and Federal/District Courts. I see, as Grouchybear does (love that name, btw), that we are headed for extremely trying times in this country. Any concrete suggestions as to what we can hope to accomplish would be more than welcome…

It’s up to the original judge, and he said Obama will be off the ballot unless he proves to him that he is eligible to be POTUS…and we all know he is not eligible…Also the Secretary of State ONLY will make that determination, and she agreed to go by the Judges findings!! Sanctorum’s father was an Italian immigrant who may or may not have been naturalized before his birth. The family says he was and that they have proof, but haven’t produced it so far. A challenge there, from somewhere?
There is a challenge (in Illinois I believe) to Romney because his father was born in Mexico and has no Naturalization shown. But,. in that case Mexico was not allowing babies born there to aliens (US) from being citizens at birth, so as far as they are concerned, Romney Sr is not Mexican. Other family members there are still listed as Americans by the government. What does our government say?
Rubio’s parents did not naturalize till several years after he was born.
Jindal’s parents also were not citizens at his birth.
And we are to believe that Obama is, not only citizen, but that special breed of citizen that can be POTUS? None of the above can say so with that much ‘certainty’.
My hope is that Judge Milihi intentionally made such a wacky, ill considered, wrong decision that he knew it would draw interest and get close scrutiny higher up the chain?
2 days ago, the Illinois board dismissed two challenges, based on “inaccurate interpretation of natural born citizen”, theirs being based on the same Indiana case and logic that Milihi used. But one of the two resubmitted it with more substantiation…we’ll have to see.
Romney’s Father has no Naturalization papers because they were American citizens residing in Mexico. Thus their children were American citizens. It would be the same if when your Mother was pregnant with you and she delivered you while on vacation in any other country on Earth. Natural Born Citizens are children born of TWO American parents, no matter where those children are born.
Obama’s lack of Natural Born Citizenship is due to his Father never having been an American Citizen either before or after the birth of Obama.
There was also a dispute about McCain because he wasn’t born in America but the law specifically exempts U.S. Ambassadors and military personnel on duty in foreign nations. McCain’s Father was stationed at the Coco Solo Naval Air Station in the Panama Canal Zone when his Mother gave birth to him. It is unreasonable to punish an American citizen for being in another country when their children are born when the reason they are there is in service to the United States.
While not specifically addressed in the Constitution itself, the Naturalization Act of 1790 stated that “the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens”.
Under the Naturalization Act of 1790 both John McCain and Mitt Romney meet the requirements to be considered “Natural Born Citizens”.
There was also some question if Barry Goldwater was eligible because he was born in Arizona Territory but his Father was born in Los Angeles 16 years after it was made a state and his Mother was born in Illinois so under the Naturalization Act of 1790 he is a Natural Born Citizen.
Your view of the 1790 Act is right on. Natural born citizens were included in the Naturalization Act so that they government would be put on notice that they are not naturalized, nor foreign citizens but are the same as their domestic-born siblings and compatriots and should not be lumped in with any group except that natural citizens group. That Act was written by and passed by many of the founding fathers who wanted the children of loyal patriotic Americans serving or working abroad to be considered as just as eligible to be President as their domestic born cousins. To be a natural citizen only requires two things, -two parents who are Americans. Where one is born is unrelated to nature and that which is natural. Where one is born is related to only one thing, and that is the bastard spawn of the Divine Right of Kings which held that any off-spring born into the King’s domain belonged to him for life. That’s jus soli, and has no place whatsoever in natural citizenship.
I’m ashamed of my state. The judge lost his spine. Our only hope is that the Secretary of State for Georgia disregards the judge’s ruling, which is virtually an impossibility despite his tough talk. Ultimately, it’s the SecState’s decision to make, but the road to his decision has already been paved by the court. On behalf of Georgians who know better, I apologize to the other 49 states who were looking to us for leadership and guidance.
I am just wondering if one of Obama’s enforcers payed a visit to the judge OR if the judge was paid off. I read the transcripts of the three cases, the evidence presented was iron-clad, and further investigation was warranted.

That’s the only logical conclusion. The judge left no other impression since he presented no pretense of making a reasoned decision. He kind of just phoned it in and got the hell out, reversing his previous stance toward the case by 180 degrees. Does that seem like what an honest judge would do if there was no coercion or implied threat?
Three men rumored to be sexually involved with Obama at Rev. Wright’s church have died. Two were murdered and one died of an infectious disease. A witness to the passport file snooping, was murdered.
Col. Lakin put his career on the line when he asked for a court martial for not recognizing Obama as President. He thought that would entitle him to discovery, were he could demand proof from Obama. A witness at the first hearing said that one of the officers at the trial pointed at Col. Lakin’s family, and asked if he had considered how the case would affect them;. The colonel took a plea deal,three months in jail and forfeiture of all benefits. Apparently the colonel felt his family was threatened. An army sergeant refused to be deployed until he had proof Obama was his Commander in Chief. The sergeant was discharged from the army immediately.
The stench of evil emanates from the White House, and I truly believe we are in for the fight of our lives.

It wasn’t his spine, it was his brain. The “native born citizen” is distinguished by the “natural born citizen”. The only key eligibility characteristic of a President besides 35 years old and up and the 14 years residence in the United States (all with few exceptions, but always with both parents being American Citizens before birth).
This naive equation where “native born citizen” is equal to a “natural born citizen” is not true. The House and Senate over the past 40 years have had Democrats and Republicans submitting proposals to Amend the Constitution where in the “native born citizen” would not be ineligible for lack of being a “natural born citizen”. I kid you not. Congress knows the issues.
Then again there is a confusion point if one searches for “native born” in THOMAS. I found that there are plenty of bills that passed Congress and were signed into Law by a President. But they dealt with:
Native Born American Indians that were given full American Citizenship
Native Born Hawaiians that were given American Citizenship
A native born citizen is one that is born in the United States, and generally one where the mother may not be a citizen with or without papers (a VISA etc.). A natural born citizen is one born with two American Citizen parents, generally all in the United States making them a “native born American+ citizen” eligible to be President. The basic “native borns” are not eligible to be President.
A “naturalized American citizen” enjoys all of what an American Citizen enjoys whether “native born” or not. However they are not eligible to be a President.
Natural born citizens are definitely not naturalized born citizens. One is born to citizens, the other is born to foreigners, or a foreign father who is a lawful immigrant. If the foreign father is a mere transient visitor/ tourist/ worker/professional/entertainer/student/diplomat then his off-spring is not an American by U.S. law, but is an American by the bastardized policy adhered to unconstitutionally by the executive branch, -granting citizenship to any and every single baby delivered within U.S. borders, except to diplomats who are covered by additional international treaties.
That’s all right! You don’t have to apologize for all the commie lovers in your state or in all the others either. America is rife with patriots in all the states, what the problem is is that we have no ‘standing.’ We have the best judges money can buy. They’ve sold out their country and cannot be trusted! We all know Obama is a fraud and probably a Marxist whose hellbent on America’s destruction. We know but we can’t prove it in a court of law. If you can’t even get into a court of law, what the hell else are we supposed to do? These evil SOBs know what they’re doing. BHO would be exposed as the fraud he is if he ever was to be forced into a court of law and they know it. So, IMHO, Congress, the SCOTUS, and all you other traitorous SOBs out there, are in on the fraud. If we ever do get Obama to show his records and he’s proven to be the fraud we all know he is, we then need to figure out how many traitors and aiders and abettors are out there that have helped Obama perpetuate this fraud. We already know Pelosi and Reid are in on it. I believe many members of Congress are in on it (especially the Dems) and the RINOs in the Rep. Party. I think this was all a set up. I don’t think the judge was ever going to go against Obama. I had hopes for a while that we finally had a judge who was willing to do the right thing according to the constitution. I think he wanted to look like he was doing something, but when the President and his attorney didn’t show up,
I figured this out even before the verdict. If I am ever handed a subpoena to appear in court, I am going to ignore it just like the so – called Pres and cite that as my case. Justice Ginsburg, whose job is to interpret and uphold the Constitution, tells Egyptian TV not to use the Constitution as a model for government. Congress abdicates its authority to the president, who promptly decides what laws he will and will not enforce. The house of cards has crashed. There are no checks and balances left. The people have been abandoned…

The Attorney General of the United States is supposed to be working for The People when push comes to shove. He appears more like a Dog1 tail to me by taking orders from the White House.
The AG should get behind the vetting of Obama because it is clear no bonafide certificate of birth has ever been submitted by Obama, and all the Public know is they are forgeries and Fraud was committed.
It is an Act of Treason that can bring on a Death sentence. If an FBI agent knew about it, a Federal Prison sentence would be about 7 years.

gwedem5995 if you ever get a subpoena to appear in court, you can just ignore it thanks to this idiot judge. The legal precedent for ignoring subpoenas has been set. Obama pretends to be a U.S. citizen, so he should be required to obey this country’s laws. If Obama is not required to respect a subpoena, then from this point on, no American citizen should be required to respect one. To be honest though, I really was not surprised that this ended this way. Every incident of Obama abusing his power has been illogically swept under the rug, as this one has been too. What was it this time that influenced the Judge to make such a poor decision? Was it a death threat from one of Obama’s goons? Was there a payoff? One thing is for sure, the decision was not made on sound judgement. The sad thing is that the stupidity of this judge has only served to embolden Obama even more to carry out even bigger frauds. So we can all expect Obama to win the next election, and even if there is clear evidence of massive fraud, nothing will be done. It will once again be swept under the rug.
Clearly we need a Constitutional amendment that makes the office of the Attorney General an elected office instead of one appointed by his boss who he then can’t and won’t investigate.
Your comment at the end there reminded me of a conversation I had with an ex-friend of mine back when Bush the younger was president. We were talking politics and I was telling him how bad our govt. is and that 9/11 happened with the full knowledge of the govt. They just allowed it to happen! And, then, right after 9/11, presto chango, we get the Patriot Act! Nothing to see here people, move along.
Anyway, I remember telling my friend that he was not going to believe me when and until he feels the affects to himself and his family personally! Unfortunately, this is the sad state we find ourselves in today. Althought many more Americans are suffering than they did in the Bush years. With Obama running things, I think these mindless numbskulls will eventually realize how big a danger Obama really is. But, it’ll be too late by that time. Only when it hits American’s in their own pocketbooks and their homes are foreclosed on and they don’t have a job anymore, then they might wake up!
Mahlihi is one man. We patriots make up about 150 million. Who is going to win this fight? This guy needs to be taken out and tarred feathered, for such a quintessentially stupid decision. One man can never make a decision like that alone, it must be a group that makes these kinds of decisions. one man gets bribed or threatened. How much you want to bet that this is the case here?

The Judge is a sell out. I believe the Judge and his family have been threatened by the Secret Society. Like other countries America will soon be rioting in the streets for our freedom. There is no doubt in my mind Obama is another Hitler. It’s going to be war, watch and see.

Obama had to have someone who would finally officially go on record stating that he is a natural born citizen, since none of his previous lies have been effective. It couldn’t have been more obvious when Obama’s attorney sent word that they wouldn’t be showing up for the trial. Any decent judge would have done something about that, right then and there. I don’t know how this judge can live with himself, but I’m sure he’ll probably live a very wealthy life for the payoff he’s taken. This country has been sold down the tubes by all the rich and corrupt people in our government. They buy whoever and whatever they need to make things happen their way and it’s very frightening to think what the future holds. I definitely believe there will be another civil war in this dear country if Obama steals this next election.

2. I did a cursory search on THOMAS for legislation that went into “native born citizen”. I found over a 4 decades worth of proposals for a Constitutional Amendment that would allow an individual that was a “native born citizen”, but not a “natural born citizen per Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 (original)”, to be President of the United States. The age would be over 35 years, but there was variance on length of residence status. It would essentially make “native born citizens” eligible as well as “natural born citizens”.

The decision by the Georgia Administrative Judge and as I understand it an Illinois Judge or Official reviewing Obama Eligibility; and possibly further into the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals recent denials, I offer the following proposed Amendments to the US Constitution from Senator(s) and Representatives in the House. It is made perfectly clear in these proposals which have never been adopted to amend the US Constitution dealt with “eligibility to be President shall not be denied to native-born citizens, and in one not to be denied to native-born citizens that are not “natural born citizens”. Therefore the Congress has and still does distinguish between eligibility to be President being a “natural born citizen” and “native born citizen”. These two types of Americans are different.
SORRY STATES, you are wrong. Only eligibility comes forth in the US Constitution as currently amended, and there has never been any amendment to Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 (as in the original adopted text).

I really take exception to the California Secretary of State refusing to take the initiative or responsibility. But that is the Western Democrat approach: PASS THE BUCK. But please NOTE that California does not expect to get a “Native Born Citizen” as determined to be Eligible from any Political Party.
So next I sent an inquiry to the DNC to request a copy of what was submitted in 2008 to get Obama on the California November Ballot. They are therefore legally responsible for verifying that Obama was a “natural born citizen”. So I’d like to know what the DNC uses as a Definition. Did they obtain a bonafide Certificate of Birth? Because so far all I’ve seen on the Internet, even from the White House, are forgeries, fraud and abuse. I’m probably going to wait a long time, because if someone knowingly stated to California that Obama was “eligible”, they are guilty of TREASON and could face the DEATH PENALTY under Federal Law that does not get taught in Law School. According to: 324.1 Loss of citizenship by marriage, The Act of September 22, 1922, repealed and prohibited expatriation by marriage. Actually, we don’t do mass transit here in Middle America. But hey, if that’s how you like to travel, I’m sure it can be arranged!
MightySword, just how do you think Obama has averted economic catastrophe (which we are still suffering from) but will be able to insure millions of Americans free of charge (which he hasn’t done yet) when we can’t afford the national health care that the government already provides to the elderly and the poor? Giving him credit for either of these defies, and WILL defy, logic. That’s obviously not your strong point. We’re STILL at an unemployment rate that Obama promised we would never reach, and have been since his “stimulus” passed. Economists have had to readjust their calculations and now admit that we are still in a state of recession. Unemployment benefits have been extended from 26 weeks (half a year) to a record 99 weeks, just 5 weeks short of TWO years. That’s hardly averting an economic catastrophe.
And universal healthcare has turned out to be a pipe dream. Of the 36 million expected to be on the government insurance rolls under ObamaCare, only a fraction have joined the program. Hundreds of companies have requested deferments on the basis that ObamaCare would bankrupt them. The government must agree, since they granted the deferments. Think things through before you state them as fact.

The economy is in better shape than it has been since before the downturn began in 2008. This is despite the use of a economic stimulus that many economists agree was too small. We still have a long way to go, but the damage done in the past 30 years will take even longer than two Obama terms to undo. It’s difficult to overstate how much worse off we’d be had the stimulus not passed.
The Affordable Care Act is just that, a route to affordable care for the millions of Americans that couldn’t previously afford health insurance. It’s not in any way a “takeover” or “government” healthcare. By time it’s fully implemented, which, by design, isn’t until the end of 2014, more than 95 percent of Americans under age 65 will have health insurance. Not healthcare, insurance. Premiums that go to private insurers, not the government.
You rightly ask how we can pay for this. One, we borrow money. Interest rates are at historic lows and inflation remains a non-factor. Two, we fix the tax code by making the rich pay more. We can close much of the gap by making those who have income greater than $250K per year pay more. We can tax capital gains and other investment income the same as wages, instead of the minimal rates paid now. We need the Buffet Rule now. We also need to slash subsidies for oil companies and agribusiness.
The reality is, unless you are part of the 1%, you are voting against your own economic interests if you vote Republican. Your leading candidate is now pitching a tax plan that will increase the bills of 80% of Americans, while cutting the bills for the wealthiest. We can argue the social issues until the cows come home, but the math is on my side on this one.
When the government dictates what will be insured, it’s health care. Not insurance – health care.

We are kidding ourselves if we think that any judge will rule in favor of a Chicago politician who scammed his way into the oval office. I have always believed that God was the one that place’s rulers into position of authority, even those who cheated to get there, such as Obama. Whether it is true or not does not matter, what does is the fact that this philosophy has been embraced by George Soros. The Secretary of State Project (SoSP) began in the fall of 2005 by George Soros is an openly progressive group that is seeking “reform” of the election process.
What does reform mean to the SoSP? Well, this quote from their website should give you some insight, “We can be sure that the Republicans and the opponents of honest elections will try triply hard to regain lost seats and capture seats held by reformers.” As you can see, “Republicans” and “opponents of honest elections” are one and the same in the minds of those who seek to count your vote. Also from their website, “We’ve helped to elect 11 of 13 election reform candidates” and, “Building on our successful model in 2006 and 2008, The SoS Project is strategically focusing on a handful of key state races. Our goal – to ensure fair, clean elections in 2012 and beyond”.
How does all of this work? The SoSP, working with another Soros group, Project Vote targets a Secretary of State who is ethical and enforces election laws. In Ohio Project Vote used ACORN to help facilitate a lawsuit based upon a bogus charge of violations concerning the National Voter Registration Act. Big Government’s website reported, “Up against a secretary of state that was not going to “play ball,” ACORN lost. Unfortunately (and of major consequence), SoSP now targeted Ohio. Secretary of State Blackwell was replaced by SoSP endorsed candidate Jennifer Brunner (D) in 2006. ACORN subsequently re-filed the case, with a secretary of state ready to “play ball,” and won”. American Spectator captures the spirit of election theft by SoSP, “With a mere investment of $780,000 Soros and his allies were able to suborn free elections in the states of Montana, West Virginia, Missouri, Oregon, in 2008, and in Minnesota, Ohio, New Mexico, Nevada and Iowa, in 2006.” Guess how many of those states were won by B. Was the Georgia Hearing a Set Up?

My gut feeling is that it was not a set up. I believe BO/BS’s legal team, DHS, DOJ and Sec. of Defense Panetta prepared a “findings/judgement” for Malihi to sign. They “convinced” Malihi that it would start a race riot and civil war and it was in the best interest of national security and safety of the subjects to cover up the issue. My gut feelings are seldom wrong.

Grand Juries need to start being formed, to unseat Tyrannical Judges and Politicians with their own agenda, who do not take their oath to the Constitution seriously. Immediately after hearing that Georgia Judge Michael Malihi ruled against the Plaintiffs in the case regarding Obama’s eligibility to be on the 2012 presidential ballot, and hearing that Malihi was a Muslim Iranian, I decided to find out all I could about him. Is his ancestry really Iranian? Is his faith really Muslim? And did either of these things, if true, play a role in his decision to side with Obama in the Georgia eligibility hearing?

Judge Malihi is the Deputy Chief Judge for the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings. He was appointed Judge in 1995. If you go to the official website for his office, what you don’t find may be more interesting than what you do find. On the OSAH website there is a page which lists bios for all the judges, including Malihi. I clicked on Malihi and all that was listed for him was this: – STILL FROM THE WEBSITE – Why can we find even less info on him than we can on Obama? Birds of a feather?
