Finally, a court that stands up for a right that isn’t the right to rip babies apart with other people’s money. The Fifth Circuit court essentially told the abortion giant Planned Parenthood to shut their whining gobs and that Texas has a right to not fund them.
This victory is being called a “roadmap” for any state that wants to defund Planned Parenthood. A lot of states have tried. Texas did it. This is a very bad day for Planned Parenthood. And a bad day for Planned Parenthood is a good day for babies.
Texas stood up to the bully who nobody thought could be beat. This is like when Rocky Balboa made Dolph Lundgren bleed for the first time and everyone was all like “Oh my gosh the seemingly indomitable Swedish looking Russian dude isn’t indomitable or Russian!!!
This is like when the New York Giants essentially showed every other team in the NFL five years ago how to beat the dreaded and seemingly indomitable New England Patriots – stop being so afraid and put Tom Brady on his keister. And since then, how many Super Bowls have the Patriots won? Nada. That’s how our friends south of the border say bupkis. Before that, they seemed indomitable. Now nobody’s afraid.
So this is like that, except Tom Brady doesn’t kill babies for money. (That we know of.)

Any medical proceedure that is paid with tax dollars is hospitalization under government control. The purpose of government is to maintain peace and security, not be a hospital, automaker, transportation mogul. With the exception of the military, what operations started by and controlled by the government have been outstandingly successful? Railroads? Postal? Social Security? Welfare?
Now, compare private company-controlled businesses: They either are successful, or they go bankrupt unless the government bails them out, which is why Ford did not get bailed out: Although not the biggest automaker, it was the only one that stood up and was successful without government funding. GM was funded, and where is it now? It is not in the USA!
The people that say capitalism doesn’t work forget that capitalism got us in the leadership of the world; it was socialism that stemmed the gains of capitalism by unfairly taxing the rich while allowing the poor not to have to pay any taxes at all. Since the taxation collection imbalance, we have seen a growth in government, loss of jobs, increase in welfare and explosion in illegal aliens because the government needs the poor to maintain power. Unfortunately for us all, an economic collapse is unavoidable unless we can nullify everything that Clinton, both Bushes and Obama have put into place. Reagan tried to reduce the size of the government, but his efforts were reversed by the following presidents. Had the following four presidents after Reagan continued the push for smaller government, most likely we would have the strongest economy in the world rather than one about to collapse.

Thank God for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in Texas. Someone, for once, stood up to the child-killing Planned Parenthood(UnParenthood). Is this an act of God? Most likely. Texas stood up to PP. That’s why they won in the end. Standing up to a vicious bully like PP deters them. Cowardice only encourages them.
Christian, you are right…Thats why we all need to start getting to be harder on all this BS that the Obama administration is trying to dole out to us..If we just say NO, NO, NO to them, and take everything to court and then they know we won’t have this BS bothering us anymore…And his administration should be going here on Nov. 6th. and we can get back to fixing our country…We just need to get started on it as soon as possible..
Thank you Texas. At least we have one state that is pushng to get back on track. We cant let the government take control of our lives and the lives of our unborn children. I knew if anyone could do this , it would be Texas. Thank you again so much….Now if we can start to work on that old 2nd. Amendment. None of us want to be told what to do or how to do it with our birth control and I think they won’t stand for someone from the government coming in and taking our guns…It has taken me all my lfe to acquire the modest collection that I have, espesially with a wife like mine telling me I don’t need anymore guns. Then telling me she would like a diamond for her birthday or for Christmas or just any ole time I feel like getting her one…Of course most guys know the answer to that one…I would rather buy a gun than a diamond anytime…LOL…You can’t hurt your enemy by throwing a diamond at them…You need a gun for protection so we need to protection our rights to keep them…We truly do need to protect our gun rights at any cost because we built this country with the use of guns and based our foreign policy on strength through power and it has worked the best in just about every conflict. Of course, these day you never know who is the enemy if you know what I mean….They are everywhere and in all walks of life these days and we need every upstanding citizen that is in good standing to have a gun and know everything about his gun and how to use it correctly. So if we could, we need to get on the ball with getting out our ole Constitution so these United Nations and the United States government know when to back off and stay away from us because we are the boss of this country and we will stay in control of this country at least as long as I can carry a gun and protect America like it should be..But once again, Texas, Thank YOu for your duty to the American people, and we as so proud of you for doing what was right..Thanks again…
