Seems Hoffa is a hypocrite, first class!
He said, “Let the people decide the issue.” and “Put it up for a vote.”
Well Hoffa, you and your union is not and has never done that!
No, you want and demand a closed shop, where people has NO choice!
You want to control people with your own blacklists, if they are not a union dues paying member, then you will not let them work. I ask; where is the freedom in that? I ask; What is fair about that? I ask; Why would you want this put to a popular vote? Of course if you had enuff union members you could outvote the non-union members and rule by a simple democratic vote. But that’s a point, DEMOCRACY is not and has never been fair! Democracy is actually MOB RULE or the correct word is “mobocracy”. You know, two foxes and a chicken voting on what’s for dinner! But I digress, I understand the greed and lusts of people and everyone would vote to increase their pay and power, even at others’ expense, and even if it bankrupted the system.

Just as crooked as his daddy was. Without the unions Hoffa would have to go to work for a living.
He is just desperately trying to make a bigger splash than his old man did. Jimmy Junior has been living under his father’s shadow all his life and is nowhere near the man his dad was and that isn’t saying much about the old man either. I had more respect for cockroaches.
I remember quite a few union thugs being killed, shot dead on the spot trying to stop independent truck drivers delivering materials to companies that the union workers were out on strike, the loads got delivered, and the drivers were not charged
I live in a right to work state and we are noteating out of dumsters and our state is in the black not the “RED” either. It was is the RED because of the X-GOVENER that we had. Hopefully someone with a set of balls stands up and we will have a CONSERVETIVE President . I know that is wisfull-thinking but I still have the right to DREAM.

I find it odd that liberals, mainly people in the blue states claims that the red states cannot live without them. That the red states receives more federal money per individual than the blue states. I ask; if this is so why are the blue running such huge deficits while the red states are not? And why are people moving out of the blue states if things are as good as the liberals claims they are in those blue states? The question really is; Can the blue states survive without the red states and the answer is a resounding NO! It is clearly evident by the contrasts of the two people, conservatives and liberals that the two peoples SHOULD live under separate governments. This is because the liberals wishes to dominate government while forcing conservatives to follow their form of government. The conservatives gains absolutely NOTHING out of this arrangement except what they see as enslavement. And it has been repeatedly shown that the liberals WILL use violence in order to dominate anyone they oppose. Let the country divide peacefully instead of having another war, because if it doesn’t divide peacefully there will be a war between the two sides, and we evidence of this everyday, including articles posted here. SECEDE!

@Mike, I was referring to the RED, as in oweing too much money, and Black as in having money AFTER ALL BILLS ARE PAID.
I am sorry that I did not clarify that in my post. I am neither DEM OR REPUB but I am INDEPENDENT.
and we have had our fair share of UNIONS and their get more money by hook or crook how ever you want to get it.
I have nothing but prayers for the RED and BLUE states because I want AMERICA to get over this hole OBAMA and the others that has gotten us in such a BAD way that we may not survive.

Actually I got your point. I was correlating it to the conservative red states vrs the liberal blue states. (There are some small exceptions.) But the point was the red states are not in the “red” owing money, and these are the conservative states. The the blue states are in the “red” owing money and these states are liberal. Yet it is the blue states that claims their federal monies goes to the red states resulting in them being in the “red”, and this is not in any way true. The red states would be much better off without the blue ones, which is why I push for secession. If not we’re doomed to be controlled by the liberals, as they have only gotten stronger the last 100-150 years. I see it only getting worse.
As for politics, I don’t vote, so I’m not affiliated with any party of any type. I simply want what’s best for all concerned.

You are being illogical, naive and ignorant by placing your faith in voting. If the government was just and the US Constitution was followed, I would vote. But you have a perverted government that uses the vote as a charade in order to fool the people, all the while sending the country down the toilet. You have a democracy instead of a Republic where the paupers, the illiterate, the illegals, the dead and the greedy all have more power of the vote than I do. I do not consent to be governed accordingly so I do not vote.
You completely fail to realize that Romney is just as much a problem as Obama is. You fail to accept that both these people has similar ideals, only it is the way they go about the achieving it. Both are Marxists, both are members of the same elite organizations, such as the TC, CFR, Bilderbergs, masons…ect. You deny all these things yet have the audacity to claim I am the problem! You will settle for second best, the lesser of what you perceive as two evils and I will not. I will not allow my vote to be cast before swine between the lesser of two evils! And ALL of Washington DC is now controlled by evil and no amount of voting is gonna change that! I will not vote giving my approval of a broken process all in order they can claim my vote shows my legitimacy in their game.
Think of it this way; There is a fox, a wolf, a tiger, a lion, a bear and a cougar in a group that also includes a duck, a chicken and a rabbit, making for a total of 9 animals. They live in a democracy and they are voting on what’s for supper! Who would rather be? Where would you rather be if you were one of the three herbivores? Just think of Obama and ROMNEY as both being part of the carnivore group.
You don’t stand a rabbit’s chance in changing the nature of government in DC. Your turn to be supper is soon at hand. You best get out before your vote comes up! And your vote doesn’t mean anything……
