A nationally syndicated radio talk show host has called for Barack Obama to be impeached if he is secretly pushing Egypt to become an Islamist country ruled by the Muslim Brotherhood. Tammy Bruce called for Rep. Darrell Issa to investigate whether the Obama administration is helping the radical Islamic fundamentalist organization rise to power after the departure of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Media reports indicate a member of the Obama administration has met with the Muslim Brotherhood, and the United States may have supported a plan to take down Mubarak since at least 2008. “If it is found that Obama secretly facilitated or *encouraged* an Islamist takeover of Egypt, an ally, he should be impeached,” Bruce wrote.
Her call came in the form of four separate tweets, which she posted on her Twitter feed this afternoon:
- “If it is found that Obama secretly facilitated or *encouraged* an Islamist takeover of Egypt, an ally, he should be impeached.”
- “Impeachment? We have a President in up to his elbows in an Islamist takeover of Egypt while he ignores a Fed Judge order to void ObamaCare”

A Muslim Brotherhood takeover of Egypt could have widespread and devastating effects throughout the Middle East and around the world. A leading member of the Brotherhood, Muhammad Ghannem, reportedly told the Iranian television channel Al-Alam that Egyptians should prepare for war with Israel. He added activists should close down the Suez Canal, which carries eight percent of the world’s seaborne trade. The investment bank Barclays Capital has estimated closing Suez would remove 2-3 million barrels of oil daily. Gas prices have already crept up with news of the unrest, but they are nowhere near what they could be following a third Suez crisis. Two previous Suez closings threw the world into turmoil in the 1956-57 and 1967.
If the president is involved in promoting this agenda in any way, Congress may deem this an impeachable offense.
In response to Tammy Bruce’s tweets, the George Soros-funded Media Matters quickly labeled her a “Right-Wing Radio Host.”
Anyone familiar with Tammy knows how ridiculous this characterization is.
Bruce describes herself as “a gay, pro-choice, gun owning, pro-death penalty, Tea Party Independent Conservative.” She was the youngest-ever president of the Los Angeles chapter of the National Organization for Women (NOW) and served on its national board of directors. A registered Democrat until 2008, she currently chairs the Advisory Committee of GOProud. Needless to say, she is anything but a party-line ideologue.

His administration has been cited in contempt for continuing the moratorium on oil drilling despite a ruling that the moratorium was unconstitutional. I just called in to Hannity and actually got through. I told the screener that even though I knew I would never get on the air, I wanted to say that if all the Sens, Reps, media, talk show guys and gals, etc had not blown off the eligibility issue, we would most likely not be in this situation today. Your claim is sheer fantasy. Arthur was never "removed from office." He took over when Garfield was assassinated, and then lost a bit for re-election.
There is no evidence that Arthur was born anywhere other than Vermont, and even if–as some "birthers" claim–he had been born in Canada, his mother was a U.S. citizen, so he would have been, as well.

The "birth certificate" you cite is a well-known forgery offered by Lucas Smith, a convicted felon, one of whose crimes was forgery. WND proved it to be a forgery in about 33 seconds.
For Obama to have been born in any other country than the USA requires the combination of:
(1) Travel by his mother during late pregnancy (highly unlikely because of the high expense and high risk of such a trip in 1961. A round trip to Kenya for two has been estimated to have cost around $20,000 in 2010 terms, and there was high risk of stillbirth, and of Yellow Fever in Kenya [a Yellow Fever shot itself is risky during pregnancy]);
(2) Birth outside of Hawaii (also unlikely);
(3) Birth abroad despite the absence of any foreign documents or photographs showing either that Obama was born in a foreign country or that his mother was in the country at the time (highly unlikely);
(4) The willingness of the parents to lie about his place of birth (unlikely since it would be a crime to file a false government document, and the lie would be unnecessary since for most purposes naturalizing a foreign-born child would be just as good as his being born in the country);
(5) Successfully smuggling the child into the USA without a US travel document (extremely unlikely), and;
(6) Convincing the officials in Hawaii that he was born in Hawaii (also extremely unlikely).
ALL of these six things would be required for there to be a reasonable case that he was born in any other country than the USA. What are the odds of all six of them happening?
