Is There Hope For The GOP?

FRONT ROYAL, VA — In case Republicans haven’t noticed, Obama has declared war on them.

Perhaps he recognizes that the party of Reagan is defenseless these days, having abdicated the principles that built the modern GOP – principles that have long enjoyed the high regard of a majority of Americans, millions of them nominal Democrats.

All of this is hardly news: conservatives have been on the ropes for years, and no one else in the GOP ever had any principles to begin with. Even now, the Tea Party diehards are getting the back of the hand from an ungrateful establishment. Republicans have fallen far from the moral high ground that conservatives built for the party in the days when the Gipper united it.

The fact that the GOP is still around at all might reflect the sad fact that many people of principle simply think there’s nowhere else to go. But that negative is a far cry from a positive – and it shows.

Speaking of negatives, it goes without saying these days that Democrats have long since abandoned principle altogether – unless, of course, lust for power can be called a “principle.” Augustine calls this Deadly Sin the libido dominandi, and how timeless and tireless it is: today’s defiant Democrats have merely packed a gaggle of self-indulgent interest groups into their crowded corral of corruption, paying them off with taxpayer-funded benefits, preferences, affirmations of a stunning variety of sexual indulgences and prurient privileges, crony cash, and, when all else fails, the promise of a friendly wink from the Leviathan.

The makeup of this captive collective remarkably reflects Rousseau’s Volonté de Tous, that mélange of individual interests that the Sovereign rejects in favor of the absolute power conferred by the Volonté Generale – the General Will. That cynical concoction empowers the Sovereign to decide all by himself what is good and what is evil [viz. Genesis 3:5]. This deft sleight of hand allows the tyrant to exercise absolute power [kratos] over the people [demos] “for their own good.”

Thus is Lincoln’s famous formulation – “of the people, by the people, and for the people” – effortlessly hijacked (as Mel Bradford predicted long ago.)

And those who resist? Rousseau concedes with a sigh that, well, “they must be forced to be free.” Brandishing that ersatz seal of moral approval, aspiring tyrants can easily seduce a veritable ocean of do-gooders, unwitting accomplices in the extermination of liberty.

No wonder, then, that the Founders loathed Rousseau’s democracy and established its opposite, a constitutional republic – which, as Tocqueville and even the Supreme Court acknowledged, thrived because we were a “Christian nation.”

Today, channeling Rousseau and Lenin, the Democrat Left has hollowed out the republic, discarding its principles and turned the dessicated husk upside-down. And why not? Didn’t Lenin say that Marx stood Hegel on his head? Once one denies the realm of the spiritual altogether, the Party has all the Power of Pilate to determine good and evil.

Falsehood always brings violence in its wake, said Solzhenitsyn, and the victims of the Leftist Lie are legion. Consider the Christian (and also constitutional) principle of subsidiarity, which reserves to small communities the freedom to handle their own affairs without interference from the central government. For the Left (including the Republican Left and the Christian Left, by the way), this principle is anathema. But it is useful, so the Power Party has hijacked it and corrupted it, all without a fight: now power must flow from the top down, implemented by commissars and apparatchiks (ours wear suits) who oppress, rather than respect, a free people.

Those are the same free people whom the Founders regarded as the locus of authority in a constitutional republic.

For the Democrat Left, down is always up. All around us we see that cause and effect and other laws of nature still abide – defy them, and our political and social culture sinks into chaos. So the only things that work today are drones, iPads, and Obama’s Thought Police.

Do Republicans Have An Alternative?

Well, back to the GOP, that party of principle.

Oh, really?

You’d think Republicans would learn.

Remember Woodrow Wilson’s “War To End All Wars”? It didn’t. Instead, it launched a century of violence and lies, feeding on innocent blood.

In like manner, Franklin Roosevelt’s insatiable appetite for flattery at Yalta gave Stalin one hundred million Christians in Eastern Europe to suffer under Soviet rule for half of a century.

By the time LBJ’s war in Viet Nam – complete with Richard Nixon’s “Secret Plan” to end it – came and went, Republican Vice-Presidential candidate Bob Dole could famously condemn “Democrat Wars” in 1976, underscoring the solidly Republican alternative of “Peace and Prosperity.” Dole wasn’t able to make that stick, but Ronald Reagan did, making him the most popular president in living memory.

And then along came George W. Bush, who was as uneasy his conservative platform in 2000 as FDR was with his in 1932. But “9-11 changed everything,” so the dialectic trumped principle, and “Big-Government Conservatism” quickly became the new normal. While Obama was still a no-show in the Illinois State Senate, the Bush-Cheney administration laid the ideological and legal groundwork for the campaign that is destroying the Republic today. Obama is only picking up where Bush left off.

The irony is cruel and unrelenting. Rejecting the Founders and resurrecting Wilson, Bush and Cheney decided to “make the world safe for democracy.” They stood Bob Dole on his head, turning the Republican Party upside down – celebrating power while ignoring the Constitution, Congress, and history.

Perhaps – especially for the profoundly Christian Bush – the most tragic consequence (yes, tragic, because hubris is indeed a tragic flaw) was the virtual annihilation of Christianity in the Middle East, especially in the countries that Bush’s invasions were said to “liberate.”

Alas, a “rump parliament” of Christian ”Happy-Talkers” in the GOP Hot Tub still celebrates Bush’s “triumphs,” even as Obama’s grim offensive against liberty continues to build on the fertile ground that Bush’s dialectic graciously, albeit perhaps mindlessly, bequeathed to him.

Why do they persist?

Principles – For Sale, Cheap!

Well, over the years, an increasing number of Republican Regulars have bought into the formula that the Democrats have used to destroy the GOP. The ease with which this well-heeled Hot Tub Herd has been tamed by baubles and banalities brings to mind another immorality tale, recounted in Mel Gibson’s Braveheart.

There, England’s King Edward, known as “Longshanks,” faces Gibson in the role of William Wallace, who leads the Scots in the Battle of Falkirk. Longshanks is smug, having bought off Wallace’s allies, Lochlan and Mornay. The instructive scene is set as Longshanks calls for his Irish troops to engage the Scots.

General: Mornay, Lochlan?

Longshanks: I gave Mornay double his lands in Scotland and matching estates in England. Lochlan turned for much less.

Archers!

General: I beg your pardon, sire. Won’t we hit our own troops?

Longshanks: Yes, but we’ll hit theirs as well. We have reserves.

Attack!

In this exchange we observe venality in all its glory. Yes, the GOP’s ambitious nobility aspire to a payoff like Mornay’s, but, like Lochlan, all too many have “turned for much less.”

But Mel leaves a haunting message for the sellouts of our own age: the battle lost, Wallace tracks down Lochlan and Mornay, and kills them both.

A TEA Party sponsored “Impeach Obama” demonstration on a major Southern California freeway overpass caused traffic to backup at least ten miles, as the organizer apologized for “any small inconvenience” drivers may have dealt with, as reported by the San Diego-based local news portal the Carlsbad Patch on June 9, 2013.

Flying a number of American flag as well as the TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party-adopted Gadsen flag, protesters flashed to motorists on the Interstate 5 southbound lanes in Carlsbad, California placards stating “Remember Benghazi,” “Obama Lies” and “Amnesty Hell No!”

Organizers estimated between 25,000 and 30,000 vehicles would drive under the Tamarack Rd. overpass where the protesters set up shop.

By 12:15, the notoriously slow California freeway traffic had become a slow flowing parking lot from the protest site all the way back to the main gate of the sprawling Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base, ten miles distant.

Obama’s speech in Cairo 2009:  “I have come here to seek a new beginning between the United States and Muslims around the world.”  If one reads between the lines, it becomes quite clear what Obama’s agenda is for America.

In his book “Audacity of Hope,” Obama avowed, “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.” The political winds are shifting as our Nation is slammed with one scandal after another. Can the Obama Administration stay above the law and continue their journey to advance Sharia law and take over our Country?

2008 was the beginning of Obama’s take over of our Nation – he was armed with money, support of the African American community, the Hispanic community and the lost generations - the ones who depend on our Government to care for their needs. McCain was the perfect patsy for Obama and with the assistance of Democrats and the Liberal News Media; Obama devoured McCain shattering his weak platform making McCain look like an amateur and hopeless old man.

The hope and change promised by Obama in 2008 gave him an easy ride to the White House under the careful protection of the compliant media.  His agenda was to create one distraction after another keeping us totally off balance while he worked behind the scenes to orchestrate the take over of our Nation.

He quickly diminished us financially via the stimulus bill, the green scams, Obamacare, a temporary amnesty for illegal aliens, reduction of our Military power and nuclear weapons and he continues slicing and dicing our once strong Nation.

Only time will tell, Obama has put in place a political mechanism that may reduce the America that we once knew to ashes. Remember his mission or agenda is to advance Sharia law and give Muslims control of the greatest Country in the World.  And, Obama is preparing to work behind the scenes after 2016.

Removing him from office will not stop his well orchestrated plan to take over America.  Obama will continue using the Alinsky theory of division and distraction, which has successfully worked for 4 ½ years

The recent scandals have left Americans virtually brain dead – too much information thrown our way at one time. We’re alone swimming in a mass of conflicting information, he saids, she saids, I don’t knows, I didn’t do its and the dirty finger is always pointing at someone else.

The exterior face of the Global Defense Technology Systems appears rather innocent, but the interior functions are the real concern. What you see isn’t what you get!  The keyword is “supposedly,” and the operative that was in charge would be John Brennan.

The database created by Obama is the most dangerous databank in our history and Republicans need to subpoena all information from that base, along with emails, all written communications and the key people in charge of this data just like Obama did with AP and FOX and Jim Rosen.

His intention is to put Hillary Clinton in the oval office, because he now owns her lock, stock and barrel; she’s just one more Obama player that sold the little bit of soul she had left to the cause.

Obama wasn’t prepared for the Tea Party movement and his Administration, and Liberal News Media and IRS attempted to disarm this group of middle class citizens. There’s a glimmer of hope here with the IRS scandal – this may indeed be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.

Obama’s work isn’t completed, but he’s well on his way to creating the most corrupt database in the World’s history with the able assistance of IRS, DHS, FBI, CIA, OFA (Organizing for Action) and a slew of other powerful organizations. The irony of the Obama take over is this; American taxpayers are funding Obama as he advances his strategy to advance Sharia Law and place the greatest Country in the World under Muslim control.

White House Senior Adviser Valerie Jarrett said there’s no chance Attorney General Eric Holder will resign in light of the mounting evidence against the Obama administration, including the IRS’ ongoing targeting of Christians, conservatives, Republicans, and Tea Party groups (the IRS commissioner met with Obama 157 times) and revelations that his Justice Department had been spying on journalists. 

Jarrett made the overly confident statement this week, long ago having moved on from the deadly Fast and Furious scandal and the tragic Benghazi attacks and murders, to name a few.

“Obviously, I know the president pretty well. And I know the attorney general very well. And he will be in his position for quite a while.” 

Jarrett and Obama helped bring Chicago politics to the White House. A Republican with the same background would have been vetted extensively, covered 24/7 by the media, and would never be elected. The radical, leftist, progressive individuals who make up Obama’s close friends, associations, and his administration also reflect his policies and worldview.

Class warfare. Racial politics. Marxism packaged as Christianity. America is evil. Islam is good. Twenty years involvement with Jeremiah Wright’s Trinity United Church in Chicago. Friend of terrorists.

The following is an excerpt from ERADICATE: BLOTTING OUT GOD IN AMERICA:

The sad truth is that many Americans today don’t care that prior to his election, Obama’s handlers concealed information about his college years and no official records were ever made available – a first in our history. No college transcripts, published records, or papers had been released. What were they hiding?

By the time Barack Obama made it to college at Occidental, Columbia and Harvard, you can be sure he had formed enough anti-American views to build on what he had already gleaned from his childhood men­tor, communist Frank Marshall Davis. Davis was a labor activist, writer, and community organizer as well as a Communist Party USA member. [Valerie Jarrett’s father, Vernon had close contact with Davis, and was also a Communist]

In 2010, Dr. John Drew, one of Barack Obama’s college friends, came forward and confirmed what many informed people already knew that Obama “was basically a Marxist-Leninist.” Drew talked about his past arguments with Obama about the many brands of Marxism:

“I see evidence of a continuing commitment to Marxist ideol­ogy…. In the Marxist model, the economy is the driving force behind change in the other spheres of society.”

Dr. John Drew did his senior honors thesis on Marxist economics at Occidental College, and he also founded the Democratic Student Socialist Alliance. He was a contemporary of Obama at Occidental and a Marxist himself. In fact, Drew was a well-known campus com­munist and was attracted to the college because Occidental was known for its Left-leaning politics and Marxist professors. Some even said it was considered “the Moscow of southern California.”

Occidental attracted America’s future president. Drew believed Obama was looking for a social revolution during his college days, and he expected a movement where “the working class would overthrow the ruling class” leading to a socialist utopia in America. Drew admitted how extreme he thought Obama’s views were at the time.

In 2010, John Drew was interviewed by Dr. Paul Kengor, an author, Reagan biographer, columnist, radio host, and Executive Director of The Center for Vision & Values. Drew admitted that at Occidental he was a comrade who leaned more toward the Frankfurt School of Marxism.

Here is a partial transcript of Dr. Kengor’s radio interview with John Drew: 

Drew: “I felt like I was doing Obama a favor by pointing out that the Marxist revolution that he and [our friends] were hoping for was really kind of a pipe dream, and that there was nothing in European history or the history of developed nations that would make that sort of fantasy – you know, Frank Marshall Davis fantasy of revolution – come true.”

Kengor: “So you had a realistic sense that even though you liked these ideas, it really couldn’t happen or really wouldn’t even work.”

Drew: “Right. I was still a card-carrying Marxist, but I was kind of a more advanced, East Coast, Cornell University Marxist….”

Kengor: “I know people are listening right now who want me to address this – and especially people who are Obama sup­porters. To be fair, I mean, look at where you were then and now where you are today.”

Drew: “Well, yeah, now I’m a Ronald Reagan, churchgoing, Baptist conservative.”

Kengor: “But now, okay, so what about Obama? Where do you think he is today? And to the people who are listening and are angry that we’re even having this conversation: Look, you don’t want us to talk about this because you don’t like what it says about Obama’s past, but we have to know this stuff about our presidents! “You can’t leave this out of biographies…  That’s why the background is so crucial – Frank Marshall Davis, what happened at Occidental, goes straight to Columbia from Occidental, the Bill Ayers affili­ation, no real-world experience – this matters….”

Drew: “Yeah, I think whenever he talks about people clinging to their guns and their religion due to economic stress, that’s just the standard Marxist argument. In fact, that’s the argu­ment of alienation and class-consciousness … the superficial religious and cultural ideals of the capitalist culture … and I really think he’s surrounded by people that share that mental architecture.”

Obama is surrounded by dangerous anti-Christian, socialism-loving people. They’ve plotted and pushed their agenda to transform America. Record numbers of people now rely on government assistance. We have record spending; increasing taxes, high energy, gas prices, and unemployment; racial and political division; the healthcare system takeover; and threats on our freedoms (including speech and religion.) And now, more invasions of privacy.

Government has become an enemy of American citizens, and this administration is very good at using the tactics of distraction and diversion. With more of us becoming outraged while the media protects this administration, it will be fascinating to see this epic drama played out.

Tea Party Patriots Muzzled In 2010

The Tea Party Patriots were bribed in 2010 by a secret donor to keep the Tea Parties and 9/12 organizations OUT of politics. The contribution was made on the condition that it would be distributed to local groups and would NOT be used for politics. Endorsements or opposition of specific candidates were prohibited. This means the Tea Party Patriots were effectively neutered already since 2010. The Tea Party Patriots not only sold out, but sold out very cheaply.

This crooked deal is white-washed in an interview by Neil Cavuto on Fox News. The original deal set the trend for the entire Tea Party Patriots movement. Probably, it was just the first installment of a buy-out. Their requested 501(c)(4) non-profit status allows them to accept unlimited contributions from anonymous sources.

If the original Tea Partiers had made such a deal, they would have been prohibited from showing any hostility to the British crown. (LoL)

The woman who helped expose IRS abuse of conservative activists has more news to share: The abuse continues, and she sees no evidence that the White House, the IRS or the Justice Department is doing anything to end it. “This is not in the past tense. This is still going on,” says Cleta Mitchell, perhaps the country’s pre-eminent expert on campaign-finance and political tax law.

In 2012, Ms. Mitchell worked to persuade members of Congress that reports of IRS harassment of conservative groups were credible. GOP lawmakers demanded information from the IRS and triggered the internal audit that finally forced the agency last month to acknowledge abuses it had previously denied. Now Ms. Mitchell is determined to end the abuse and identify the culprits.

Don’t bet against her. A partner at elite international law firm Foley and Lardner, Ms. Mitchell is sketching out a road map to uncover the truth and force reform—whether or not the Obama administration cooperates.

So far it looks like the administration will not. Ms. Mitchell represents nine conservative organizations that, beginning around 2010, were subjected to unusual delays, in many cases unlawful demands for information, and in some cases unlawful releases of their confidential data. But she reports that despite filling out the paperwork required by law and regulation, only one of the nine has received the customary IRS approval letter to operate as a tax-exempt group. She says another client received a new letter from the IRS with “very bizarre questions” as recently as three weeks ago.

The Justice Department is allegedly conducting a criminal investigation of the IRS abuse. Has anyone from Justice contacted her or her clients to gather evidence? “Not about this. The FBI’s contacted some tea party leaders about their meetings and who comes to their meetings,” she says. “I guess they viewed the tea party as domestic terrorists.” She is puzzled that the feds aren’t asking about IRS targeting: “You’d think that they would, wouldn’t you?”

Marco Rubio Is No Conservative

The “conservative” senator Marco Rubio on Monday told a whopper to his Tea Party constituents, outright lying to them about the investigation into Obama’s forged birth certificate. Apparently, the RINO Rubio isn’t aware that Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, after hundreds of hours of forensic analysis, two major press conferences, and dozens of conferences with local groups, announced that Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate is a computer-generated fraud.

Rubio said he was “aware of Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation”  (as if it had not been completed) and “would be happy to look at the evidence” if Sheriff Arpaio presents it to the public.” Either Rubio is completely clueless and lives in a cave, or he outright lied. Either way, he’s not fit to be considered a “conservative,” let alone identified as aligned with the Tea Party.

In fact, if you remove the “R” after Rubio’s name, his big government policies align with none other than Big Government Barack Obama. His membership in the so-called Gang of Eight and their push for a “common sense” immigration plan is a sham. Not only will it bring amnesty to millions of illegals, but now they are actually pushing for giving them free healthcare. All the while, the United States is completely tapped out with unfunded government programs, pushing us towards the $20 trillion “magic number” of national debt, the point that many experts say is when where our economy will literally implode.

But surely, Rubio doesn’t want to collapse the economy, right? Except his “common sense” immigration bill is projected to cost several trillion dollars—and this doesn’t even include the cost of free healthcare for illegals!

Rubio, you’re no Republican. You’re no conservative. You’re no Tea Party politician. I doubt if you even care about this country.

IRS Workers Say Supervisors Directed Targeting

WASHINGTON— Two Internal Revenue Service agents working in the agency’s Cincinnati office say higher-ups in Washington directed the targeting of conservative political groups when they applied for tax-exempt status, a contention that directly contradicts claims made by the agency since the scandal erupted last month.

The Cincinnati agents didn’t provide proof that senior IRS officials in Washington ordered the targeting. But one of the agents said her work processing the applications was closely supervised by a Washington lawyer in the IRS division that handles applications for tax-exempt status, according to a transcript of her interview with congressional investigators.

Her interview suggests a long trail of emails that could support her claim.

The revelation could prove to be significant if investigators are able to show that Washington officials were involved in singling out tea party and other conservative groups for extra scrutiny. IRS officials have said repeatedly that the targeting was initiated by front-line agents in the Cincinnati office and was stopped once senior officials in Washington found out.

A yearlong audit by the agency’s inspector general found no evidence that Washington officials ordered or authorized the targeting. However, the inspector general blamed ineffective management by senior IRS officials for allowing the targeting to continue for nearly two years during the 2010 and 2012 elections.

It was the first time a sitting US Secretary of Education had visited Canada; and by all accounts, it was an exciting time for Canadian educators. In September 2010, Education Secretary Arne Duncan, a new broom in the Obama White House, visited Toronto, ostensibly to participate in an education conference.

Duncan is more or less a quintessential Obama pick. A born-and-bred socialist academic, he was born in Hyde Park, the Chicago neighborhood where Jesse Jackson, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, and Barack Obama would later reside. In fact, Duncan’s father was a professor at the University of Chicago, which later employed Obama and unrepentant domestic terrorist Ayers. He is also a Harvard alum and former Chief Executive Officer of the Chicago Public Schools.

While in Toronto, Duncan schmoozed with educators who were no doubt after his own heart. The Canadians are well under way in implementing the International Baccalaureate Programme, which is what one might call the standardized socialist syllabus intended to indoctrinate students into the preferred worldview of liberal elites worldwide. It may then come as no surprise that in America, Common Core is being used as the wedge of sorts toward the implementation of the IB. While the rhetoric used to sell the IB and Common Core accentuates how wonderful the program is, and how much better students do educationally (which is far from being established), the real focus is on social engineering, data mining, and indoctrination.

As part of this trip, Duncan toured Weston Collegiate Institute, a local high school in the IB track. Its principal, Deborah Blair, is also an archetypal socialist educator, who has been lauded for her utilization of “Restorative Justice” in her administrative practices. She also happens to be black and an American.

Weston Collegiate is also the high school that was attended by a colleague of mine, Dr. Jim Garrow. As some will be aware, Dr. Garrow is noted for having founded The Pink Pagoda, an organization that rescues baby girls in The People’s Republic of China from infanticide (a widespread practice there due to their “one child per family” policy) and places them with childless couples in China. He had been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009, which was ultimately awarded to Barack Obama.

What many outside of Canada don’t know is that Garrow is also a groundbreaking educator in his own right. Over the years, he has contributed to countless international education projects and has worked with educators and government officials around the globe, including such luminaries as Jack Kemp, Jerry Falwell, Bill Bennett, and other Reagan cabinet members.

In early 2010, Weston Collegiate alumni, staff, and ancillary participants began considering a number of proposals whereby they might recognize their honored fellow alumnus (Garrow) with some manner of public tribute, given his experience, humanitarian work, and that he had been a Nobel Peace Prize runner-up.

Shortly after Arne Duncan’s historic visit to Weston, however, all such talk of homage to the esteemed alumnus abruptly halted, to the puzzlement of Dr. Garrow and the prospective participants. What had happened? Unfortunately, identifying the whos and whys of it wound up being as mysterious as… well, as trying to determine who authorized the Internal Revenue Service to target conservative, Christian, and pro-Israel nonprofit groups and political opponents for inordinate scrutiny.

Speaking of which: in recent weeks, of course revelations concerning the Obama administration’s widespread use of government bureaus to persecute political opponents have fundamentally transformed the political landscape in America. From the Department of Justice’s clandestine monitoring of journalists’ professional and personal communications to the Internal Revenue Service harassment of the Tea Party, suddenly Americans are getting a glimpse into the real Obama White House.

I’ve spoken quite a few times to the malignant narcissism of President Obama in the context of his disposition with (or disposal of) those whom he considers dangerous to him, or for whom he simply harbors disdain. His Stalinesque need to discredit or otherwise stultify the influence of his former Nobel rival and outspoken conservative critic is very much in keeping with this deep neurosis and paranoia, though at first blush it may just appear petty.

Garrow would not be the first or only individual targeted through whatever means Obama had at his disposal. In the case of an American citizen, of course, it’s child’s play: Just stick the IRS on them. In Garrow’s case, it appears that Arne Duncan did the dirty work.

It does bear mentioning that years before Weston Collegiate principal Blair got involved in “Restorative Justice,” Garrow was the principal of the Teachers College for Inuit in Canada (Nunavut Arctic College), which pioneered and taught this concept to principals of First Nations (Inuit) schools. Originally known as the “justice circle,” it was developed by the Inuit as a social construct within their own culture. So, Blair receives accolades for her work with “Restorative Justice” and gets to diminish any recognition of another having done so first, while aiding and abetting Duncan and Obama at the same time. Such a deal!

While the damage certainly wasn’t life- or career-threatening, this is moot; in the case of the narcissist, it’s the perception of the one doing the damage that counts. Whether a Canadian businessman or entire segments of the American electorate, any and all means to marginalize, intimidate, or outright destroy Obama’s enemies are absolute necessities.

Because that’s how Marxist narcissistic sociopaths roll…

Emails detailing rumors of C130s and C17s flying plane loads of UN troops over northern Florida made their way across several internet sites last week, and at least 30 forwarded to media sources all over the country produced no replies, let alone confirmations or denials.  ”We have had unconfirmed reports of foreign troops landing in U.S.  If you have any information, please use the “Contact Us” form,” said the text of the Emails.

Reports of a phone call from a Jacksonville, FL man living “right on the flight path of a Naval Air Station” reveal he allegedly saw planes, silver in color with no tail markings, flying overhead.  Resembling unmarked military transport planes, they were streaming in a constant flow of aircraft.  “In all of the years living under the flight plan,” the tipster said he’d never seen anything like it!

The DHS rehab of the old Naval base and airstrip in Glynco, GA comes to mind here.  The Golden Isles retirement communities along Georgia’s barrier islands are being rattled as the once sleepy area is overrun by the DHS.  The 1,600 acre security campus with its own zip code (31524) is undergoing a huge makeover to provide a training center for our homeland security agency, which recently made a staggering $1.6 billion ammo buy.  Is this the eventual destination of these alleged UN troops?  Thus far, no one has come forward to clarify this rumor.

Meanwhile, pictures of Tea Party marchers with walkers and bullhorns being watched by DHS monitors near St.Louis, MO flooded conservative links as the IRS protest day of May 21st attracted scores of senior citizens upset by being targeted by the hated Service. A friend sent an Email to say she saw two tanks in very wealthy Vero Beach, FL, where she lives. She was dismayed because no one seemed perturbed.  She reports that an older tank, less newly painted, was seen in the much poorer community of Gifford, Fla, a town in the news recently for gang violence. I was driving south on I-95 and passed a military convoy transporting middle sized armored vehicles, headed for who knows, Miami perhaps?

Now another Email from a Montana tipster is being confirmed.  “On Monday, May 20, a low flying white drone over [a] Kalispell, MT shopping center was followed by a bomber plane.”  Shoppers at the new organic grocery store, some with full carts, were plunged into darkness as lights went out over one half of the northwest mountain community near the Canadian border.  “It was pretty big…it was a very bizarre day. . .heard strange buzzing noise,” reports one shopper unnerved by the unmanned spy in the sky.  One commenter even wondered if his license plate number was picked up and recorded because he was shopping at a GMO-free grocery store!

And Benghazi just won’t go away. Was the State Department casting its own remake of Charlie Wilson’s War in a debacle rumored to have involved a buyback of Stinger missiles? The patient may no longer have a pulse as Americans are being subjected to a Sgt. Schultz double negative time warp of rumors, disinformation, changing talking points, and Obama bureaucrats who just don’t know.

Conspiracy theorists requiring a greater or lesser measure of tin foil headwear will be with us always. What’s truly disconcerting is that regardless of how demented, deranged, implausible, or flaky, it is nevertheless believable that THIS Administration might actually be guilty of whatever the theorist claims! Now there’s a legacy to be proud of.
