America’s Biggest Political Crisis: Certifigate

America now must face its biggest political crisis in history because she has a sitting President whose credentials to hold office can not and will not be verified by the very institutions charged with protecting her, and her media are covering up Certifigate. ”The document failed every test we put it through,” said lead investigator Mike Zullo who told Sheriff Joe Arpaio “We had a forgery” referring to the document released last year by the White House as being President Barack Obama’s birth certificate. Speaking at a Maricopa County, AZ press conference in front of a very hostile media scrum on Thursday, March 1, Zullo revealed, “In fact, absent the authentication of Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other proof he was born anywhere within the United States.” (1)
Based on their meticulous examination and precise analysis, Zullo and his Cold Case Posse “believe a criminal investigation is needed because fraud has been committed (and) the document is fake!” The media present shrugged off the very detailed explanation of computer generated forgery Zullo objectively explained, attempting instead to portray Sheriff Joe and his investigators as being driven by politics.
But Arpaio stuck to his original statement that “I want the facts of this. . .Mr. President, come up with other documentation to put this at rest. . .where were you born?” Continuing, Sheriff Joe said to the antagonistic media, “This has nothing to do with politics. . .we have obstacles here. . .what (does) politics have to do with this?” (1)
From date and registrar stamps imported “from unknown sources, to a “built” nine layer document released by the White House on its own web site to seven days of missing microfilm that disappeared from national archives, clearly Zullo and his team proved they have probable cause for a criminal probe in the alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.
Of the 685 rolls of national archives microfilm, seven days in l961, from August 1 to August 7, disappeared, further thwarting the Cold Case Posse volunteer investigators’ attempts to determine if mother Stanley Ann Dunham and baby Barack Obama entered the United States at that time!
In response to a petition of 250 Surprise, AZ concerned citizens, (http://www.wnd.com/?pageld=345685), Arpaio last September commissioned his five member team of three former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys with law enforcement backgrounds to examine the Obama document and to look into the problem of his Selective Service card. “There is a clear difference between an authentic stamp and Barack Obama’s stamp,” said Zullo. “This whole affair is a serious national security issue and should not be construed as merely partisan politics or a racial issue,” said international forensics document and scanner expert Doug Vogt in a 28 page affidavit he sent to FBI Director Robert Mueller III, to 90 mainly Republican members of Congress and to Special FBI Agent in Charge in Honolulu, Hawaii Frank Montoya soon after the White House issued its document last year. Attorney Orly Taitz called Vogt to testify in her GA eligibility hearing last month along with database expert Susan Daniels who found many serious anomalies, especially with Social Security number documentation. On his web site is Vogt’s original document detailing the following main points, in paraphrase: a. Curved and non curved type; b. white haloing; c. mix of binary and grayscale letters; d. “The Sequential Number is a forgery!”; e. different colors in form boxes; f. an incorrect official seal; g. a forged stamped notice; h. forged signatures of the Mother and Registrar; i. Multiple layers in the White House’s PDF file “indicate the COLB was created in Adobe or Photoshop.” No one responded to Vogt’s affidavit. (3)
Zullo said they have numerous sworn affidavits of witnesses worldwide willing to come forward, including one retired government employee who told them a relative of Bill Ayers said to him in 1980, upon introducing Obama, that they were assisting the foreign student in getting an education in the U.S!
This was in regards to attempting to prove an overseas birth of Obama.
Our beloved land was put in this dire position in the first place because its media failed to properly vet one candidate while over-investigating the candidates from the other party. The media themselves are politically motivated, not Sheriff Arpaio and his investigators as the media charges. And because of this horror, America is in grave danger with a president seeking re-election whose credentials are not being verified by anyone in authority!

In an allegation that pushes the dispute over Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility to a new level, an affidavit prepared to accompany a criminal complaint over the “Certificate of Live Birth” released April 27 suggests there was a plan to mislead the American public, and it went as high as the Oval Office.
“What I believe you are looking at is a classic example of an attempt at plausible deniability,” wrote Doug Vogt, who has filed a criminal complaint that charges Obama’s birth record is forged.
Vogt, who describes himself as an expert in documents, typesetting, imaging, scanners and document imaging programs and has owned Archive Index Systems since 1993, referenced the widely broadcast White House event when officials, including then-White House Counsel Robert Bauer and Obama’s communications director Daniel Pfeiffer, released the purported Hawaiian “Certificate of Live Birth.”
“Everything that came out of the mouths of both these men and the president’s was carefully orchestrated and scripted. It also implies that the president’s contingency plan was that in case the forgery was detected, that one or both of them would take the blame,” Vogt concluded.
He said in the affidavit, a copy of which was obtained by WND, “The preponderance of evidence leads me to conclude that the Certificate of Live Birth the White House presented at the 8:48 a.m. news conference (on April 27) and not mentioned on television an hour later is a forgery.”

Obama Forgers Admit They Produced Phony Documents

Radical supporters of Barack Obama have openly admitted to forging Obama birth certificates, going so far as to identify themselves by their usernames to claim responsibility on Internet blogs.
They have described their activities as satire, a tactic designed to deflect criminal charges that might otherwise be filed against them for producing fraudulent official government documents.
As WND has reported in a three-part series, published here, here, and here, scanner expert Doug Vogt has filed criminal charges with the FBI, alleging that the Obama birth certificate released by the White House April 27 was fraudulently created.
In this series of articles WND will examine Obama supporters whose history and involvement in forging Obama birth certificate documents makes them possible suspects in the alleged forgery of the birth document released by the White House.
On Aug. 2, 2009, WND reported that eligibility lawyer Orly Taitz had made public what became known as the “Bomford” birth certificate, seen here as Exhibit 1, by filing a motion in federal court to determine the document’s authenticity.

Criminal Complaint Details Birth-certificate ‘forgery’

The 22-page criminal complaint filed with the FBI by document-imaging expert Doug Vogt charges that individuals within the Hawaii Department of Health, Obama political operatives and an unidentified graphic artist worked in a multi-state conspiracy to create a fraudulent long-form birth certificate for Barack Obama.
Vogt’s complaint asserts: “I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs.”
He claims the long-form birth certificate the White House released April 27 as an electronic document in PDF format was forged from a composite of legitimate birth certificates obtained from the Hawaii DOH archives and manipulated to replace the original authentic information.
As WND has previously reported, Obama’s birth certificate number appears to be out of sequence with the birth certificate numbers given to twins born a day after Obama.
Susan Nordyke, the first twin, was born at 2:12 p.m. Aug. 5, 1961, and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10637, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar on Aug. 11, 1961. Gretchen Nordyke was born at 2:17 p.m. and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10638, which was also filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961.

ForgeryGate: Congress Knows Obama Is A Fake

The abject failure and refusal of Congress to act in the Obama eligibility crisis continues to harm America and to threaten her citizens as anger, confusion, and doubt build over whether or not our sitting President is even eligible to hold office, let alone be elected to a second term.
Their “wait and see” attitude is the pernicious blight staining everything else. When a 29 year old Iowa man took a trip to Africa to pursue his love of zoology, he was so overwhelmed by Kenyans asking him how he liked having a Kenyan citizen govern the United States that the patriotic Lucas Daniel Smith abandoned his search for an elusive rare animal to turn instead to a quest to verify Barack Obama’s birth story.
In a certified letter he sent to every member of Congress dated July 4, 2010, he said, “Kenyans were amused at how gullible Americans could be when it came to obvious things like the fact that Kenyans overtly admit to Barack Jr’s Kenyan birth, yet the Americans continue to believe they know better.”
Smith developed a plan that involved taking two Kenyan police and military officers with him to two different Mombasa hospitals. Smith told Congress, “I paid a total of three monetary bribes in the amounts of $200, USD, $500 USD, and $5,000 USD” to get Obama’s birth certificate.
While the premier internet site for everything about Obama’s eligibility, World Net Daily, doubts the reliability of the birth certificate Lucas Daniel Smith obtained from the Mombasa Coast Province General Hospital, he did come away with it, and that’s worth something.
How many 29 year olds in America would travel so far from home to pursue a love of finding rare animals, only to abandon that search in an attempt to find the truth about his president’s eligibility to hold office? How many young men would hand over nearly $6,000 to Kenyans in this noble quest? In fact, how many young American men would then come home and spend a month’s time preparing this huge project of mailing a seven page certified and notarized letter to 535 members of Congress, at a cost to him of $1,824.35?
An embossed BC seal is clearly visible on the document sent to Congress on July 4, 2010. Furthermore, Attorney Orly Taitz submitted in court affidavit # 28USC 1746 Declaration of Lucas David Smith, in which he swears under penalty of perjury to the authenticity of the Mombasa document.
Smith said to “Honorable Congresswoman” Nancy Pelosi: “Attached to this notarized letter addressed to you, I have included a copy of the 1961 Coast Province General Hospital birth certificate of US President (de facto) Barack Hussein Obama II. I personally obtained this documentation (in) February 2009 from his birth hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. . .He (Obama) was born to a father who himself was born in the Colony of Kenya. . .and that the father never acquired U.S. citizenship when he was in the USA via a student visa.”
Smith, on page 4, of the letter, cites Senate Publication 103-21, referring to the NBC clause, (which) “raises the question of whether someone born to American parents outside of the U.S. would be eligible to hold the office.” Now here is what really hurts. Smith tells Pelosi: “It is your Constitutional duty to openly and overtly investigate this matter.” He pleads with her to conduct an investigation and hearing. His notary says Smith proved to him that he is who he (Smith) says he is and that Smith executed the letter.
Congress knows. Forensic expert Doug Vogt sent his findings to FBI Director Mueller and 90 members of Congress. And in the face of the huge Sheriff Joe Arpaio findings announced at his blockbuster press conference, Congress does nothing! For what did America fight and win her war of Independence? Will her Congress save her now?!
