This morning, we have once again been reminded that our system of checks and balances no longer functions for the good of the American people.
Nine lawyers in the Supreme Court, hiding behind legalese written by other lawyers, has decided that Americans, through our various states, have no right to either enforce the sovereignty and security of our borders or demand that the federal government’s lawyers do so.
We don’t count in the cynical view of the lawyers who have wormed their way into controlling our lives essentially “because WE say so.” Oh, they claim the United States Constitution sanctions and supports their denial of our rights of self-defense, but the truth is they have stolen away the power of the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution by bowing to claims that what is abundantly obvious is not at all obvious. In effect, the Supreme Court has cynically asked us: “Who are you going to believe: us or your lying eyes?”
To say this was not a political interpretation of law twisted to favor those who would erase our borders and open the floodgates of the world to our midst is the type of infuriating insult we have to take with us as we vote to correct what has happened to our government from top to bottom. This decision ought to be carried like a “bloody shirt” by every American who is alarmed by the ever-quickening pace of the destruction of our freedoms.
They have reduced our lives to a children’s game of tag as the Supreme Court, acting as egalitarian school yard monitors, admonish us to “Play nice with the new children!”
Well, we don’t want to “play nice with the new Children!” We want to kick them the hell out of our country – a county OUR forefathers risked their lives to build and gave their blood to preserve.
The Supreme Court has made it very clear they don’t give a damn what we want. They have told us we MUST share the bounty of America with people only interested in taking from us whatever they can grab. The Supreme Court has told us illegal aliens deserve “their fair share of America” based solely on their presence in our country. How stupid! How infuriating! How deserving of an electoral landslide to correct this injustice!
If ever there was a moment for those who shy away from voting with the tired old “Oh I never vote because it makes no difference anyway” to grasp the danger all of America has been put in by this decision, that time has come.

Hemp is the common name for marijuana. Hemp was used for clothing, ropes, even paper, but the government, in its “wisdom” decided too many people used hemp as a drug, and it was banned. Moreover, hemp has been vilified as making the user violent, when facts are that hemp (marijuana) users are actually lazy and pretty much useless.
Cheech and Chong were perfect examples of that analogy: Dumb, inept and certainly not violent.
The founding fathers foresaw this kind of stuff and they put a provision in the constitution should things get out of control it is called a constitutional convention ,we better get one together fast!
You nailed it! “We the People…do ordain and establish this Constitution.” They are our employees & they are lawfully bound by Oath of Office to obey it…It is, after all, our “contract of employment” over them & they take that Oath knowingly & willingly.
Even in the Declaration of Independence, a pre-constitutional document that gives voice to the core principles that are more specified in the Constitution itself & stands equal to the Constitution as Supreme Law of the Land, we find the Right to Enforcement: “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.” The US Constitution is the natural extension of this Declaration, as is DOES “lay the foundation on such principles and organizes its powers in such form,” and led the USA into heights of individual freedom & prosperity unknown in the history of humankind…Until our “employees” decided that they could violate our contract of employment on an ever-increasing standard of criminality right under our noses
Since the Constitution is OUR LAW, the Supreme Law of the Land, we still reserve the Right to enforcement. It’s up to us, as We the People, to hold them accountable to the crimes they commit AGAINST US. The Constitution also gives us, not only the Right of Enforcement, but the Due Process of Law to enforce it. It’s OUR fault we let it go this far & it’s OUR fault if we don’t hold our employees accountable to the contract. They have only the Powers that we grant to them & they’ve abused it for far too long already. That’s the fact that people need to wake up to.

I have every email address and fax number of every member in the Senate and the House that is posted. I average about 6 hours per day , 5 days per week emailing, faxing and calling even tho people have told me I am wasting my time.
It is the common everyday people I have a hard time trying to get THEM to get off their a$$ and take responsibility. They tell me they don’t vote, because they say they will no longer waste their time. They believe their vote does not count. I have tried, but I am not able to convince them otherwise. There are a few, by observing their expressions, demeanor, and body language I think they use that as their excuse not to take their personal responsibility.
I asked you your plan on how to accomplish getting people off their a$$ to start taking action, because I have not had much luck in that department. I hoped you would be able to help me . I did not expect to be berated and hollered at.

At least three Justices did not fall for the BS from this administtation. Read Aloto’s, Scalia’s and Thomas’s decent. I think the only reason it went down the way it did was because Kagen recuesed herself, leaving only 8 Justices to rule on the case. If the Court holding was 4-4 the 9th Circuit ruling, basically stricking down the entire law would have been left standing. So, i suspect there was some kind of compromise to avoid a 4-4 vote. As I read the opinions of the Court and the three decenting Justices, the key provision was upheld by 4 conservative Justices & 1 swing Justice (Kennedy) to 3 liberal Justices =5-3 Upheld. Justices Roberts and Kennedy voted along with the 3 liberal Justices to strike the other 3 of the other provisions, which can be fixed with Amendments. One thing is for sure anyone with the ability to use inductive and deductive critical thinking skills can read the opinions of the three decenting Justices and opinion of the Court and conclude that the 5 Justices who voted to strike the three other provisions erred in their decission.
It is time for Arizona to secede from the Union. I would be the first to move there if they did.

When I was a youngster, I heard this joke: what is the difference between unlawful and illegal? The answer is unlawful is when you break the law and ill eagle is a sick bird. Can’t believe they appeared to not even question the right of feds to stomp on states when they are assisting the feds in doing their jobs while adhering to the FEDS ACTUAL LAWS on the matter. I think lawsuits should be brought against the DHS demanding they enforce the laws to protect individuals along the border whose haomes and farms are overrun and they have been threatened by drug runners, on the basis they have taken all authority from their state authorities and even the individual to question, detain, or chase away such individuals.

Agreed about term limits. Maybe even drug tests. Less secrecy, for sure. There are meetings of the Supremes to which law clerks and secretaries are denied access. No accountability.
Makes me wonder if we’ve a Constitution anymore. The SCOTUS has a job to interpret the Constitution, therefore, if their decision is that immigration is the sole responsibility of only the Federal Government and its laws pertaining to as being the only Constitutionally acceptable laws,then Arizona’s law which mirrored Federal law had to Constitutionally acceptable also. That stands on it’s own as a common sense deduction just as 2+2 equals 4. But according to SCOTUS as it stands 2+2 equals 5. The decision is moot as 2+2 equaling 5 is mathmatically never possible,therefore,any claim of victory is pretty much hollow. The decision to allow the one AZ law to stand which what all the noise was about in the first place was the only thing the SCOTUS got right while remaining unfeeling of the Sovereignty of the States. The decisions made by SCOTUS should be in the best constitutional interests of the people. The Federal Government has been all too lax about our borders so when a state acts in the best interests of it’s citizens while conforming to the Constitution,to secure it’s borders it is the duty of the SCOTUS to recognize that effort and correct what is unconstitutional. Since AZ law was in conformity with federal law the decision should’ve been a no brainer instead of taking months on end to arrive at a controversial conclusion.

But I just emailed Tom Harkin of Iowa, that is trying to get a bill passed through the Senate to give homosexuals & transexuals, precedence over (I would imagine whites), for employment. Yes, this will be the first time in history that “sexual preference” makes you more eligible for a position with a company, than if your straight. We can elect some officials, but not all. But they sure ALL need out! Starting with the admitted fraud in the White House, then his boy Holder, and work our way through as far as possible until we can get our Constitutional country back the way our founding forefathers intended.

We can count only a few of them to do their jobs because they are all part and parcel of the same One World devils that seek to destroy us. Buzzy Ginsberg should have been impeached long ago; most recently, she should have been impeached when she was in Egypt badmouthing our Constitution. Kagan and Sotomayor should never have been confirmed. The worst is yet to come because Kagan/Roberts did not have the integrity to recuse her from the Obamacare case although she should have been recused. Why is legal for an illegal to get a job but illegal for an employer to hire an illegal? This nonsense.
Right now, it doesn’t make any difference if we vote or don’ vote, and it hasn’t made a difference for many years now, because candidates from both parties make all kinds of promises, but once elected, they do as they darn well please. Ever since 1913, our government (ALL three branches) have been violating the Constitution and their oaths of office with gleeful abandonment on an ever increasing level. Congress enacts unconstitutional laws, the president signs them into law and the US Supreme Court backs them up. Now we have a fraudulent president who ignores the Congress, ignores the courts and unilaterally decides what laws he and his corrupt administration will or will not enforce, and who enacts laws through Executive Order, and ALL of the members of Congress and the Justices sit with there thumbs up their collective butts, and continuously shaft WE THE PEOPLE. It is time that we admit that not only have we lost our voice and power in the voting booth, but also in our courts and other legal venues.
Wrap your brains around this, we cannot bring eligibility lawsuits against Obama because the word from on high (the blacked robed nit wits) tell us we lack standing to bring such suits, in other words, those who bring such suits cannot claim “sufficient personal harm” to claim legal standing in any Court of Law. How strange, after nearly four years of a complete disregard for our borders, language, our history, our laws, the culture of the United States, the Constitution and the Rule of Law, any moral and right thinking lawyer and judge would concede that some 240 million Americans have suffered more then enough “sufficient personal harm.”
For all practical purposes, the Constitution of the United States is a legal CONTRACT between We the People of the several States and the Federal Government. When the States were first formed, they were sovereign entities, just as any country like England, Germany, etc. The states subsequently formed the federal government with the CONSTITUTION as the legal CONTRACT under which the federal government was to perform certain specified but limited functions for the States. The rest of the remaining functions were to be left to the States, this is known as State’s Rights, and to We the people. Like any legal contract, if one side continuously violates it, the contract becomes null and void. The violations of the Constitution, the Contract between the States and the federal government, began almost as soon as the ink dried, on the part of the federal government, at first, just minor violations here and there, but they really began to intensify with impunity in 1913, during the Woodrow Wilson administration. Since then, all of our elected officials and those whom they appoint, in all three branches of the federal government have continued unabated in violating not only the Constitution, but also their oaths of office and the Rule of Law, with each violation growing ever more egregious. Now, it is about time that we the People realize that since the Constitution (the Contract) has been violated over and over again by the federal government, and since all legal peaceful means to right the wrongs these violations have caused, means that the United States of America NO LONGER exists as the Constitution has in effect been rendered null and void. This means that the occupying government in Washington, D C, is now a fraudulent and tyrannical government. Therefore, each of the fifty States are now once again sovereign entities, and neither they nor their citizens are under any legal obligation to submit to, obey or adhere to any of the LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS or STATUTES emanating from, enacted by, or originating from the federal government or any of its emissaries or departments. This state shall remain in existence until such time that a new federal government, a new Constitutional Republic can be formed under the original Constitution. This is our RIGHT and our DUTY when our government becomes tyrannical and over bearing.

And the published “opinion” quoted to justify the court’s ruling, essentially that the Federal government must be obeyed regardless of the righteousness of the government’s position, looks more like something that might be written by a first year law student, casting about for some justification for their own faulty view of “how things should be”. Firstly, the Constitution represents “primal” law. A case should never be judged based on precedent, BECAUSE such conduct only serves to compound earlier mistakes. Furthemore, there is no reason for doing so. The Constitution is very plain in it’s language about what is required of the Government and what is prohibited the Government.
Secondly, the clause giving Congress the obligation to set forth a naturalization process has NO bearing on immigration. These are two different subjects. The Federal Government IS required to protect the borders however, and it is not doing so.
I think a question that must be answered by any Congressional candidate this year is: Are you willing to file impeachment charges against a Supreme Court Justice. Since they have only ONE duty, intentionally refusing to do it MUST be regarded in the category of HIgh Crimes. They do not exist to determine the direction or fate of this nation – they exist ONLY to determine if “Laws” are in accordance with the Constitution, and they are doing a pretty poor job of that.

It really, now, should be very clear to everyone what is going on: the Left is actually trying to pick a fight with the Right, to escalate things to civil war level, so that their Man in the office, by declaring ‘a state of national emergency’, and imposing Martial Law on the country, can become a Caesar outright, and usher in their version of a New World Order, which includes features such as a total ‘redistribution of wealth’, i.e., imposed ‘equality of outcome’ – to say: communism – by federal fiat.

To say that the federal government can put any kind of ‘tax’ on the people that it wants – forcing them to pay for whatever it wants them to pay for, or pay as a penalty for not doing something it wants them to do – is to go precisely contrary to the spirit of the Constitution; which is, in its fundamentals, a limitation on the power of the federal government, and leaving most of daily life matters up to the citizens in their respective States. It is handing total power to the federal government by sleight of hand. And it shouldn’t wash, with an awakened citizenry.
What to do? Take the power of declaring Martial Law out of the hands of the current Occupier of the presidential office, and put it in the hands of a constitutionalist. How? By a show of non-violent force – The People, Assembled – in Washington, D.C.; there ‘for the duration’ – until the Usurper vacates the office; along with the current Congress, having been dissolved by its employers, The People, for being accessories to and after the fact of the purloining of the presidency. All of them to have their day in court; and some of the congressional representatives of The People undoubtedly being returned to office, when the elections are held ‘within a time certain’ – say, 90 or 120 days – for having proven that they had nothing to do with this crime against the nation.
