Sheriff Joe Arpaio and lead Investigator Mike Zullo (Zullo to be confirmed), of the MCSO Cold Case Posse will present their preliminary findings and updates to the investigation of the Selective Service System Registration form and Certificate of Live Birth for President Barack H. Obama II. This is the information that the national media will not report for fear of sanctions by the federal government.
A petition will be circulated at the event requesting the Arizona State Legislature, in conjunction with Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s office, take action requesting the Democratic National Committee to provide documentation satisfactory to Sheriff Arpaio and the Cold Case Posse, the Arizona Legislature, and the Arizona Secretary of State’s office in an attempt to validate Barack H. Obama’s placement on the Arizona 2012 ballot.
This will be an historic event in Arizona. Please come and be a part of history! All Church on the Green church members and the public are invited to attend, so please help us get the word out by telling your family, friends, and neighbors. Come early. Learn the truth.

Not speaking for eingriff, but they should leave out the Social Security card issue. It is a false trail. Stay on the B.C. and Selective Service card but as side issues. One strategy would be “assuming the B.C. to be true ……. it shows BaracK Obama is NOT an NBC …… based on Minor vs Happerset, and on the 14th Amendment. 14th Amend. was written to patriate the slaves. If you read it is gives only “citizenship” equivalent to “naturalized citizenship” DEFINITELY NOT “natural born citizenship”.
Author of the 14th Amendment (Sen. John A. Bingham)…. verbal statement AGREES with Minor vs Happerset. He says an NBC is a person born in the U.S. to parents “owing no allegiance to any foreign sovereignty, is in the language of your Constitution itself a natural born citizen.”

Publication of Obama’s original birth certificate would, indeed, verify that Obama was eligible AT BIRTH.
It will also show that Barack Hussein Obama the alien black Luo tribesman was not Obama’s birth father.
And it leaves open the very significant question of whether Obama relinquished his American citizenship by becoming naturalized as a citizen of Indonesia, first as a minor then by reaffirmation as an adult. He can’t be a natural born U.S. citizen if he is no longer a U.S. citizen at all.
When my son was adopted by my 2nd husband both the lawyer and the judge asked him if he
agreed to be adopted. I would assume the same was asked of bho when he was adopted by his stepfather.
It required adoption papers filed in county court in the state we lived, change of last name, old birth certificate replaced or destroyed(?) with new name. etc. I assume it would take a court order to get the old BC to re surface. if bho’s mother didn’t keep a copy, his grandparents had to have one when he enrolled in school, or it was destroyed when she died.

Sadly, a county sheriff isn’t going to make many waves…..even if he’s sitting on a barrel of evidence filled with buckets of proof. The Obammy illegal presidency can only be addressed at the federal level……and I am not aware of anyone there thats willing. The USA is no longer a republic, a nation of laws. We probably haven’t been since Lincoln but we managed to keep up a semblance of such. We’re not even a democracy, I see no majority rule, either……not with Obammy and his criminals in Washington.

It would be nice if every state would vett Obama again but we already have seen what happened in Georgia and Indiana when some citizens raised the question. Obviously this Administration intervened with the judges and they caved. We will never know what they were threatened with to rule in Obama’s favor, but both states’ judiciary just ignored the evidence against Obama and ruled Obama was a natural born citizen because he issued the fake bith certificate in 2011. They completely ignored experts who say the birth certificate was a forgery and a fake. We are no longer a nation of laws and are instead ruled by the Democrats who control the Senate, the presidency, and the judiciary. We must vote these Chicago mafia out in November.
