When the Spanish online voting company SCYTL bought the largest vote processing corporation in the United States, it also acquired the means of manufacturing the outcome of the 2012 election. For SOE, the Tampa based corporation purchased by SCYTL in January, supplies the election software which records, counts, and reports the votes of Americans in 26 states–900 total jurisdictions–across the nation.
As the largest election results reporting company in the US, SOE provides reports right down to the precinct level. But before going anywhere else, those election returns are routed to individual, company servers where the people who run them “…get ‘first look’ at results and the ability to immediately and privately examine vote details throughout the USA.” In short, “this redirects results …to a centralized privately held server which is not just for Ohio, but national; not just USA-based, but global.”
And although the votes will be cast in hometown, American precincts on Election Day, with the Barcelona-based SCYTL taking charge of the process, they will be routed and counted overseas.
SCYTL itself is a leader in internet voting technology and in 2010 was involved in modernizing election systems for the midterm election in 14 American states.
But although SCYTL’s self-proclaimed reputation for security had won the company the Congressionally approved task of handling internet voting for American citizens and members of the military overseas, upon opening the system for use in the District of Columbia, the University of Michigan fight song “The Victors” was suddenly heard after the casting of each ballot. The system had been hacked by U of M computer teachers and students in response to a challenge by SCYTL that anyone who wished to do so, might try!
Nevertheless, in spite of warnings by experts across the nation, American soldiers overseas will once again vote via the internet in 2012. And because SCYTL will control the method of voting and—thanks to the purchase of SOE–the method of counting the votes as well, there “…will be no ballots, no physical evidence, no way for the public to authenticate who actually cast the votes…or the count.”
The American advocacy group Project Vote has concluded that SCYTL’s internet voting system is vulnerable to attack from the outside AND the inside, a situation which could result in “…an election that does not accurately reflect the will of the voters…” Talk about having a flair for understatement!
It has also been claimed that SCYTL CEO Pere Valles is a socialist who donated heavily to the 2008 Obama campaign and lived in Chicago during Obama’s time as Illinois State Senator. Unfortunately, given what is known about the character of Barack Obama, such rumors must be taken as serious threats to the integrity of the 2012 vote and the legitimate outcome of the election.
Though much has been written about the threat of nationwide voting by illegals in November, it is still true that most election fraud is an “inside” job. And there now exists a purely electronic voting service which uses no physical ballots to which an electronic count can be matched should questions arise. Add to this the fact that the same company will have “first count” on all votes made in 14 US states and hundreds of jurisdictions in 12 others, and the stage is set for election fraud on a scale unimaginable just a decade ago.
Perhaps Obama had reason for supreme confidence when he said “after my election” rather than “in case of” to Russian President Medvedev a week ago.

Interesting. I want to know where the writer gets all this information. What I found about SKYTL is that they do provide software that can be used in elections. I did find out some information about Pere Valles. I have not found anything that can verify that our votes will be counted in another country. Think about this. Does your state not have firm laws about public counting of ballots? I know mine does. Do you believe everything you read? How many of the people who hear about this article are going to be convinced that their vote means nothing and will stay away from the polls on election day? This only reinforces what I have been saying for a long time. The more legitimate people vote, the harder it will be to stuff the ballot boxes. In the past elections, less than 50%, of those eligible, even bothered to vote. A politician’s worse nightmare is if everyone eligible voted. Then they would have to work for their constituents and there is no money in that. Democrats, as well as Republicans, all get very generous contributions from special interests lobbies. As a result, we have the best politicians money can buy. Those who don’t vote deserve the government they get. They did just as much to put Obama in the White House as the clowns that voted for him and will do just as much to send him back there for another four years. This is the product of apathy and they will soon be paying the price for it when it is too late to do anything about it. I am not saying anything new here that I haven’t said many times in the past. I hope you both are right…You bring up a great point that if they float a plan like this and some people think it’s real, that does reduce the number of people voting…The other scenario that I wouldn’t put past this regime is creating a race war (the ‘Trayvon plan’ ain’t cutting it–yet), or a crisis of some kind that forces him to fully implement Marshal Law. With all of his executive orders, he sure does seem to have his ducks in a row!

Sarge….I don’t think it makes any difference whether our votes are counted in another country, but if this company can rig the vote, not count our military votes and do other things to force a predictable outcome, then we are doomed. Not everything that the Obama administration does is brought to light via the news, or articles like this. There is a lot of stuff, I am positive, that goes on behind closed doors that we will never know about until it’s too late.
After watching this president for 3 1/2 years, I put nothing past; him to hang onto his power and position. And you bring up a very good point. People will read this and figure that their vote won’t count and therefore will stay home, and that is exactly what Obama and his gang of thugs want.

I’m with thesarge on this, he makes a very good argument against voter apathy. That is without a doubt the greatest threat to winning, and accountability. With that said, I personally have a problem with electronic voting… period. The means to hijack, change votes, and add fraudulent votes is too great. Election fraud has occurred on a grand scale in the past, WITH paper ballots, By hacking the system, (as shown from Michigan), ballots are at risk with no accountability, or tracking.
I may be wrong but as I understand it, SEIU members are tasked with setting up and servicing electronic voting machines. I recall (I think) I recall stories coming out of NEVADA during Harry Reid’s last re-election, Republican votes somehow went to Reid, but were discovered by alert voters as they re-read their ballots. Now I’m an old fart, and every once in a while I confuse minor details, but….

I totally agree with u, THIS IS NOT GOING TO MAKE ME STOP VOTING BUT it will make me try to CHANGE the voting process. This process has become an unholy alliance of state election officials, voting machine vendors and transnational media corporations to seize the process from the OPENESS OF THE PUBLIC. I’ve already written to (my State) Secretary of State with questions on the process. I also know of a case currently in New York (not my state) courts to outlaw electronic voting machine because they are not open to the public. Hopefully this is just the beginning. Currently their is a case in New York courts to ban electronic Machine. As far as I have researched, ALL states have these electronic machine WITHOUT PAPER BACK-UP, with those machine the software is counting Oh the number of voters is checked with the number of voters on the machine BUT individual we have no idea if our vote was counted right because of NO PAPER BACK UP . The problem there is this: How many of the young men and women in our military actually know that they are NOT bound to follow orders which violate The Constitution? I have read that the “Occupy Movement” was supposed to bring on the martial law, but the only ones occupying were the low life who were paid by Soros. Obama has it all set up now. From what I understand, there are many registered communists in Congress. I honestly don’t know who or how to find out. I did read that the Feds bought 400 billion bullets that are illegal to purchase. They enter the body and then explode. The bullets they mentioned do not explode. They are called hollow point bullets. They mushroom a bit when they enter the body and cause more damage then the fmj that are used by the military. I believe hollow points are illegal by the Geneva convention just like poison gasses. The general public can purchase these bullets but they are much more expensive. They are actually better to use in a town situation as they normally do not go thru walls and such. But they do harm a person more than fmj bullets.

Don’t count on the GOP to stop this madness. They are quite on all fronts. Obama should be impeached for multipul easons right now. This would get past the house, and more than likely shot down in the Senate. But, it would get all this crao out before the election to the American public.

I am a Nevada resident. At the start of the voting day, even the left-wing “News” Media reported that Harry Reid had only a 20% chance of winning a re-election. At the end of the voting day, he squeaked a victory over Sharon Angle. There were problems reported with the electronic voter machines which the “News” Media glossed over. There was supposed to be an investigation into the reported problems of Harry Reid’s name pre-checked off as the selection, and re-checked even if that vote was corrected to Sharon Angle? Was there an investigation? Don’t know: The “News” Media never mentioned that subject again? Who maintains the electronic voter machines in Nevada? Why, it’s SEIU members!!! You can come to your own conclusions. Me? I smell rotting fish!

In SC SCYTEL reported our votes from Spain. The real problem is not SCYTEL. Each district can check and verify if SCYTEL reported accurately.
The real problem is SCYTEL giving a virus to our old voting machines, which are old windows machines with NO VIRUS PROTECTION.
In SC we uses the old ES&S voting machines which runs an old windows operating system without virus protection. Approximately 90% of the country uses the easily hacked ES&S voting machines.
It is extremely easy to enter a virus from any voting machine, or from George Soros’s SCYTL machines in Madrid Spain, and disseminate it up to the SC Mainframe.
This virus is uploaded from the SC Mainframe to all counties and loaded onto each voting machine.
The virus changes every third vote to a particular candidate.
Then the virus deletes itself and is untraceable. The correct votes can never be recovered once the voting has stopped.
This virus vulnerability was taught at a national hackers convention in 2009 by the University of Pennsylvania. Ohio paid U of Penn to study the security of ES&S and U of Penn found hundreds of ways to hack the system and change the votes. I put the links below.

We have so many people out of work in this country and one of the most important things we have in this country is our right to vote. But if he did, he should be overruled for want of standing, and denied by his own admission against interest from raising any defense, for want of standing. How the birthers and other skeptics would savor that.

We need to develop a strategy to be able to count votes here in the U.S.A. How about taking a picture of your ballot showing who you voted for, just before you push ‘enter’, then run to Walmart & print it? Presto! A hard copy of your ballot. If the election results are questionable,these could be rounded up at the local election board office and tabulated by responsible conservatives. This means that you must make sure that there are responsible conservatives in you local election board, and that they approve of the plan A.S.A.P!

Is Congress complicit in allowing President Obama to phase out Congress and take on the power of king of the United States? Does Congress have the will to conduct an informal vote count to determine if HR 347 actually did pass the House and the Senate?
