3,000 people turn out for pro-gun rally at Utah Capitol
One of the biggest responses came when a speaker talked about the
letter the Utah Sheriff’s Association recently sent to Obama, saying,
in part, “As the duly-elected sheriffs of our respective counties, we
will enforce the rights guaranteed to our citizens by the
Constitution. No federal official will be permitted to descend upon
our constituents and take from them what the Bill of Rights — in
particular Amendment II — has given them.”

Utah sheriffs write letter to Obama opposing executive order on guns
SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Sheriffs’ Association has written an open
letter to President Barack Obama, respectfully outlining its
opposition to executive orders announced this week altering gun laws.
Within four hours of being posted on the Cache County Sheriff’s Office
Facebook page, the letter had garnered more than 150 comments and
1,000 “likes.”

Considering that only after a crime has been committed or threat thereof documented are law enforcement personnel permitted to intervene, the order of circumstantial preventative action taken was appropriate by both logic and constitutional entertained authority clearly prudent. All established judgmental opinion after the fact is thereby fit only for moot court review activity. Otherwise stirring the political cauldron can only serve to denigrate and discourage the innocent who meekly practice principles stipulated in the first sentence of the preamble to the Declaration of Independence by means specifically protected by the Constitution.
However, publication of such designation of those having acquired some false sense of immunity among more of their fellow neurotics in the elect that insist on stirring the witches brew may require various circumstantial preventative actions by whatever measures applicable in the absence of any dependable and timely action by a failed justice system. The cure is well described in the last sentence of the same preamble if only by removal of a single despot.
Their decision at hand would seem to be whether or not those that may influence non violent return to the constitution are satisfied with either their effort to participate therein or their armed personal protection. Does their future depend upon the DHS purchase of a billion plus rounds of ammo along with associated arms? Rome may have burned to fiddle music overnight but it was built not in a day but through dedication of those overcoming obstacles as they were discovered.——-one-at-a-time.
