Elections are coming, and out of the list each one running for that office has to get a 85% score or higher. When you read it you will see what we can do, IF we will.

On Tuesday (5/31), Ron Paul announced that "we are on the verge of having way too much dictatorship in Washington, D.C." Verge? Verge??
The time is way past for verging. Our Federal Government has already become a dictatorship run by a criminal conspiracy calling itself a political party – just as the totalitarian conspiracy of Islamism calls itself a religion.
We owe no respect whatever to a fascist ideology posing as a religion – and we owe no respect whatever to a criminal gang posing as a political party.
The time is way past for ending the charade. If it is not ended now – if the Democrat Gang retains the White House in 2012 – then game over for America.
We'll itemize a few of the legion of examples of the Gang's criminality – but at the outset, let's clearly state the purpose here.
It is of mortal importance for our future that we deny legitimacy to the Democrats. They are not a legitimate political party advocating legitimate political goals. They are a collection of looters, gangsters, thugs, extortionists, hustlers, shakedown specialists, scam artists, smooth-talking con-men, and mafiosi. All banded together to steal our money and control our lives with guns.
The monumentality of Democrats' corruption is overwhelming. They are a criminal conspiracy, not a political organization, and they belong in jail, not Capitol Hill or the White House.
The current leader of the Democrat Gang, Barack Hussein Obama, is a Chicago mobster for whom "the law" is only a device to extort money and power. The current Exhibit A is Waivergate, his policy of using waivers from ObamaCare to reward his cronies and punish his foes.
It is little wonder that the Gang's leader in the House, Nancy Pelosi, is ObamaCare's Waiver Queen.
One of Pelosi's principal partners in crime is Barney Frank. No one is more responsible for the sub-prime mortgage crisis and 2008 meltdown of the entire economy than him – and now it turns out he used the government scams known as Fannie and Freddie to benefit his homosexual boyfriends and himself.
The IBD says this should be a slam-dunk case for resignation from Congress – it should also be one for prison.
Or take "Global Warming." Warmism is not a genuine scientific theory – it is a criminal conspiracy run by the Democrats to extort trillions of dollars from the private economy by paying scientists billions in grant money stolen from taxpayers to come up with phony research and GIGO computer models.
Last week, Richard Rahn mentioned the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) which, according to Treasury, "requires overseas financial institutions to identify U.S. account holders and report account information directly to the IRS, including the account balance."
It's actually much worse than that. It was slipped into HR 2847, the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment or HIRE Act signed into law by Zero in March of 2010. It is a clear indication of the level of fascism the Democrats have planned for us.

Sheriff Paul has a once in a life time opportunity to file a "Quo warranto" (Medieval Latin for "by what warrant?") is a prerogative writ requiring the person to whom it is directed to show what authority they have for exercising some right or power (or "franchise") they claim to hold.

Thanks for your service! I'm an Army vet, Vietnam and am prepared to go back to war to save my nation from this criminal cabal in DC. Our founding fathers gave us a roadmap, it's called the Declaration of Independence. How many other fighter jet jockeys do you know and how do we go about getting our military, who serve at the behest of the people, not the government, to join us and bring America back from the brink of destruction. Every law enforcement agency in every state should ignore what this fraud, Obama, tells them! Deport whomever you need to deport. Arizona Sheriffs Babeu and Arpaio are men who enforce the law faithfully, and it is disgraceful that the US President, The Justice Department, along with the Homeland Security Secretary, simply ignore any law that does not fit their purpose. who do they represent? It.s not the American citizen judging by the back door policies they use. Thank God, for men of integrity and the willingness to speak out about the administrations twisting and tweaking of Federal Immigration law. The Arizona Sheriffs, Governor Brewer and all the other law officials who follow the law ,find their jobs made harder by the stumbling blocks, this administration has put in their way. Just recently an ILLEGAL immigrant – who had repeated arrests in the past, including assault on a police officer – was driving drunk and killed a recent college graduate. A young man whose life was taken because this state does NOT have a governor who believes that justice is blind. He actually believes that ILLEGALS should not be deported and has directed all law enforcement in the state to ignore the matter. As our Attorney General has said in the past, "it is not illegal to be in Massachusetts illegally" – figure that one out, will you?!?!
So…today the governor FINALLY delivers a public statement – stating that it was not the fact he was an ILLEGAL, it was the fact he was driving drunk that was responsible for the death…and that they were going to "throw the book" at him for DUI!!!! Forget that had he been deported after his first arrest, this promising young man would still be alive…oh no, Massachusetts law officials are supposed to ignore some laws and enforce others…and it all depends on whether or not you are a LAW-ABIDING AMERICAN or an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT as to which laws the good governor decides is worthy of enforcement – or, to use his own words, 'throw the book at them'!
Until we stop making law-abiding American citizens the scapegoat while CONTINUOUSLY allowing those who have broken into our country ILLEGALLY to do as they please, we will never have justice befitting the wishes of our founding fathers. Even when the ILLEGALS are arrested, they never show up in court – and soon turn up with new names and continue to break the laws of our country!

My wife is a European citizen, who did not want to come to America without a Green Card. We were apart for seven months waiting for the government to issue it. We suffered seven months to be legal. I can not fathom what these so called educated people in Washington do not understand about the word ILLEGAL ——maybe they think it is just a sick bird! To me, illegal means illegal. I would never enter another country illegally for fear of the consequences. It is obvious that the illegals coming across our southern border do not fear the consequences of their actions and why should they? If they get caught it only means a few free meals and a free ride back home so that they can start the cycle over again. If this sounds too harsh just think about what the illegals are costing our country —— how many of our kids are using drugs brought across the border by illegals —-many will eventually end up dead. What about the billions we spend on their education and medical care. The reason Obozo is giving amnesty to the illegals is because there is no way in hell he'll win the next election without their vote, and he knows it.
