Question, why can’t al of this evidence be presented to Arizona;s Attorney General and a Federal Judge?

It’s likely that Barry was born in Washington State and his real dad is F.M.Davis, the card-carrying Commie, BUT because he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, and lived in Indonesia, he gave up his potential citizenship and was able to secure scholarships as a foreign student.
So, even though he was born in this country, he is a complete fraud, he was elected under an assumed name and identity…numerous documents that he has used were forged, constructed or altered. He is a felon for perpetrating this fraud of monumental, unprecedented proportions that led to his usurpation of the highest office in the land…He is also guilty of many counts of Treason since he was foisted on us as ‘POTUS’, but no court will ever charge him with any crime.

Of course there’s proof Obama was in Hawai’i as a baby, you silly goose. Dr. Fukino saw his vital records – his original birth certificate and his amended birth certificate proving his adoption – and reported that he was born in Hawai’i and a natural born American citizen.

Instead of counterproductive nattering at things that don’t matter, Arpaio, Zullo and the like should press for official investigation, preferably by Congress, to document and prove by real and definitive evidence that Obama rejected his birthright and relinquished American citizenship in favor of his Indonesian citizenship, which he had acquired as a child. They should get behind the following appeal to the Honorable Lamar S, Smith, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, which follows:
Dear Mr. Chairman:
The Honorable William C. Phelps, who winters in Houston, knows you by reputation as a man of great integrity and widely respected for your astute chairmanship of the House Judiciary Committee. Bill Phelps has an encyclopedic knowledge of Missouri and national government. He served as Missouri’s “first full time Lieutenant Governor” and should have been Governor. After leaving elective office, he became Senior Vice President and General Counsel of American General and since 1996 he has divided his time between Houston and Kansas City. I met him through the Pachyderm Club and take his recommendation that I write to you on this matter of extreme urgency, the nature and extent of which are little perceived and widely disregarded, at great peril to the nation and the world.
It’s hard to exaggerate the significance of the question whether the current pretender to the Office of President, Obama, is actually President. It would be exceedingly important with regard to any person, but it is overwhelmingly critical with regard to Obama, who voluntarily relinquished his American citizenship decades ago. It would be highly desirable to resolve this question before this year’s presidential election, but its resolution remains essential even after the election, because the validity of many laws and “official” acts of the pretender, some of great moment, remains in limbo until it is determined whether in fact the “President” is President.
Many American officials have jurisdiction to conduct a proper official inquiry into the Obama matter. The one Arizona sheriff who has had the courage to look into it lacks the power to subpoena definitive evidence. Congress is the most appropriate investigative authority. Woodrow Wilson once wrote that the investigative function of Congress rivaled its legislative function in importance. Congressional investigation is often required to ascertain the need for legislation. In this case, it would show that no new laws are required, only full disclosure of the facts. And the facts would require the impeachment of Obama, a function squarely within the House Judiciary Committee’s jurisdiction.
Congress does not investigate largely because it labors under the erroneous impression that Obama is the son of a black Luo tribesman, Barack Hussein Obama. This is not true. See the suggestions proposed in Welden v. Obama and letters to Gerald R. Molen and Lord Christopher Monckton, enclosed with this letter on compact disc. Subpoenae of the pretender’s DNA and vital records (original birth certificate and amended birth certificate) would prove this conclusively, and probably show that Obama is the son of the Caucasian Stanley Armour Dunham and a predominantly Polynesian mother, both of them U.S. citizens, neither of them Negro. Pursuant to a prearranged scheme, Obama was adopted at birth by Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama, who entered into a phony matrimonial relationship for this purpose.
This disclosure would discredit the charge of anti-Negro prejudice as a motive for investigation. Indeed, it would expose Obama as a racist agitator who has used his misrepresentation of a black father, not only to garner votes by false pretense, but also to prevent official inquiry into his past. Fraudulent memoranda of law from the Congressional Research Service, purporting to show that the pretender’s eligibility is settled and investigation unnecessary, are probably a result, rather than a cause, of Congress’s refusal to investigate.
Obama’s concealment, misrepresentation and psychological manipulation distract observers from the real reason for his constitutional ineligibility: his rejection and relinquishment of American citizenship, when he attained his majority, in favor of his juvenile Indonesian naturalization, by actions and omissions consistent with relinquishment of American citizenship and wholly inconsistent with its retention. See the enclosed Aide-Memoire to American Chief Election Officials, and the amicus curiae suggestions and letters to Molen and Monckton on the enclosed compact disc.
Obama has conspired with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (generally referred to, for obvious reasons, as “SBY”) and others to purge or sequester evidence of Obama’s naturalization as a citizen of Indonesia. But known facts and Indonesian law leave no serious doubt that Obama was naturalized an Indonesian as a child. He would not have been allowed into Indonesia or permitted to remain there as long as he did (about four years) unless he was instantly naturalized by force of law as the purported minor child of the wife of a Muslim citizen of Indonesia residing with the married couple at their matrimonial domicile in Indonesia, or was granted a visa for the purpose of naturalization, which in fact occurred. He could not have attended school in Indonesia without being an Indonesian citizen. Given Indonesians’ fierce nationalism and tight monitoring of immigration and citizenship (see Philip Berg’s enclosed article of 28 April 2011) Indonesia’s immigration authority must have opened a file on Obama (probably as Soebarkah or Barry Soetoro) immediately upon notice that he would be transported to Indonesia. Probably a visa or passport application before departure from the States triggered the opening of a file. Indonesian naturalization as a child did not by itself cost Obama his American citizenship; his conduct shortly after attaining his majority did (enclosed suggestions proposed in Welden v. Obama and letters to Molen and Monckton).
The conspiracy to conceal evidence would be in keeping with a long tradition of pervasive official corruption in Indonesia. If as seems certain SBY’s complicity would be necessary or highly convenient in such an endeavor, it is well nigh certain that SBY did not work cheaply. When I was going to Indonesia in the course of an international law practice, it was estimated on good authority that a quarter of the gross national product was graft, and attracting foreign investment has been complicated by the difficulty of doing business there without running afoul of America’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and similar legislation in other countries.
Popular revulsion against official corruption and resulting unrest (seen also in China, Russia and India, among other countries) gave rise to Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission. The name suggests commendably high standards and determination. Not “Corruption Commission” or even “Anti-corruption Commission”, but “Corruption Eradication Commission”.
The Obama-SBY conspiracy should be brought to the attention of the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission, which in the course of its investigation probably could smoke out the naturalization file or confirm that it is missing, which would be evidence of a cover-up, this in turn evidence of the probable bribing of SBY.
The Commission or the Indonesian House of Representatives might well request that the American House of Representatives subpoena Obama’s passport and visa records, and applications for school admission and student aid, which would contain copies of his Indonesian passport with student visa stamped therein. You might signal your committee’s receptiveness to such a request, or that you would recommend your committee’s favorable response. Ironies abound in this matter: American official investigation might need to be prompted by Indonesian investigators, and America is likely to have more available evidence of Obama’s Indonesian citizenship than Indonesia does, thanks to the machinations of Obama and SBY.
Proof of Obama’s relinquishment of American citizenship is proof of his constitutional ineligibility under Article II Section 1 of the United States Constitution. He can not be a natural born American citizen if he is no longer an American citizen at all, even though he was a natural born American citizen at birth.
As I point out in my enclosed letter of 9 July 2012 to Philip J. Berg, Esq., evidence available to me, most of which is in the public domain, suggests at least the following crimes that might be the subject of grand jury investigation:
(1) Misrepresentation of Obama’s constitutional eligibility at birth.
(2) Misrepresentation of his personal and racial identity for election fraud.
(3) Misrepresentation of his American citizenship, which Obama relinquished by Indonesian naturalization, as shown by his non-registration with the American Selective Service and obtaining a American student visa on his Indonesian passport, both after attaining his majority.
(4) Conspiracy of Obama with Indonesian President SBY and others to obstruct justice by destroying or concealing evidence of Obama’s Indonesian citizenship, and fabricating evidence of Selective Service registration. I also point out to Mr. Berg my speculation that a grand jury might not return an indictment on (1) and (2). But “high crimes and misdemeanors” need not be indictable offenses, per Raoul Berger, Impeachment: The Constitutional Problems. They need only be serious wrongs.
My analysis, grounded on the simple proposition that Dr. Fukino’s press release of 27 July 2009 was true as far as it went, indicates that Obama was a natural born American citizen at the time of his birth. The press release is quoted in full in the suggestions for Welden v. Obama at pages 6-7, the letter to Monckton at pages 1-2, and at internet address http://hawaii.gov/health/about/pr/2009/09-063.pdf.
Other evidence makes a prima facie case that Obama voluntarily relinquished his American citizenship, and therefore his constitutional eligibility, soon after attaining age 18. In 2008, he stole the Democratic nomination and presidential election by pretending to be half Negro and a loyal citizen of the United States.
Obama’s efforts to conceal his Indonesian naturalization, and his belated attempt to forge a Selective Service registration not actually made, evince a guilty consciousness that his actions and omissions shortly after attaining his majority did in fact prove his loss of American citizenship in favor of Indonesian naturalization.
A subpoena of Obama’s original birth certificate will disclose that Barack Hussein Obama the alien black Luo tribesman is not Obama’s father. Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance is a racist hoax. That’s one reason why Obama will never voluntarily release his original birth certificate. Another is to distract people from the real cause of Obama’s constitutional ineligibility, his relinquishment of American citizenship after attaining his majority. See the enclosed disc, especially the amicus curiae suggestions and my letters to Molen and Monckton.
Congressional failure to investigate Obama has put chief election officials in a needless dilemma. They have insufficient information for deciding whether to accept Obama’s applications for listing on their respective electoral ballots. See especially the enclosed aide-memoire of 19 July 2012. For that matter, they also have an insufficient basis for resolving doubts, however ill-founded, about Mitt Romney’s constitutional eligibility.
Congressional refusal to investigate Obama also deprives Congress and the People of original and definitive evidence that Obama perpetrated a hoax by claiming to be a black American citizen bearing true faith and allegiance to the United States. The Indonesian connection comprises the real “roots of Obama’s rage”; see my letter to Jerry Molen on the enclosed disc.
This is not strictly a partisan matter. Members of the Democratic Party need to know Obama’s actual racial heritage, citizenship and allegiance in considering whether to re-nominate him, especially when his loss of American citizenship makes him constitutionally ineligible to the Office of President under Article II Section 1 of the United States Constitution.
Moreover, there is some question about the citizenship of Mitt Romney’s father George. If George never acquired American citizenship, Mitt is not a natural born American citizen. This can be put to rest by proper official inquiry, and perhaps a nunc pro tunc filing with the American Embassy in Mexico. If not resolved, a stooge candidate financed by George Soros could conceivably challenge Mitt off one or more electoral ballots. That the stooge allegations are frivolous would not guarantee that one or more challenges would not succeed. If only one succeeds, Mitt could lose the election as a result, even though he would have won otherwise. Do not casually disregard this possibility. Remember that Obama can prove his eligibility at birth if necessary, and might be able to do so under seal. Obama will try to delay publication of his original birth certificate verifying eligibility at birth as long as possible to minimize the effect on the electorate of his theft of black identity, and try to drown out that disclosure by trumpeting the fact that birther allegations of ineligibility at birth were groundless. If official investigation has not revealed Obama’s loss of American citizenship, the net result of unlawfully barring Mitt Romney from one or more ballots and Obama from none will likely spell disaster for the Romney campaign and the nation. If neither is barred, the effect of the litigation is likely to be severely adverse to the Romney campaign, even though Romney is constitutionally ineligible and Obama is not. Bill Phelps and many others shy away from the suspicion that Obama is an enemy agent, and Rudolph Giuliani genially but incredulously laughs off the possibility (see my letter to Giuliani, enclosed on compact disc). With due respect, their insouciance stems from the same presumption of regularity that prompted dutiful German Jews to report to railway stations for transport to work camps. History teaches the wisdom of using the public power of subpoena and search warrant to uncover the whole truth about Obama, starting with definitive documentary and genetic proof of his true personal and racial identity. Please try to understand that Obama is not just another American politician, but an utterly ruthless fiend on the order of Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Alger Hiss and Mao.
Obama has the profile of a spy. Read Alger Hiss’s Looking-Glass Wars, The Covert Life of a Soviet Spy, by G. Edward White, Professor at the University of Virginia School of Law, and extended quotation therefrom in my letter to Rudolph Giuliani on the enclosed disc.
Obama was born into a communist family and grew up in late 1960s Indonesia, during a bloody anti-communist insurrection in which hundreds of thousands, perhaps a million, communists and suspected communists were murdered. Stanley Ann Dunham, though herself a communist, disclosed communists to her C.I.A. handlers, who turned the information over to the insurgents. Lolo Soetoro, Stanley Ann’s second husband, served the anti-communist insurgency in the Indonesian army under the command of its leader Suharto.
These circumstances could have contributed to the breakup of the Soetoro marriage. They probably set the seal on Obama’s fanatical hatred of America and his determination to destroy her, although more likely than not he would have been a Comintern mole even without the Indonesian connection. Clues to such evil incentive crop up in Obama’s conduct of the powers of the office to which he pretends.
I remember reading in the 1960s that the insurgent Indonesian regime was urging citizens to take the initiative and kill communists. I believe that American agents made a practice in Indonesia, Guatemala and elsewhere to disclose possible adversaries to “death squads” of favored regimes. It’s conceivable that family friends, even playmates, of Obama were murdered by the anti-communist insurgents or at their behest. He would not necessarily have known it at the time, but learned it from Stanley Ann later.
The Indonesian connection could have had a profound effect on Obama’s resolve and ruthlessness, although he probably would have become an enemy agent dehors such dramatic, horrible and tragic events as Indonesia’s anti-communist military coup.
Some might think it better that these dark aspects of the Cold War be ignored. I disagree. Truth will out. The sooner the better. The tactics of the communist elements were probably as savage, but this has no effect on dedicated communists. Open debate about the necessity and efficacy of such tactics might be cathartic and constructive as part of a uniquely American process of self-correction and healing. They might validate – or not – George F. Kennan’s criticism that America’s implementation of his prescription of “containment” was too narrowly focused on military opposition. For present purposes, they might shed light on whether Obama’s conduct after attaining his majority, given his prior Indonesian naturalization as a juvenile, amounted to a voluntary relinquishment – indeed, rejection – of his American citizenship, as well as the motivation, incentive and intent behind such things as the small arms treaty and government gun-running, the degrading of America’s military, and the divulging of American and allied secrets to foreign powers and interests, all possible grounds for impeachment or evidence of such grounds.
After he was returned to Hawai’i around 1970 or 1971, Obama was “mentored” (indoctrinated) for many years by a notorious communist, Frank Marshall Davis, who had close ties to Thomas Ayres, communist father of communist terrorist William Ayres. Davis and the Ayres family probably counseled Obama not to register for Selective Service on grounds of his Indonesian citizenship, thus confirming Obama’s relinquishment of American citizenship, and financed his 1981 trip to Indonesia to have an American student visa stamped into his Indonesian passport for his return and entry into the United States as a foreign student under the name Barry Sotoero, thus further confirming his relinquishment of American citizenship.
Given his origins and upbringing, it would be the greater wonder if Obama were not a Comintern mole. Far from being a naïve and inexperienced bumpkin, as many like to portray him, Obama is brilliant, possibly the most accomplished mole in history. He deliberately depresses employment while fudging the numbers as to the true extent of unemployment, and counts on his black impersonation for a pass from blacks who are disparately affected by unemployment, deliberately damages the economy, and pushes for massive reduction in American military defenses and influence in world affairs. He works to demoralize, weaken, sabotage, subvert, subjugate and destroy the United States, and is remarkably effective at it. Obama the mole is greatly assisted by the absence of an effective opposition. In 2008, for example, Stratfor found that Obama bribed Jesse Jackson to stay out of the presidential campaign, and that the Obama campaign received an illegal Russian-source contribution. Gentleman John McCain would not use the information. But things have changed. They have got worse. Now Gentleman John Boehner is selling out the country, and Republican members of Congress close ranks to give cover to the spy by deeming his eligibility settled and not worthy of official investigation. An old German maxim is that people get the government they deserve. If so, the current official handling of the Obama cabal suggests that the American people have become very decadent and degenerate indeed.
The evidence of Obama’s loss of eligibility to the Office of President is inextricably intertwined with evidence of his allegiance to the Comintern, which did not go away with the collapse of the Soviet Union. This reinforces Obama’s diversion of attention to the specious birther issue; investigation of the Indonesian connection risks exposure of his training as an enemy agent. Obama has never borne true faith and allegiance to the United States, and has not been a United States citizen for at least a quarter of a century – more like half a century, if the actions and omissions of 1979 and later are deemed to relate back to the time of his initial Indonesian naturalization in the 1960s.
Moreover, Obama followed the career path of a Comintern mole, as documented by The Manchurian President and other sources. And his conduct as pretender to the Office of President is far more comprehensible as that of a Comintern mole than that of a true American President.
KGB-style tactics, such as supplying guns to foreign criminal elements with the intent that they be used for murder and mayhem, in order to give fake substance to false claims that American gun sales were fueling foreign drug wars and abusing the treaty power to eviscerate the Second Amendment, are among the facts supporting the suspicion that Obama is an enemy agent and traitor (assuming that one merely pretending to the citizenship of a country can be traitor to it).
Similarly, Obama’s support of Islam is part of a Comintern strategy of using Islam to destroy Western Civilization, of which America is the culmination and last bastion. (Thereafter, the communist powers plan to eradicate Islam, at a human cost that beggars belief.) Obama’s sliding between Christianity and Islam is double-distilled Comintern cynicism, and another parallel to Hiss’s “looking glass wars”, an allusion to characters that Lewis Carroll made to appear from Alice’s looking glass, only to recede again into it. Obama is an atheist, for whom religion is simply a tool of psychological manipulation.
Don’t take my word for all this. Investigate. In particular, have your committee marshal evidence of Obama’s loss of American citizenship and eligibility in light of the enclosed Department of State guidance regarding the loss of American citizenship through voluntary foreign naturalization with intent to relinquish American citizenship (quoted in the Welden v. Obama suggestions at page 12 et seq. and the letter to Molen at page 9 et seq.).
To be clear: The term “natural born American citizen” subsumes “American citizen”. Obama can not be a natural born American citizen if he is no longer an American citizen at all, even though he was a natural born American citizen at the time of his birth. Please forgive my propounding the obvious.
Obama has two main reasons for keeping his original birth certificate concealed in the custody of Hawai’i’s Department of Health. First, to conceal his genuine racial heritage. Secondly, to distract people from his relinquishment of American citizenship through Indonesian naturalization, non-registration with Selective Service in 1979 and entry into the United States as a foreign student on an Indonesian passport in 1981. As you will see from my letter to Gerald R. Molen, the facts would have made a better picture than his Obama 2016, but apparently the picture was in the can by May.
Mr. Chairman, your position empowers you to uncover relevant and material evidence of Obama’s past. Unlike Jerry Molen, you can find the truth, which is far more compelling than Molen’s movie based upon Obama’s hoax Dreams from My Father, written for him by communist terrorist Bill Ayres. You have an uncommon responsibility. Turning a blind eye to Obama’s loss of American citizenship and resulting constitutional ineligibility, and consigning yourself to a willful ignorance of his true racial heritage, are potentially disastrous to the nation, and not the kind of record that you as a true American statesman would want to make.
Obama has conspired to conceal evidence of his Indonesian naturalization. But the legal and known factual case for Obama’s Indonesian naturalization is so strong that absence of official records of Indonesian naturalization and citizenship is reasonably taken to be evidence of a cover-up of his Indonesian naturalization.
Obama’s applications for American school admission and student aid can be subpoenaed. They were doubtless supported by photocopies of his Indonesian passport, showing the student visa stamp. A Selective Service “registration” of Obama was forged and slipped into Selective Service files in 2008 at the earliest, a fabrication of evidence that he had not relinquished American citizenship in the face of his prior Indonesian naturalization. This fabrication of evidence by Obama, and the criminal concealment of his Indonesian naturalization, demonstrate his guilty knowledge that he did indeed lose American citizenship by his Indonesian naturalization combined with his conduct as an adult, which reflected his rejection and mature, voluntary, intentional relinquishment of American citizenship.
Moreover, it is not mere cynicism to say that Obama should have the opportunity to confront his accusers and disprove, if he can, the prima facie case of misrepresentation of American citizenship that can be brought against him, as well as the other charges not directly relevant or material to his constitutional eligibility under Article II Section 1 of the Constitution. And perhaps he or his lackeys should be allowed to present evidence and argument on the constitutional eligibility of Mitt Romney.
Official investigation of Obama should start with subpoenae of his DNA and vital records, including his original birth certificate. Exposing the lie that Barack Hussein Obama was Obama’s father will reduce substantially the public, political and official resistance to thorough investigation. But beware of a tendency to jump to a hasty conclusion that eligibility is settled forever by eligibility at birth. The status of natural born American citizenship, I must stress, ends with the loss of American citizenship.
The co-operation of Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission and House of Representatives should be solicited, with particular regard to Indonesian President SBY’s complicity in concealing evidence of Obama’s Indonesian naturalization, corruption of Indonesian official records in that connection, and valuable consideration received by SBY, his family, friends and party, for such complicity.
Birthers have mismanaged eligibility litigation. Had they concentrated on pre-trial discovery that included Obama’s DNA and original birth certificate, they would have discovered that Obama is not black and freed American officials from their dread of being called racist for conducting comprehensive investigation of Obama’s crimes. And they would have disabused themselves and the nation of the fallacious hysteria that Obama was ineligible at birth.
Instead, the birthers stupidly stipulated with Obama on the record that his father was the alien black Luo tribesman Barack Hussein Obama. Consequently, election officials and judges, fearful of civil strife if they found the son of a black man ineligible, found him eligible, contrary to law that had been clearly understood for over two centuries, that native born requires two American citizen parents to be “natural born” under Article II Section 1 of the American Constitution. When all of the relevant and material facts are disclosed and properly assessed, it will be seen that this is not an issue with regard to Obama or Mitt Romney. Both were born in the United States to parents both of whom were citizens of the United States. It is of the utmost importance that this be thoroughly laid out and understood. If you doubt the proposition or its high importance, I would really like to know why.
On these false stipulated “facts”, the decision-makers unlawfully decided that Obama was eligible. In their litigation, the birthers have allowed themselves to be completely transfixed by the fetish of ineligibility at birth. So they have completely disregarded Obama’s loss of American citizenship through his naturalization as a citizen of Indonesia, and his actions and omissions that were entirely consistent with his relinquishment of American citizenship and wholly inconsistent with his retention of American citizenship.
Investigation of Obama – Obama himself, his origins and true life history, starting with positive identification through subpoenae of his DNA and original birth certificate – is of a part with the manifold case for impeachment. Yes, impeachment will lie against an ineligible pretender. The Framers wisely provided for impeachment to guard against treason, abuse of power and exercise of power beyond constitutional limits. An indictable offense is not required to bring impeachment into play, though you will surely agree that Obama has committed indictable crimes, some of them capital offenses, such as deliberately putting guns in the hands of criminals with the intent that they be used to assault, injure and kill in the commission of criminal offenses, to make anti-gun propaganda.
Never before Obama has there been so fitting a case for impeachment of a President. All prior examples, whether a bill of impeachment was returned or not, were the merest shadow of the case against him. None of the others, to my knowledge, involved treason, murder or conspiracy to murder, unauthorized acts of war against a neighboring country, or known constitutional ineligibility through voluntary relinquishment of American citizenship. Cf. Impeachment: The Constitutional Problems, by Raoul Berger. You should be mortified not to impeach this miscreant pretending to the Office of President. You would be likely to go down in history as a fool.
Whether the Senate would convict Obama is beside the point, though even the current Senate might well do so on the facts disclosed in impeachment hearings. The point is that the evidentiary record in impeachment would prove fraud in both Obama’s claimed racial identity and his claimed American citizenship. It would shine the way to fully informed and rational decisions by American party conventions and chief election officials whether to nominate and whether to list on electoral ballots. It would be a basis for criminal prosecutions, and the reversal of actions, plans and policies that are grievously harmful to the country and unlawfully adopted and implemented by subversives.
Enclosed for your information on compact disc are copies of an analysis by Philip J. Berg, Esq., my letters to you, Rudolph Giuliani, Jerry Molen, Lord Monckton and Philip Berg, and my amicus curiae suggestions in an eligibility case, Welden v. Obama. Mexico, as with most other countries does not give citizenship to babies born to citizens of other countries. He was born in Mexico to two American Citizens, which made him an American citizen.
Anchor babies is an almost singular creation of America. It is actually a misreading of the Constitution which had to do with freed slaves, who because their parents were not citizens before being freed could not pass citizenship to their children who were born here. The solution was to allow them to be citizens. Barack’s parents were not freed slaves, and his father in particular was never an American citizen. This has already been gone through with Romney, he was born in the USA to two United States Citizens.

I think an official investigation will prove George Romney was an American citizen and Mitt Romney is therefore a natural born American citizen under Article II Section 1 of the United States Constitution. In the 4th video (4 of 4) the investigator mentions the name that Barry used when he traveled with his mother. I couldn’t understand it. It was something like Soey Barker or Barkah. Has anyone seen it written? It was one of Barry’s three assumed names. It looks like it is a compilation of Soetoro and Barack. I have heard of the name Harrison J. Bounel, who lives in Barry’s house and is married to Michele Obama. That name was used to buy real estate with his neighbor, now in prison for real estate fraud. The other name is Jean Paul Ludwig, the owner of Barry’s Social Security number. He was a real person, born in France in 1890, and died in Hawaii in 1977, about the time that Barry needed a SS number to get a job. Not being a citizen and having no documentation, he couldn’t just go to the town hall and get his own number. He has multiple SS numbers scattered all over the country, under other assumed names.
The only other president who even comes close to having questions about his citizenship, was Chester A. Arthur. His father was a British citizen. When questions of his citizenship came up, before the age of computerized records, he gathered up all his documents and held a bonfire. In this age, there are bound to be documents in a data base somewhere, so we will eventually find out who he is, hopefully before we all have to learn Arabic.

Chester Alan Arthur was born in Vermont, as he proved by producing his birth certificate.
He was an American citizen at birth.
He was not a natural born American citizen, because, at the time of his birth, his father was not yet a naturalized American citizen. People rashly assumed the issue was resolved with Chester’s proof of birth in Vermont, and stupidly failed to ascertain the citizenship of his father at the time of Chester’s birth.
Obama was a natural born American citizen at birth, as per Dr. Fukino’s press release of 27 July 2009, available on the internet.
Obama voluntarily relinquished his American citizenship in favor of his Indonesian citizenship, which he had acquired as a minor, by actions and omissions as an adult proving his voluntary intent to relinquish American citizenship and be an Indonesian citizen. For one thing, he did not register with Selective Service when he came of age in 1979, a duty of every male American citizen. Did he retain American citizenship to commit the felony of not registering for the draft? Surely not. He acted as an Indonesian citizen in 1981 when he went to Indonesia to have the American Embassy issue a student visa to him, and re-entered the United States on his Indonesian passport as Barry Soetoro with American student visa stamped therein. Had he retained American citizenship, he would not have needed a visa. It is notorious that Obama went to school in America as a foreign student. To support his applications for admission and student benefits, he would have produced his Indonesian passport with student visa, which would have been photocopied for retention with his records. Congress or a grand jury, or a litigant in a civil case, could subpoena such records.
As Obama relinquished – indeed, rejected – his American citizenship, he can’t be a natural born American citizen. “Natural born American citizen” subsumes “American citizen”. He can’t be a natural born American citizen if he’s no longer an American citizen, even though he was a natural born American citizen at birth, as his original birth certificate supported by DNA analysis will prove.

I believe this is a very powerful indictment presented by competent law enforcement officials. I also believe that the DVD “Dreams of My Real Father” (Frank Marshall Davis) also presents a powerful case that may mean that although born of two American citizens, Obama’s agenda remains ominous and will threaten America as we know it. - I believe Obama is a spy who has been groomed to infiltrate this country. What easier target than a free country who seems to have lost it’s backbone? Something very, very dangerous has been happening in the U.S.A. and was born in the ’60″s. It was in the 60′s, in my opinion, that modern progessivism found it’s real footing here. Going forward, it’s the responsibility of each one who reads and agrees with this to take a stand. Just like any investigation, it must be done outside of the public eye and off the radar.
