I sent an e-mail to our one and only congressman here in North Dakota, Rick Berg. got a letter back with the same old same old-it has already been looked into garbage.What is wrong with these wimps? Can’t they even check out Sheriff Arpaios proof?
So have I!! So have my friends…all we get are bland responses, letters stating there is currently no investigation…it is sickening. Our Congressman was on a local radio show the day after the Arpaio interview broke and was hammered..STILL..non-answers. They are all complicit. I believe they ALL know he is ineligible and are afraid of race riots, a Constitutional Crises and total chaos. They are ALL to blame for lacking the courage to question and vet this POS prior to the 2008 election.

President Obama has faced unprecedented scrutiny over his citizenship status. In fact, several cases have been filed in federal court related to the issue of his birth certificate. However, each time the case has made it to the Supreme Court, the Court has refused to hear the case.
After consulting with the Congressional Research Service, the Office of the Solicitor General of the previous Administration, and the Clerk of the United States Supreme Court, the facts are clear. President Obama was born in Honolulu , Hawaii on August 4, 1961. His birth certificate is a valid short form certificate commonly issued by states. The Department of Health in Hawaii does not give its citizens the option to obtain a copy of a long form certificate. His short form certificate contains his full name, names of his parents, date, place of birth, sex, and date the birth record was filed. There was also an announcement at the time of his birth in a local Honolulu newspaper.
President Obama sought an exception from Hawaii in order to receive his long form birth certificate, which was granted in April 2011. The White House released the President’s long form birth certificate on April 27, 2011.
Although I do not agree with many of his policies – particularly with respect to a tripling of the size of the national debt over the next decade in implementing his budget – President Obama is nevertheless the duly elected President of the United States . Out of respect for the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States , all Americans, regardless of their political beliefs, should respect this fact.
Feinstein’s reply in part:
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution specifies the qualifications for this executive office. It states that no person except for a natural born American citizen is eligible to run for President of the United States. Also, the candidate must be at least thirty-five years of age and have resided in the United States for at least fourteen years.
President Obama meets these constitutional requirements. If you were not already aware, on April 27, 2011 the White House released a copy of President Obama’s long form birth certificate. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 4, 1961. According to the Fourteenth Amendment, all persons born in the United States are considered citizens of the United States. Under these criteria, President Obama, a 47-year old U.S. citizen, who has resided in the United States for longer than fourteen years, is eligible to be President.
