Following a Georgia judge’s ruling that Barack Obama is eligible to be on the state’s 2012 Democratic Party presidential ballot, the front lines in the continuing eligibility battle are being fought in Arizona.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told WND today his office has scheduled a news conference in Phoenix for March 1 to release findings of the Cold Case Posse that has been investigating Barack Obama’s birth certificate and eligibility to be president.
Arpaio declined to release to WND any of the posse’s conclusions in advance of the press conference, although he is on record saying the findings may be “shocking” to many.
In a separate matter, Arpaio told WND that a group of Department of Justice officials from Washington, D.C., began meeting with officials of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office regarding the DOJ’s allegation of systematic violations of the federal civil rights of Hispanics.
If the negotiations fail, the DOJ has threatened to take Arpaio and the MCSO to federal court, setting up an epic political battle just as Arpaio prepares to issue the results of the Cold Case Posse’s investigation.

It appears this is now to be used a a legal political bargaining chip and could end up not being so good for the American people if some form of deals are made bye the Sheriff and his legal forces against the dirty dealing of The DOJ. Right now my head s spinning. Judge Michael Malihi was firm in his inquiries about Obama;s birth certificate.
Then all of a sudden, everything changes…no reason…Obama is O.K. to be on the ballot! Never mind that Obama never turned up at the hearing in a matter of contempt. So, what changed his mind? What “took the wind out of his sails”? This is just too “fishy” .
If the same thing happens with Sheriff Arpaio, I’ve got to believe that something is indeed wrong. Up to this point I feel that Sheriff Arpaio is the only person who cannot be bought. So, let’s see!

I agree !! Something happened with this Judge for sure. He was either threaten or bribed by Obama. This has been happening all along in other courts. It is very clear that Obama is hiding something. He is using a SS Number that was issued in 1890 to someone else. This hole thing with Obama stinks big time and it is being covered up.

I have no doubt that President Obama is using a false SSN but not 1 issued in 1890. SS wasn’t in existence back then. I am not completely sure but I believe it was in the 1920′-1930′s that Social Security was implemented so no SSN’s were issued in the 1800′s. The rest of the fakery of President Obama is probably correct but the court systems & Congress don’t have the stones to take him on.
James, the SSN was issued to guy BORN in 1890. His SSN was issued until the early 1900s after these slave numbers were instituted.

Sheriff Arpaio has maintained his stance proving that he is a man of solid convictions. Even though he has been a target of the left and the other mindless twits that populate this nation. My one concern is that Obama is not the power we must worry about. In my estimation he is being manipulated by “puopet -masters who are using him as their “Charley McCarthy’! ” Sheriff Joe” deserves the support of every person in all 50 states who profess their love of God and Country, and are convinced as Joe and I are that we are in great peril from the three branches of the Federal Government, and a vast number of State, county, and city officials. Perhaps our time has past, but until a concerted effort is made to effect change, we cannot afford to sit our hands and take a “woe is me” attitude!

The Georgia judge was silenced no doubt with threats so severe that he caved and wimped out after initially giving the impression of being obedient to the rule of law. Sheriff Joe is unlikely to do that no matter what. They will have to kill him to keep him silent and may well do just that. Accordingly, his findings must be dispersed so as to outlive him if necessary to ensure that the American people see and hear the truth. The Obama-ites are terrified of what he will expose because they better than anyone know the truth and know that if anyone can dig it up, it is Sheriff Joe. I sincerely believe that we are witness to the incredible hoax of an illegal alien, yes an IA, having usurped the presidency of the United States.
Desperate people do desperate things. People must cease treating this as just politics as usual. Our republic is no longer the shining city on a hill and its best days at least in the near term are not ahead of it.
