The Constitution states the president cannot be indicted for criminal activity while serving in office. The president must be removed by impeachment before indictments can even be attempted by states or local governments.
The situation here is different. The Constitution assumes the President is fully qualified to hold the office, and that is not the case in this instance. The President cannot be indicted for criminal activity while serving in office; that is not the same as assuming the office because of criminal activity.

The “Manchurian Candidate” will hopefully be removed soon enough from the White House, with any luck wearing a waist chain and handcuffs. Anyone that buries their past should not be allowed to be a gardner at the White House let alone steal the office of the presidency. This scam has been going long enough and it needs to be brought to an end while there still is part of our America not completely decimated. The Supreme Court is expected to rule on SB 1070 as well as the constitutionality of Obama-Care, if they both rule again the “Manchurian Candidate”, he might go right over the edge and introduce Martial Law to try and hold onto the keys to Air Force One.
Speaking of Air Force One, have you seen the latest pictures of Obamas “redo”. They have taken the US emblem off of the aircraft and substiuted HIS logo plus his new campaign mottos. It reminds me of burning the flag. Shouldnt threre be some sort of criminal punishment for defacing public property?

You have to admit Obama has balls. He’s probably in office illegally, and he announces he will not enforce our immigration laws and will excuse certain illegals from being deported. He’s also suing Florida for taking non-citizens off the voting rolls. Just more democratic voters in Obama’s mind, and Holder is an enthusiastic accomplice in violating the Constitution.
We desparately need to run both of them out of office, preferably to prison, but I’d settle for Kenya.

I don’t know how the laws were back in the 1800′s on immigrants but Reagan’s father was the grandson of Irish immigrants. Ronald Reagan was born in 1911 (he would have been the great grandson) so I’m assuming that in the 1800′s if they made it to our shores they were automatically given citizenship. I live in Fort Bend County, Texas. Thousands of voter registrations mailed out 3/30 and 4/5 have gone missing–between 25,000 and 39,000. We have reported this to everyone and don’t seen to be getting any action. It has been 2 and a half months. Where are the cards?? Are these cards going to be distributed to the illegals so they can vote using legal citizens registrations? Eric Holder has been fighting implementation of our Photo Voter ID laws. Without showing photo ID–no one knows the real identity of the person who is holding that voter registration. Our county only stayed Republican by 5% last election. The cards that are missing are from heavily Republican areas. Is this how Obama plans on stealing the election??
I live in Laguna VIsta, TX ( about 30 minutes from Brownsville) and I try to keep my eye on that stuff. I have a call into the elections administrator for Cameron County but have received no reply to try and get a handle on what is going on in this county. With it being 95% Hispanic, it is a sure bet that the same problem is occuring here. Hard to fight when all the officials are Hispanic, ie, administration, judges, sheriff, pd, etc. Every precinct jp is Hispanic and their entire staffs are Hispanic. Country judge is one of few officlals that are on the GOP side of the isle and could possibly help. Do you work for the election committee in Fort Bend Country or do you have another source?. Just a sidebar on the ID comment: Every time I have voted, the clerk asks for a photo ID; however, I have not witnessed the cases where the individual tells the clerk that they have no ID. As far as I’m concerned, anythinig less than something with a photo is useless as far as identifying the individual. ANYONE can walk in with a utilities bill or some other useless piece of information and make an ‘X’ on the roles. We also have an abnormally high rate of fraudulent documents floating around down here as any illegal can pay around $1500 and receive a full set of identification. Its the manipulation BEHIND the scenes that we need to nip in the bud….like insuring the sanctity of the machines before and after voting and making sure we have a fair mix of political persuasions running and watching the polls.
I grew up in a “white bread” town in Illinois and we had a Puerto Rican Chief of Police, Joseph Beunostro (sp?). An exemplary citizen and Police Officer. We also had a couple of Puerto Rican neighborhoods. One MIGHT assume that his “homies” got away with ‘murder’. NOT ON YOUR LIFE! He was, in fact, hard as nails on them for the simple reason that what ever THEY did reflected on HIM!

I must admit I have a lot of respect for Puerto Ricans. All I have know have been upstanding and honest. I never heard one of them compalin about their situation. Yes they did feel like if your are Puerto Rican and committed a crime they believe it reflected an all Puerto Ricans and were harder on them.
I have worked with Puerto Rican nurses and they are much like Cubans. They are very Conservative, family oriented and very religious. Maybe they are different from the ones living in Puerto Rico but the ones I know hate Obama.
I would not doubt the Democrats will have tables filled with salsa tortilla chips, tacos etc Corona and Dos Equis to wash it all down at the polling places to thank the illegals for their vote.
I feel like Joe Arpaio is the only one who is fighting Obama’s outrageous executive orders. I see no republicans supporting this courageous man. If Romney wants support from potential voters then he better act like a leader and support Joe Arpaio. I’m already on the same page. As you stated, most of our troops are overseas and now it looks like the Syrian, Iran, N. Korean things will end up getting more of our soldiers. Meanwhile, we already have Russian troops trng in Colo. to repel civilian riots. Also, UN troops patrolling an Immigrant area in New York. When the IMposter declares his martial law, he’ll be forming his Natiional Citizen’s Army. Probably TSA, SEIU, Muslims, Blk. Panthers, Illegals, etc. I’ve been warning people for about a yr. now, that something like this would pop off. Real Americans need to unite. Join State Guards, Constitutional Militias, Sheriff’s Possies, etc. Also, http://www.Sheriff Randy Mack’s Constitutional Posse. WE MUST RESIST!!!

Bobmann, that’s great but we need hundreds of thousands to be ready. Real Americans need to stand up and unite. If this country is going to survive the Illegal Communist in the WH, we have to act together and with the right leadership. Someone of the caliber of Col. West or North. A gen. Boykin or even Shrf. Joe Arpaio. It looks like this is going to have to get violent and blood spilled before it’s over. I certainly hope for a peaceful remedy but it’s not looking good. Many of us are just waiting for our version of a LEXINGTON/CONCORD event to occur, as it appears to be at that stage.

If I were Obama (hurl) I would be scared – VERY SCARED! It’s obvious that his handlers are goading him harder and harder to be more and more brash, more drastic, more impetuous, more destructive to what America should be! Two of the possible outcomes are:
1, Some overzealous (Left manufactured?) ‘patriot’ will make an overt assault on him or his – enough to “justify” full Martial law and the apparent ends of his handlers will become fact: total subjugation of the, once, mightiest, most productive, most creative, EXCEPTOINAL country the world has known
2, The proles, brainwashed by the lamestream media, will quietly acquiesce, bit by bit, and the apparent ends of his handlers will become fact
In either case, should he survive the assault, he, Obama, and his office, the Presidency, are superfluous! In other words, HE IS EXPENDABLE, an “agent provocateur”, installed to create either turmoil or radical change toward the goals of his handlers. That accomplished he may be invited to ‘visit’ Gitmo, himself lest he or his immediate underlings wake up and become repentant or blurt out things that might upset the applecart. That would be nice, Susan but IF it was going to happen it would have happened by now. There are too many ways to tie things up in our Judicial system for years.
