The results of a formal law-enforcement investigation into whether Barack Obama is eligible to be president of the United States could come as a “shock,” according to Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Tuesday night, speaking to a tea-party group in Arizona, Arpaio said, “I can’t tell you everything, but there could be a shock there somewhere that my guys came up with. I can’t talk too much about it. It’s in the process.”
WND previously has reported that Arpaio has constituted a special five-member law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate released to the public April 27 might be a forgery.
The posse, assembled under the authority of Arpaio’s office, consists of three former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys with law enforcement experience. Members have been examining evidence since September concerning Obama’s eligibility to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, which requires a president to be a natural-born citizen.
He referenced disputes over the Social Security number attributed to the president and said, “There are a couple of things you and nobody else here knows anything about yet that could be a little bit exciting.”

I hope Sheriff Arpaio cc's the investigation results to a SPECIAL Federal Grand Jury. (Title 18 USC, section 3332). A federal attorney is mandated to "inform" the grand jury of the matter. Then the SPECIAL federal grand jury can issue the subpoena.

Every attempt to determine the truth about this issue has been halted by the federal judiciary, so unless Sheriff Joe produces some undisputable facts, presents them to the public, and then turns them over to the feds, we are back at square one. The facts along with unquestionable supporting evidence made public is the only way this issue is going to be resolved. Obama has fought this for well over 3 years, has produced falsified documents to support his claim, and spent millions keeping his records and background secret.
For clarity we should also add that the Republican Party has aided Obama and his Marxists friends in keeping this information hidden. They were all okay with the idea of jumping on Juan McCain, the spoiler in the 2008 election, but none of them wanted to touch the foreign born issue. Personally, I still believe the Democrat and Republican leadership to only one party. If the voters are not highly informed this coming election, then kiss the United States goodbye. We need a true Constitution supporting president, and to replace the RINOs in the House and Senate. Getting rid of the Democrats is only common sense.

It's very obvious to me that our congress (all of them) doesn't care whether Obama is legally president or that he's destroying the country. This is one conspiracy that's not a theory, it's real!

What really bothers me is that if I applied for any responsible position with the U.S. Government, I would be seriously vetted. My past would be an open book. Sheriff Joe is a great patriot and is the only law enforcement figure that is investigating Obama. His investigative posse has already found something very important that is not know yet. I bet the news media could have found it out if they wanted to. Congress amended the "Identity Theft Penalty Enforcement Act" which mallows for a mandatory prison sentence for any person committing identity theft as in impersonating a citizen or using unauthorized social security number as Obama is doing. Go Joe, truth can't be denied regardless who is involved. Americans who can prove it, are fed up of what is taking place in America and when your back is up against the wall there is no where to go but forward. We are almost at that state of despair but something always tells us there is hope around the corner. Well readers, all corners have been cut off, so better resign yourself to the fact that our nation is under a tyrannical despotic kakistocracy. Fight now while you still can or wind up waking up in a FEMA Camp before you know it and say to yourself, I should have listened.
Should this allegation prove true, we would as a nation be faced with a Constitutional crisis. The sitting POTUS could face impeachment and criminal charges to and including treason against the United States of America. Ever action he has taken since taking office and every bill signed into law would automatically be nul and void unless affirmed by the subsequent occupant of the office (which given the chain of occupancy in the Consitution is possible). All appointees would also have to be reaffirmed to retain their positions. The reach of this action could prove phenomenal. May the investigations be thorough, going after all viable leads, and may the prosecutions and penalties be substantial for the sake of the nation. I speak this as a former federal investigator and intelligence officer.
