“I want to see the microfiche,” Sheriff Joe Arpaio told a packed East Orlando Tea Party audience last week. In explaining his Birther Posse activities, he said his group of 60 retired cops and attorneys should have a report for him as early as January or February, because they are searching around the clock to discover where the president was really born.
Delivering a keynote speech to his rapt listeners, Arpaio said the 1961 microfiche holds the key to determining if Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii or Kenya. “Twins were born before Barack Obama, and now we have to see if he was born the next day.” But Sheriff Joe said he won’t be taking any bets on his posse getting the microfilm. He expressed consternation that the regular media are just not talking about the Obama birth issue, although it is on people’s minds all across the country.
Arpaio, who has 50 years of law enforcement experience, said proudly, “I serve the public; the public is my boss.” When a group of Arizona Tea Party members came to him to do something about the Birther issue, he agreed to look into the situation. But in a more veiled question, Arpaio asked if he and his cold case posse can prove Obama was not born in Hawaii the day after the Nordyke twins, “What will be done about it?”
Clearly, the problem of Barack Obama’s birth authentication was primary in the minds of Sheriff Joe’s audience, but the next big topic they wanted him to talk about was illegal immigration. He called the electric fence that covers some parts of the southern border a joke easily breached by Mexican drug dealers. “They’re not cartels; they’re really international drug traffickers.” the Arizona lawman said. He explained the long term damage being done to the United States from failure to secure our borders and stop illegal immigration.
Our economy, our law enforcement, our diplomatic relations, our political process, and the American basic sense of fairness are all being damaged by allowing illegals to take jobs of U.S.citizens.
“This false identification is a very serious crime,” he said. Some reports are putting the illegal immigration figures as being the highest ever in our country’s history.
When compared to the 50-plus million American babies aborted since Roe v. Wade was signed into law, we have to weep from what progressive Democrat governance has done to our proud nation. Why are so many liberal agencies investigating Sheriff Joe, but at the same time not investigating obvious Constitutional infractions? He said it well when he said, “Let’s work together and get back operational control of our country, and help clean up this mess.”

Two citizen parents is called the Vattel Doctrine. SCOTUS has accepted it as the definition of NBC in several cases, even though it is not written into US law. In the mid1800s Congress modified the definition of natural born to include a child born of one citizen parent and one non-citizen parent IF and only IF the non-citizen parent has renounced citizenship in all other countries AND officially begun the naturalization process to become a US citizen at the time of the child's birth. This situation also eliminated the possibilty of dual citizenship/allegiance on the part of the child.

obama was adopted by Saetoro when his mother remarried and the family moved to Indonesia. Under US law obama automatically lost his US citizenship when his mother moved to Indonesia and became a citizen of Indonesia. However, US law allows people who lost US citizenship as a minor because the parent(s) became citizens of another country, as in obama's situation, to reclaim their US citizenship, including natural born status, IF they return to the US by a specified age and file to have US citizenship status reinstated. These people are then again natural born citizens, NOT naturalized citizens.
No record has been found that obama ever did that either.

On that basis, they fail to think it through. Failing to think it through, they conclude it's insignificant. Assuming it's insignificant, they fail to think it through, and so on in a vicious circle.
We need exhaustive congressional investigation, which will happen only if the People force Congress to investigate. I don't know what will wake them up.

I know that just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that people aren't out to get you, but this sounds like it is a bit much. It is unfortunate that legal machinery takes time, but Sherrif Joe's investigation needs to be completed. When the information finally is presented in a court of law we'll see whether there is any real case. It is premature at this point to claim a vast conspiracy. Think of how long it took for Clinton to be brought before the Senate – and the information was much more apparent.

Exhaustive investigation would show this up front but would require a lot of time and effort to determine whether he became a foreign citizen voluntarily and with the intention of relinquishing U.S. citizenship. If he lost U.S. citizenship, he lost constitutional eligibility.
Even if he technically retained U.S. citizenship, such investigation would disclose a trash trove of corrupt and seditious schemes to obstruct justice, and would probably indicate that he has been a Comintern agent for all or most of his adult life to date. Upon return of a bill of impeachment by the House, even a Democratic Senate would convict him and remove him from office.

That's an easy question to answer. When the person comes to register Obama on the ballot, arrest them for voter fraud. Obama has brought into question the validity of his birth certificate from the forgeries posted on line and did not pass E verify. Require him to allow the microfilm BC to be inspected by the state attorney general and show his record of signing up with Social Security for his number. If he refuses don't allow him on the ballot.

Actually he shouldn't be allowed on any ballot until he can clear up his Birth Certificate and SSN problems. To make it easy, use E verify on each candidate before they can put their name on the ballot. That seems fair to me. The candidates are applying for a job.
Look at it from the sheriff's department point of view. If you have an applicant that refuses to prove his citizenship and his social security number is in doubt don't hire him until he shows proof. Shouldn't the president be held to at least the same requirements as a deputy sheriff?

I share your sympathy for the wall. Here's a practical way to deal with it: line all of them up belly-to-back-belly-to-back-belly-to-back (compact, single file) in a line PERPENDICULAR to the wall, and see how many at a time you can take out with a SINGLE SLUG. That would greatly reduce the impact damage to the wall, and also substantially save precious LEAD. A thousand politicians probably have an aggregate worth that is less than the lead content of a single bullet.

The real issue is whether he lost U.S. citizenship through foreign naturalization done voluntarily with the intent of relinquishing U.S. citizenship. He can't be a natural born U.S. citizen if he is no longer a U.S. citizen at all.
I doubt anything will be done with the proof that Obama was born in Kenya until after the elections and then only if we take back the Senate, increase our lead in the House and own the White House. I did get the impression that the genie was out of the bottle early this year when Tim Adams, almost certainly an Obama troll, broadcast a suggestion that Obama release his long form birth certificate "if he has one" even if it didn't "go along with" the official biography. Adams had previously sworn that there was no long form birth certificate. Adams made further lame excuses that politicians say untrue things and so what if Obama "fibbed" a little. I took this to be a damage control exercise in case a picture of the original birth certificate had gotten out.
"Investigative journalist" Isakof interviewed Dr. Fukino, who affirmed again that the original birth certificate was there. But the "investigative journalist" didn't ask for the names of the parents on it. A truthful answer would have revealed an adoption, for the names would not have been the same as on the amended certificate (the certificate of adoption). A refusal to answer would also have been revealing; the refusal would have been based on the legal prohibition against giving out information on adoptions, so it would have confirmed an adoption had taken place.

If Obama was born outside of the USA, he is not President and never has been. If his birth records are falsified, it is up to the House of Representatives to bring articles of Impeachment against him. His election may have been valid, but this sort of falsification is felonious. If his Social Security number is false, the same condition exists. There is, however, another outside issue that needs to be addressed. If Obama was not a legitimate presidential candidate, is the Obama/Biden ticket even valid? If not, would that make John McCain the winner by default of the 2008 presidential election? And what would that do for all the legislation that has been signed? It isn't impossible that Obama was a legitimate candidate. It is just that being able to verify it is next to impossible, and stricter proof of identity is required for someone legitimately applying for a job. Shouldn't the President also require that level of proof? It is, after all, a job.
Impeachment hearings should have started long ago.
Be prepared. The first step in the hearings, identification of the miscreant by subpoenae of his vital records and DNA, will show that Barry was eligible at birth.
The crucial eligibility issue is whether Barry lost eligibility later. But even if he didn't, thorough investigation will prove him eminently impeachable. And retention of eligiibility should placate those who erroneously think an ineligible pretender to the Office of President may not be impeached. After a complete investigation for impeachment, even the Democratic Senate will vote to convict and remove, and rank and file Democrats will refuse to re-nominate him.
Of course, Barry will claim the Congress is in revolt, and try to rule by decree. Federal officials and employees must remember that their obligation is to the Constitution, not any particular individual.

At this point, I don't know who knew what when – especially since I can't say I knew what actually happened yet. If he wasn't a legitimate candidate and enough people knew it, there are some serious consequences. It is always possible, however, that people just accepted what he gave them without question. I can see this as possible – in the heat of the moment – for them not to have insisted on sufficient proof. There should be consequences, but it wasn't necessarily dishonest on the part of those receiving the credentials. On the other hand, in politics, it often isn't a matter of whether or not people did somethign dishonest to start with. A coverup often carries heavier penalties.

'born naturally of citizen parents' [paraphrased]. Leahy agrees and the Committe passes Resolution 518 in 2008. This discussion is in the minutes. EVERYONE knew Obama was not born of two US Citizen parents, and EVERYONE in Congress at the time knew Obama was not eligible for President due to this Resolution. This excludes Obama the Luo tribesman as Barry's birth father. The Luo adopted Barry as an accommodation to his communist friend, Barry's actual birth father.
Will Rogers warned of the danger of knowing things that ain't so. So EVERYONE knew Barry wasn't the son of two U.S. citizen parents, but it ain't so. I'm glad Sheriff Joe is taking this a step at a time. You need to be careful of what you say, though. If you start talking too much about taking things into your own hands, who knows how many federal laws may be broken. I agree there may be issues regarding certain justices. I also believe that they should recuse themselves if they were appointed by him. Their continuation in their positions depends on them being legally appointed by him. As such, they should not rule on the case. Doesn't mean it will happen, but it does mean that if they did rule on the case in his favor, if he won, it would always cast a shadow over the results.
But this is all speculation. The truth is the truth. (brilliant) But I don't know what is true yet. All I see so far are a bunch of disjointed stories. I'm waiting to see what evidence Sheriff Joe brings forth.

We won't know his parents within a reasonable degree of certainty without congressional subpoenae of his DNA and his vital records – both the original birth certificate showing birth parents and the amended showing adoptive parents. It would likely also be found that he has been a Comintern agent dedicated to the subjugation of the United States for all or most of his adult life.

When the child is adopted, the law requires an amended birth certificate showing adoptive parents. On 27 April 2011, Obama trotted out a picture of his amended birth certificate, cropped or masked to eliminate the word “AMENDED”, and misrepresented it as his original birth certificate.
The original birth certificate remains in the files of the Department of Health. Dr. Fukino saw “the original vital records”. There is no death certificate. Hence the “vital records”, in the plural, must be the original and the amended birth certificates.
Hawai’ian officials will not disclose the original birth certificate, because they are prohibited from disclosing information about adoption. They should respond to a congressional subpoena, however.
People seem unable to grasp, or adamantly reject out of hand the probability that they were duped into voting for a man who used a fraudulent claim that his adoptive parents were his birth parents, so that he could make a racial appeal for votes and denigrate critics and opponents as racists.
