Since first announcing the formation of a “cold case posse” to investigate the legitimacy of Barack Hussein Obama’s claim to Constitutional occupation of the White House, Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been at once the object of legacy media smears and new media encouragement. And although the information gathered in the 6 month effort will probably not change the minds of many dedicated Obamabots, it has provided stark and irrefutable evidence that “person or persons unknown” worked long and hard in a systematic effort to obscure the truth about Barack Obama’s birth, heritage, and qualifications to serve as President of the United States.
Consisting of law enforcement officials and attorneys with law enforcement experience, Joe Arpaio’s Posse has turned up the following information:
1.) The purported “long form birth certificate” published on the White House website last year is a computer generated forgery consisting of at least 9 layers of selected information and photo shopped into one “document.” It is NOT a scan or copy of a single, genuine document. A portion of the evidence supporting this claim includes the fact that name and date stamps of the Hawaii Department of Health Registrar were “computer generated images imported into an electronic document, as opposed to actual rubber stamp imprints inked by hand or machine onto a paper document.”
Mike Zullo, retired New Jersey police detective and lead Posse investigator, says the team believes “…the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in a systematic effort to hide from public inspection any original 1961 birth records it may have in its possession.”
2.) The date stamp used on Obama’s Selective Service Card was not one used at the time (1980). Obama’s card shows a #2 (2 digit) pica stamp, but all others used by the post office at which he turned in his card were stamped with a #4 (4 digit).
3.) Perhaps the most interesting finding of the team and arguably one of the most damning concerned records of airline flights to the United States in 1961, the year in which Obama was born. As the file distributed at the press conference states:
“Records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards filled out by airplane passengers arriving on international flights originating outside the United States in the month of August 1961, examined at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., are missing records for the week of President Obama’s birth, including the dates Aug. 1, 1961 through Aug. 7, 1961.”
As Zullo stated, thousands of records on microfilm were turned over for use by the Cold Case Posse, yet only those during the week of Obama’s birth went somehow missing! A truly remarkable coincidence.
Sheriff Arpaio made it clear that he was not accusing Barack Obama of any crime, but considers it imperative that the What, Who, When and Why of the fraudulent documents be discovered and that the guilty parties brought to justice.
According to the Sheriff, the most important question may be where to go from here. “This investigation is not over,” said Arpaio, very forcefully. And who will continue it is the matter uppermost in the minds of the investigators. They express no confidence in Hawaiian officials. And who in their position would turn things over to the Department of Justice? Arpaio favors a Congressional investigation. But the political intrigues inherent in such a proposal are staggering, especially in an election year.
The Posse has numerous sworn affidavits from individuals all over the world. These are people willing to come forth and tell their stories. In fact, just prior to the end of the press conference, Zullo told the story of a now retired government employee who was introduced to Barack Obama at the home of Bill Ayers! He states that he was told Obama was a foreign student, studying in the US! This was about the same time that the Selective Service card would have been mismarked!
Take Joe Arpaio’s word. This investigation is NOT over.

With all die respect to Sheriff Joe and his Cold Case Squad, his efforts will go unpresecuted. There’s no question that Obama did not HIMSELF create those forgeries. He paid for them, directly or indirectly, and knows his eligibility does not exist. He should be doing hard time and every SOB who contributed to this fraud should be there with him.
There are too many high-powered folks with tons of money who will see that he in never brought to trial and further, nobody complicit in this fraud will either.

Ludwig applied for and received the SSN 042-68-4425 in 1977. Ludwig died in Hawaii in 1981. In Russia no one can own their own home or automobile. The Government owns them,and you can rent your apartment based on the number of people in your family occupying it. Not sure of the qualifications for automobiles. And that is what they want for us. You need to read more about life in Russia and see what we may be in for. You would think that with all of this information obama would be arrested and charged with treason. For some reason, just as in the twin towers incident, the human mind will not allow truth to register enough to cause action. Perhaps the truth would overwhelm the stability of the mind. Michael, I write about three to five letters a day to Not only My State Reps. but also Rep.s of other States (Including Boehner, Cantor Etc. I have written to them about this already and will continue to do so on a daily basis….. One thing that was missed is a well-known fact that AMERICANS have to register for Selective Service not later than 30 days after reaching their 18th birthday. Obama’s registration was in 1980, so the month does not matter; his registration SHOULD have been not later than September 3, 1979 (and that’s crediting August with only 30 days instead of the actual 31 days it has)! Therefore, if Obama registered in 1980, that placed his status as a FOREIGN STUDENT, and they are allowed to register up until they are 26 years old!
This fact places him solidly as a foreigner, not qualified to be President.
So, now the law has to look for who did the manipulation to get Obama as a registered American. Could it be who Obama was living with as a student in 1980?

Damn! Dropped the firing pin of my M1 Garand in my yogurt this morning. I was cleaning the rifle for the second time today and my attention slipped as I was digesting all the comments on this forum. I used to be able to clean this armament in the middle of a windblown, muddy field, blindfolded. Once in a while I’d have the clip come flying out as I opened the bolt, but in my kitchen it was no big deal. Practice, practice, practice.

Hey Vernon; I believe you are right about me and my M1. It would never be my intention to go it alone. I would not stand a chance as you stated. So, I instead write my elected representatives, both Federal and State, with my opinions knowing full well they will not listen to me. So what am I to do? Sit here an watch my beautiful country go down the tubes? I have only one life to give and while it might not be much, perhaps with my combined neighbors we might cause a little bit of hell. urstrange indeed, Sheriff Arpaio’s jurisdiction is Maricopa County, Arizona, he can investigate all he likes but he can’t issue a warrant, impanel a jury or act as a jurist. What he has to do is turn his results over to the county attorney who will decide a course of action, you should focus on that individual, what is his political persuasion and what is his relationship with Arpaio? This is a new and different approach, a county sheriff, one of thousands nationwide, is attempting to prove charges/suspicions that will satisfy local and state election laws that were initially promulgated to satisfy federal election laws. He’s gone from being the so-called toughest sheriff in America to a hick sheriff out on a limb of his own making. I mentioned earlier he is Gary Cooper in High Noon, on his own with no help from Arizona politicians.
Obama will be removed ONLY when citizens march on DC and do it by force. He is where he intends to stay. The election this fall will be a sham, stolen, rigged, et al, he will be re-elected and after that, he will fully consolidate his position making any further sham elections unnecessary. Watch!

This isn’t exactly a news flash, it’s a reiteration of questions asked and raised for several years and the issue will not be resolved as long as he serves the purposes of the money men and politicians that placed him. I was not overly impressed with this investigation. It seemed thorough, however, this information really didn’t bring forth anything we didn’t already know about Barry Soetoro’s fraudulent short or long form BC. The new information it did bring forth was concerning Barry’s selective service registration. I see, and was not surprised, that the “lame stream media” has not said one word about this investigation and the results. Who is going to pick up the baton and run with this? Certainly not the DOJ. Congress? I have my doubts. After all they haven’t been able to do much about “Fast & Furious”, at least not yet, and I’m not holding my breath. What we need to do is to pray for America. Jeremiah 17:9 says “the heart is more deceitful than all else, and desperately sick”. This is certainly the case with this administration and with America in general. God has not left his throne. II Chronicles 7:14 tells us “My people, who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land”. This country was founded on Christian principles, however, we have turned away from the God who made us the “land of the free and the home of the brave”. Pray that America will see a revival, a return to biblical principles, and turn from her wicked ways.

Maybe most interesting to me is the fact they have a “person of interest” in the birth certificate forgery. Were it my investigation I’d leak that name in a heartbeat and then have the guy/girl followed in such a way as to CONVINCE them Obama and Co. were trying to bump them off to remove a dangerous witness. Sooner or later they would sing like a friggin’ canary, given their fear of winding up with a bullet in the brain thanks to Obama and his boys.

Actually a better way may be is : go to the “person of interest” and tell him/her “You better tell us now or we release to the press, your name, your address, and that you are ready to sing”. i’ve written my congresswoman, Judy Biggert (R) 13th district THREE times on this issue and got weird gobble-de-gook letters back voicing her concerns about stupid law proposals i never heard of (like $100 per ticket airline tax!) congress has their head firmly implanted in one of 2 places, their anus or the ground!

Only a relatively small percentage of citizens actually took up arms to fight in the American Revolution. Most sat on the sidelines, either pro-British or too cowardly to fight. It would be the same case today. But that small percentage would total perhaps 7-8 million.
And don’t be so sure that every law enforcement official would be pro-Obama/pro government. Neither would most members of the military join the leftist cause. Some 70% vote Republican.
It would become a war of attrition. And frankly, I believe the American patriots would win it. As with “other people’s money”, leftists–being far too cowardly to join the fight themselves– would soon run out of “other people” to throw into the line of fire.

Back in the 60′s when they taught history in the schools, we were told that the Russian Revolution was carried out by 17 thousand Communists who took over the country and it’s government and the rest of the people just stood by and let it happen. WE hard working Americans are loosing everything, not by some outside enemy but our own treasonous leaders. I mentioned earlier I am a lifelong Republican; you seem inordinately interested in killing, have you ever killed a man, have you ever seen a man dead from a gunshot, have you even seen a dead man other than in a funeral home? Speaking of leaving brains at the door, my Republicans didn’t bring theirs when they chose John McCain as their candidate, he was somnolent and boring for the most part. I voted for him but I never believed he was a serious candidate, he was just another tired old man thrown to the wolves like Bob Dole in 1994. Forget your rifles and especially forget combining with neighbors and like-feeling individuals, we are evolving into a socialist nation but most laws still apply to individuals, if you survive the law enforcement onslaught you would be taken into custody and tried as an individual for a crime committed against the state in most cases and to federal courts in some instances. You should be hoping for a return to he rule of law and untainted elections and honest politicians, not the dead and dying of fellow citizens, it won’t be like Syria, most of that is staged and they go home when the cameras are turned off.

For some years it has been by belief that only one event could trigger a “second American revolution”…an honest to goodness shooting war between the state and the people. That would be the overturning of the 2nd Amendment and concomitant confiscation of firearms from the American public. I believe many millions would resist such an obviously unconstitutional ruling and illegal activity. There would be countless incidents of gun grabbers being shot all over the nation. And those gun grabbers would be police, federal agents, you name it.
It would only require the death of retirement of Scalia or any other actual Justice on the SC to set the scenario in motion. After all, the Heller and MacDonald decisions were both 5-4 rulings by the Court.
It would be a terrible shame. But it is the road the US had been on for some decades now.
Sorry, Doug Book, there will be no “shooting war between the state and the people”, I imagine you mean state as in nation but whichever it is, it will not happen. As for “second American revolution”, that’s already in motion, the leaders are the president, Obama, his circle of backers, i.e. financial supporters and members of his administration, and the majority of the Congress, that would be those wanting to keep their skin in the next election, if not literally than in reality. You likely think of those in the first Revolution as those joining the ranks and going to battle but they were merely, as in all wars, the cannon fodder, the real revolutionaries were the leaders, Jefferson, Franklin, Adams, Washington, and the Continental Congress that provided the means, the plans and the rewards. It was not as simple as you seem to think so don’t gather a force of neighbors for a shooting war, we are over 300 million people, most fairly well off and not as bloodthirsty as you seem to be. But think again, do you want Americans fighting and dying in the street as in present day Libya? Where is the leader, or leaders, that will coordinate the fight to the death against the government, where is the financing to come from, where is the logistical necessities, ammunition, food and medical care to come from? Whatever you think a revolution cannot be condensed down to the two hour time frame you seem to have used as your basis.
Sheriff Arpaio held a news conference to announce findings, a news conference does not serve a legal purpose. If this were a routine investigation he would not have presented his evidence to the public, hasn’t anyone ever heard law enforcement officers announce “allegations: against a person of interest, they don’t show their evidence until all the legal steps are taken. This sheriff looks to be a huckster, much like his suspect, Obama, who is king of the hucksters. I’d like to think the sheriff’s “investigation” and “evidence” would affect the election but this will be old news before the month is out.
It’s a waste of time and effort attempting to detract from the wonderful world of Obama as portrayed in the news media, for them this was a non-event. Sadly, it has little national importance as the members of Congress from Arizona, including dreary RINO John McCain, will not back the sheriff and neither will the Maricopa County attorney and the state courts, think High Noon for Sheriff Arpaio, he’s out on a limb and alone. The current governor may like the idea but she’s not going out on the limb, she knows her place in the scheme of things, on the other hand, the previous governor of Arizona, Janet Napolitano, the Secretary of Homeland Defense, is safely in the arms of her loving messiah, Barack Obama.

Mr_bad_example, it’s not a legal proceeding until Sheriff Arpaio presents it to the county attorney in proper legal format, the Sheriff held a press conference, not an indictment or any other formal legal procedure. Don’t get your shorts in an uproar, only in the old movies did the sheriff take things into his own hand. The NRA may have been screaming about Obama for the last 4 years but what have they actually done to stop him, perhaps donating to one or another politician that panders to them. I’m a lifelong Republican, no Democrat kool-aid for me, I’m old enough to recall my father and his friends discussing FDR’s socialist platform before WWII, I;m betting you surely are a late comer to political discourse. I retired as a New York State Police first sergeant and also was a Chief of Police in Arizona, you can’t tell me much about law in either state – sheriff’s are a big deal in a county, they are not a big deal in national politics.
