I hope Senator Jeff Sessions (Alabama) is not just grand-standing. After all, Republicans increased the national debt by trillions of dollars when they were in power. We all really need to look beyond the rhetoric and see if these people are sincere or just playing politics. Otherwise, we are letting our country down.

Right ON!!!! 100% on the money!! We should immediately file exempt on our taxes and cut off the flow of our money to Washington D.C. That should be followed by a purge of all the socialists in power: a good number of them from the TOP on down should be locked up and tried for treason!

Sessions is my Senator
he doesn’t grandstand.
Ask any of the people he put away as the State AG in Alabama back in the 90′s.
In my opinion, he should grandstand like hell, get the Repubs off their duffs and cheer for him…there is near silence from the populated side of the room.
But then again, I gave up on Congress not long after Obamacare was jammed thru. Nevermind; no one person can change the corruption in the DC sewer, they just add to it.
I agree, we taxpayers should just go on strike! They can not arrest us all. Why don’t they start with the $4 million owed by the people who work in the White House!
I hope there are enough courageous business people who don’t bend to their will, as in Atlas Shrugged. They went on strike and everything crumbled faster. Let’s roll.
My, my…Why do I think this is a feeble attempt too late? I would have been yelling it out; make me believe what you say; make your fellow Congressmen react, rise to their feet and yell too!!
No wonder these girlie men have an all-time low rating: they got no stones! Whenever the new members try to stand up for us, they are smacked down like ‘whack-a-mole’…
Sen. Jeff Sessions is indeed a fine man, honest and speaks his mind. He’s my senator and he has a clean record in Alabama. If we had more like him we would not be in the position we are in now. He’s a keeper, I wish we could clone him. He’s right about the spending, it’s just common horse-sense. It’s positively stupid to keep pouring money to these countries that spit on us for it. The reason Washington keeps giving our tax money to them is because their president is in cahoots with them and their main goal is to make America a third world country. That tells me everyone is right, he’s not one of us.
