Obama’s Birth Certificate is not a fraud. His draft card WAS a fraud, a fraud created and posted by the birther who posted it (Obama did not ever release it nor did his campaign). His SS number was caused by one of millions of errors in the Social Security Administration, caused mainly by millions of data entry errors by SS clerks.

Answer, a US passport. There was no ban on US citizens traveling to Pakistan on ordinary US passports. No ban either by Pakistan, which was relatively peaceful at the time and anxious to get tourist dollars, or by the USA. No ban at all, this is a birther myth.

I wonder if the paid Obama blogger Ellen, actually checked to see if you could get into Malaysia at the time he went to live with Sortero? He couldn’t unless he was a citizen of that country. So…that means he gave up his citizenship to live with his step father. That is why he went to college on a foreign student scholarship. If he were an American citizen..he would not have done so.
I’m not paid, and it was Indonesia, not Malaysia, and I checked and there was no law that said that foreigners could not live there, or for that matter attend school there. Don’t believe me?
Here is a rational way of finding out. Call the Indonesian Embassy and ASK (ask for the press officer). He or she will tell you that there was no such ban on Americans living in Indonesia or on foreigners going to school, and that Obama was never a citizen of Indonesia.
Oh, and he did not go to college on a foreign student scholarship either. That story came from an April Fool’s article written on April 1, 2009.

The fact that this state senator does not know, does not mean that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan and Ann Coulter and Glenn Beck do not know, and they all say that Obama was born in Hawaii. So does the former Republican governor of Hawaii (a friend of Sarah Palin’s) who is one of the three Republican officials (and several Democrats) who have confirmed the facts on Obama’s birth certificate.
Ellen: educate yourself… the “fact” that Romney has said Obama was born in Hawaii means absolutely nothing. If tha’s so, why is their no official record of it? And why did Obama in April 2011 produce an obviously fraudulent birth ceriticate that at least 20 organizations have came forward and said was an obvious fake??? And why are Obama, his wife, his step-grandmother and his literary agent/publicist all on record as saying he was born in Kenya????
There is an official record of it. The official record of it is the birth certificate of Hawaii, which the officials of BOTH parties in Hawaii have confirmed does exist, and that they sent copies of it (short form and long form) to him, and that every single fact on Obama’s published birth certificate is exactly the same as the facts on the document in the files.
Neither Obama nor his wife nor his step-grandmother said that he was born in Kenya. Birthers made up all of them. Obama’s publicist did say that he was born in Kenya, but it was an error and she admitted that it was. In any case, the KENYAN GOVERNMENT says that it investigated, and that Obama was NOT born in Kenya.
Re “20 organizations.” There were about five “birther experts” which WND has quoted repeatedly, not 20, and Sheriff Joe used the WND experts. Among the WND experts was Paul Irey, who insisted that Obama did not go to Columbia College (despite Columbia University saying that he did, and that he graduated), and Doug Vogt, who claims to have found the original “Altar of Abraham.” It is biased people and nuts such as this that make up the bulk of the birther “experts.”
Obama’s birth certificate is not fake. Only birther “experts” have called it fake, and they have not shown that they are even experts, much less fair and impartial. Those are two reasons why they are not believed by Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck or the National Review (or by Mitt Romney or Paul Ryan or Gingrich or Santorum or Huckabee).
One proof that Obama’s birth certificate is not forged is Obama’s short-form birth certificate.
Short-form birth certificates are created by a clerk reading the information from the document in the file, and filling out the computer form that generates the printed short-form birth certificate. The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying—and they were Republican officials–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it? And it is especially unlikely since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time, and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.
And birther sites have not shown you these real experts.
Dr. Neil Krawetz, an imaging software analysis author and experienced examiner of questioned images, said:“The PDF released by the White House shows no sign of digital manipulation or alterations. I see nothing that appears to be suspicious.”
Nathan Goulding with The National Review:“We have received several e-mails today calling into question the validity of the PDF that the White House released, namely that there are embedded layers in the document. There are now several other people on the case. We looked into it and dismissed it.… I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home.”
John Woodman, independent computer professional, said repeatedly in his book and in various articles on his Web site that the claims that Obama’s birth certificate was forged were unfounded.
Ivan Zatkovich, who has testified in court as a technology expert, and consultant to WorldNetDaily:“All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document.” And, by the way, when WND received Zatkovich’s article that said that he found nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, WordNDaily simply did not publish it.
Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator, said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery.“I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.

You fail to mention that the short form birth certificate isn’t proof of anything. I was born and raised in Hawaii. Anyone can be issued a Hawaii Birth Certificate even if they weren’t born there. It’s been that way since pre-1900 Territorial Law. All the parents have to do is sign a form stating that they lived in Hawaii for the year prior to birth. On that bases, a birth certificate is issued to the child indicating birth in Hawaii., which, of course, is a lie. Basically, a Hawaii Birth Certificate isn’t worth th paper it’s printed on. The only real proof of birth in Hawaii is the actual birth record of the hospital and physician. The one shown by Obama has been proven to be a computerized fake. Even with untrained eyes, anyone can see that it was filled out by more than one typewriter as there are three different designs of typed printing on the form shown. I’ll bet that you know (but you may have forgotten) that the US government requires, and has long required, that a child being carried into the USA requires some kind of official travel document to be admitted. This is usually a US passport for the child. Or, it could be the fact that the child is entered on the mother’s US passport. Or, it could be a US visa for the child on a foreign passport. Without one of those, we would not let the child into the country.
(Sure, a child could be carried across the Mexican border, but Hawaii does not have a border with Mexico, so that can be eliminated as a possiblity.)
So, IF Obama really had been born in Kenya (or in any country other than the USA), he would have had to have one of those documents–wouldn’t he? His family would have had to show the passport, wouldn’t they? To show the passport, they would have had to have applied for the passport or the visa for Obama. And, if Obama really were born in Kenya (or another country), they would have had to have applied for it in the US consulate or embassy in that country, wouldn’t they?
Such applications are FILED by the US government. The documents exist in multiple files, the actual application itself, communication about it with Washington, entries in the passport file, entries in the application file, entries in the places where the child is carried into the USA. The Bush Administration was in charge of the State Department and the INS for eight years before Obama was elected. Don’t you think that they would have checked the claim that he was born outside the USA?

In short, the chance of Obama’s mother having traveled abroad while pregnant is virtually nil, and if she did, she would have had to have gotten a travel document for the child in the foreign country and there would be proof of it. Because in the two most recent confirmations of the birth certificate, the officials in Hawaii have stated that the facts on Obama’s published long form birth certificate are exactly the same, EXACTLY, that they match, the facts on the birth certificate in the files. And among the facts is the name of the father, Barack Hussein Obama I, and his race (listed as African, which he had the right to put down, since they could use any word that they wanted, and since African exchange students generally used that term at the time), and the name of the hospital, Kapiolani (which BTW did exist at the time) and the fact that the place of birth was HONOLULU, Hawaii.
The real BC is in fact the official copy of the long form that was sent to Obama. IT is the official copy, not the one in the files (which is not on security paper and does not have the seal on it).

Could Davis have been Obama’s real father, the one who really was the source of the male DNA? Birthers allege that the Kenyan government has hidden all documents that prove that Obama’s mother went to Kenya. Well, that is possible, but not likely—such things tend to leak. But what about the US government? Did it hide its records too?
That is because, obviously, if a child were born in Kenya she or he would need a US travel document to get to the USA. We simply do not allow a child to be carried into the USA without some form of official document. (Except some are smuggled across the Mexican and Canadian borders, but Kenya does not have a land border with the USA.) And a US travel document, such as having Obama added to his mother’s US passport would have required an application for that document in the US consulate in Nairobi Kenya.
That application would have been filed in multiple files, and there would have been communication about it with Washington, so it would be difficult to be lost or scrapped. And the Bush Administration was in charge of the US State Department for eight years until early 2009, so they could have found it, and if they did they would surely have shown it, and they didn’t.
So, for the “born in Kenya” story to be true, both Kenya and the Bush Administration must be part of a plot. Hawaii too, of course, and that would include the former Republican governor of Hawaii, now running for the US Senate. And the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers that were placed by the DOH in the Hawaii newspapers (and only the DOH could put notices into the Health Bureau Statistics section of the papers) in 1961 would have to be fraudulent too.
And, heck, Kenya is about ten thousand miles from Hawaii, and the idea that Obama’s parents had that kind of money or would spend it on a trip while Obama’s mother was late in pregnancy (which was very rare in those days) and take the risk of stillbirth and Yellow Fever (which was endemic in Kenya, and a Yellow Fever shot is bad during pregnancy) is nutty in the extreme.
The bottom line: There is no proof that Obama’s mother went to Kenya and it is highly unlikely that she did. The Kenyan government and Obama’s relatives both say that he was not born there. If he were born in Kenya there would have to be US government documents saying that his family applied for a passport or a visa, and there isn’t any. There is no INS check in for Obama or his mother (which would normally have taken place in New York, since there were no direct flights, and those files are not missing), and the birth certificate and the confirmation of the officials of both parties and the Index Data and the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers all show that he was born in Hawaii.

One proof that Obama’s birth certificate is not forged is Obama’s short-form birth certificate.
Short-form birth certificates are created by a clerk reading the information from the document in the file, and filling out the computer form that generates the printed short-form birth certificate. The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying—and they were Republican officials–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it? And it is especially unlikely since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time, and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.

You still do not have a logical answer as to why the US Constitution words two different citizenship requirements for federal office:

As you can see, that refers only to the place of birth. Natural Born Citizens were “those born within the state.” There is no mention of parents. And here is another example, written by a man who was friends with Washington and Ben Franklin:

So the explanation is that the writers of the US Constitution were willing to allow naturalized citizens to become congressmen and senators, and they were not willing to allow naturalized citizens to become president. That’s it.

Every single birther case has been thrown out. On October 1, the US Supreme Court rejected an appeal of a case in Georgia that had ruled that he was a Natural Born US citizen because the Wong Kim Ark Supreme Court case had ruled that every child born in the USA except for the children of foreign diplomats, is a Natural Born US Citizen. That certainly does not sound like “sinking.”

The “born in Kenya” story is the height of the loony side of the birther movement. It is based on forgeries like that of Lucas D. Smith, and falsifications–such as the claim that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya—when she actually said right on the same tape that he was born IN HAWAII, and she said in another interview that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama’s birth was in a letter FROM HAWAII.
Lucas D. Smith, a convicted felon, claimed that he went to Kenya and got Obama’s birth certificate at a hospital in Mombasa. But Lucas D. Smith has constantly refused to show proof that he, Smith, had ever gone to Kenya. All that he would have to do would be to show a Kenya stamp on a page of a passport, but Lucas D. Smith has refused to do that, constantly, and he has also constantly refused to say why he will not show that proof. (Moreover, his “birth certificate” uses US date formats [month/day/year] and not the day/month/year format used in Kenya.)
Laying aside for a moment the overwhelming proof that Obama was born in Hawaii, the evidence that Obama was NOT born in Kenya is also very strong. There were a grand total of 21 people who came to the USA from Kenya in 1961. Of these only seven were US citizens. And the birther myth has always been that Obama’s parents went there and returned by plane, but only one person came to the USA from Kenya in 1961 by plane and that person was, wait for it, NOT a US citizen. And Obama’s father did not go to Kenya in 1961 either (making it unlikely that his mother did, since travel late in pregnancy was rare, and even more rare without the husband going along). WND has proved with a FOI Act request that Obama senior stayed in Hawaii throughout 1961.
And the Kenyan government investigated the “born in Kenya” story, and found that it was not true.

Obama has a Hawaii birth certificate that says that he was born in Hawaii, in Kapiolani Hospital, and the officials of both parties in Hawaii have confirmed that fact. It is also confirmed by the birth announcement in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961, which were sent to the papers only by the DOH of Hawaii.
Obama’s birth announcement appeared in a section of the newspapers called Health Bureau Statistics. As the name indicates, and as the papers and the DOH also say, ONLY the DOH of Hawaii could send birth notices to the Health Bureau Statistics section of the paper. And the DOH only sent out those notices for children that it had issued birth certificates for, and in 1961 the DOH was not allowed to register the births of children who were not born in Hawaii.

Birthers allege that the Kenyan government has hidden all documents that prove that Obama’s mother went to Kenya. Well, that is possible, but not likely—such things tend to leak. But what about the US government? Did it hide its records too?
That is because, obviously, if a child were born in Kenya she or he would need a US travel document to get to the USA. We simply do not allow a child to be carried into the USA without some form of official document. (Except some are smuggled across the Mexican and Canadian borders, but Kenya does not have a land border with the USA.) And a US travel document, such as having Obama added to his mother’s US passport would have required an application for that document in the US consulate in Nairobi Kenya.
That application would have been filed in multiple files, and there would have been communication about it with Washington, so it would be difficult to be lost or scrapped. And the Bush Administration was in charge of the US State Department for eight years until early 2009, so they could have found it, and if they did they would surely have shown it, and they didn’t.
So, for the “born in Kenya” story to be true, both Kenya and the Bush Administration must be part of a plot. Hawaii too, of course, and that would include the former Republican governor of Hawaii, now running for the US Senate. And the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers that were placed by the DOH in the Hawaii newspapers (and only the DOH could put notices into the Health Bureau Statistics section of the papers) in 1961 would have to be fraudulent too.
And, heck, Kenya is about ten thousand miles from Hawaii, and the idea that Obama’s parents had that kind of money or would spend it on a trip while Obama’s mother was late in pregnancy (which was very rare in those days) and take the risk of stillbirth and Yellow Fever (which was endemic in Kenya, and a Yellow Fever shot is bad during pregnancy) is nutty in the extreme.
The bottom line: There is no proof that Obama’s mother went to Kenya and it is highly unlikely that she did. The Kenyan government and Obama’s relatives both say that he was not born there. If he were born in Kenya there would have to be US government documents saying that his family applied for a passport or a visa, and there isn’t any. There is no INS check in for Obama or his mother (which would normally have taken place in New York, since there were no direct flights, and those files are not missing), and the birth certificate and the confirmation of the officials of both parties and the Index Data and the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers all show that he was born in Hawaii.

In addition to the experts, one proof that Obama’s birth certificate is not forged is Obama’s short-form birth certificate.
Short-form birth certificates are created by a clerk reading the information from the document in the file, and filling out the computer form that generates the printed short-form birth certificate. The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying—and they were Republican officials–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it? And it is especially unlikely since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time, and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.
