A Mexican-born candidate for U.S. Senate said he is considering a lawsuit against the Missouri secretary of state for discrimination because her office forced him to produce a birth certificate but “didn’t make Obama show proof of citizenship” to appear on the ballot.
Hector Maldonado, 38, a self-described “Lincolnian Republican conservative,” is seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in Missouri. He was born one of 10 children in Durango, Mexico. His father is a migrant field worker who owns a small hog ranch in Perris, Calif.
During the following July 5 interview with Karen Berka of Branson Radio Live posted on YouTube, Maldonado explains why he thinks his rights were violated when the secretary of state’s office asked for proof of U.S. citizenship when he filed to run for the Senate:
Maldonado, a U.S. Army combat veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, explains on his website that he became a U.S. citizen in 1995. But he said Secretary of State Robin Carnahan sent him a letter in May asking him to produce documentation.
“It said, ‘Hey, you have to prove you’re a citizen.’ I ignored it,” he said. “You know, Obama ignored it, so I figured I could get away with it, too.”

I am surprised this only tells 'half the story'. He did provide all the nescessary documentation (and beyond). Then he asked them if his birth cirtificate was now on public record for anyone to see/check, and theysaid 'oh yes' because he was running for public office, so he asked them where President Obama's birth certificate copy was, for surely they asked him to produce documentation when he ran – and they did not have anything – so he is contemplating suing for discrimination. Leaving it off halfway makes it sound like it that he thinks his violated rights were 'not to proove citizenship' rather than to be treated as a free and equal ctizen and not be discriminated against do to race or belief, and also to have a president elected under the same laws as everyone else, which sounded a bit more the case watching his interview.

We should all refuse to produce our birth certificates or those of our children until Obama produces his. Or if pressured we could produce some silly photoshopped forgery and if refused whatever we are applying for, file a lawsuit for discrimination.
Surely there's some attorney out there who would take this on as a class action suit on behalf of anyone refused anything as a result of not producing a valid birth certificate.

There is no justice or even treatment when it comes down to anything obama has done. Sure if we are asked to prove something we have to put out or go to jail. We don't have the money and help to cover up anything if we done it. With our WH there is no law or way that they have to prove anything.
The point of proof, having never been presented by Obama and vetted by those responsible for making sure the requirements of the 'Constitution' are met, has never been made more clear and important than in this situation of political discrimination against this American. The discrimination that Obama claims is going to take place in Arizona as a result of their new law passed to protect them from illegal aliens that have broken the laws of the U.S., is taking place right here in Missouri, and Obama appears to be an integral part of that discrimination since he didn't have to show his proof of citizenship, but this Mexican-American did. Is Missouri the 'Show Me State' or the 'Hypocrite State', let the citizens decide, for we all know what Obama is, and he can't prove otherwise. Where is the 'Great American Media' now?
