This vote just confirms all of our thoughts that our elected representatives do whatever they or their leaders want them to do, and not follow the advice of their constituents. There is a total disconnect between us and the people we elect to represent us on the hill, from both parties. Something needs to be done, and we should not forget at election time. Term limits is part of the answer, the older representatives do and vote exactly as they please. Do they not understand that we are bankrupt and we need to take care of our own people first.
