WASHINGTON- A Republican senator says he sees some in his party favoring a 2016 presidential candidate with an immigration policy that would “round people up … and send them back to Mexico.”
Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky on Sunday said he would be a presidential candidate if he thought he could win. The tea party favorite says he sees an opening for a “libertarian Republican narrative” to help the GOP win on the West Coast and New England.

this article is “FALSE” and a flat out lie. That is not what Rand Paul said, go watch the entire statement, he said Republicans “DO NOT” want to round up all the Mexicans and send them back. The person who wrote this should have their tongue cut out for lying.

I feel as though there is enough laws pertaining to immigration, but there could be added some to aid what we have on the books now. The addition that I would suggest is that 90 days would be given for every illegal alien and that would be any children born to illegal aliens within the borders of the United States shall register within the county that they now reside in… Any alien found within the United States borders after this 90 days would be taken into custody and all possessions and property would be confiscated to be sold for payment and expenses for deportation back the alien’ country of origin.. (Any extra money left over would go to the government. This would also Include any children born to these parents while in USA)
Those that registered may remain after clear proof of identification and finger printing is done but there also would be stipulations that there would be no government benefit or assistance paid for at least 10 years. All illegals would be required to pay an extra $1000 on their taxes per person per year (To be deducted from pay checks) for their fines of being here illegally for a ten year period. After this ten year period the illegal alien could apply for citizenship after proof of speaking English.

The illegal immigration problem can be solved!
Here is my solution:
Deny all benefits (incentives) to all illegal immigrants.
Have a point where all immigrants are documented. Whether you come here by land, water, or air. That what Ellis Island was used for.
Amend the 14 Ammendent. No more anchor babies.
Establish English as the official language of the United States.

I would create a National ID card with the person’s picture, their SS#, their finger print along with a hologram that cannot be duplicated which has to be presented by anyone to any law enforcer when asked. This is for your own protection, not to intimidate you. You would be issued one after you took the oath and become a citizen.
All future visitors will be thoroughly checked and limited to 90 days unless given a special permit!!!! No one from a terrorist nation will be allowed entrance!!! Asylum would never be available to anyone.
If you are caught aiding, abetting, renting, or hiring an illegal immigrant you will be fined $25,000 and 1 year in jail. 2nd time, $50,000 fine and 5 years in jail.(mandatory)
I would let it be known if you are caught sneaking across our border you will be shot and your body will be tossed back across the border dead or alive or by parachute over your homeland.
Yeah yeah I know there are people who are really against the shooting part, but if a couple of the trespassers are shot and wounded (not killed) thrown back across the border and they THOUGHT we were shooting to kill, it would definatly send a loud and clear message to the rest to think twice before attempting to sneak across.
Bingo! problem solved. We would not have to spend taxpayers money to deport the illegals already here nor money to build a fence or wall. Compassion and understanding go just so far. If you knock on my door I will invite you in. If you try to sneak in or break in you will suffer the consequences!!!
“Against the shooting part”? Hell, that’s the best part. It is an invasion aided and abetted by almost all the Demoncraps and some Republicants. The congress commies don’t have to deal with the invaders on the work site or on the road…stealing our jobs, decimating the pay scales in countless lines of work, robbing, raping and killing.
