GOP conservative Rick Santorum was booed by college students for comparing gay marriage with polygamy. From our vantage point he was spot on. If you believe marriage is the union of one man and one women then all these different groupings of people that want to be recognized as marriages are pretty much equally out of the traditional definition of marriage.
I hope this comes up in the next debate, I want to hear him argue this with former gay marriage proponent Mitt Romney, because the elephant in the room is all of Romney’s polygamous Mormon ancestors. You can bet good money that Obama’s legions in the mainstream media will spend hours talking about the history of Mormonism if Romney is the nominee.
