If anyone thought Biden did well, then I don’t have much respect for them. Ryan was respectful and his demeanor is something I would want an elected official to have. Biden was a national disgrace. Can you imagine Biden on talking to some foreign leader and acting like this, he would absolutely be disgraced. But because he was just talking to a lowly republican, he thinks he can by with something like this.
All Biden and Obama are good at is theatrics.
I thought Biden did better than Obama in defending his positions although I don’t agree where he stands. I also had a problem with Paul Ryan’s position on abortion in that he justifies abortion on the basis of rape or incest. The Constitution prohibits ALL taking of life without due process of law and is therefore the responsibility of the US governemt to protect all life. I also don’t appreciate the fact the Romney campaign decided to through Todd Aiken under the bus for an obvious gaffe which Aiken admits to when he is a far more principled conservative than either of the GOP ticket. Makes you wonder what the Republican party really stands for.
I agree..why are the Republicans now all of a sudden for abortion for any reason? Why do they want to kill the innocent unborn baby, instead of the guilty rapist and those guilty of incest? A real ‘mother’ would sacrifice her life for the baby’s life! NO ABORTION under any circumstance!
Some folks find fault like there’s a reward for it.
the obama admin does have communist and socialist leanings, but the main stream media is going to support thier commrades,becayse they are antiamerican too.
Biden had some good points at times, yet he did lie his head off.
What was really bad about Biden’s performance was that he looked totally unhinged…Towards the end I was wondering if he was drunk, on drugs or ???
He laughed and had this Cheshire type grin during the most solemn of the discussions even when he was talking. He was even grinning while talking about the Libya mess, and looking at times like he was chuckling.
According to CNN he interrupted Ryan 82 times…That I almost one interruption a minute…which means that Ryan probably never got a full two minute response out without some type of interruption.
Biden is not VP material…never was. But I take issue with the moderator who wouldn’t control Biden’s interruptions and closed down the discussion when Biden was getting in over his head. Clearly her dumb and deaf moderation went unnoticed by most people. She is clearly on the democratic side!!! Why can’t journalists be unbiased and not put a spin on everything??? Whatever happened to reporting the “what, where, when, how, and who” without adding their own interpretation??? They violate every journalistic ethic they swore to uphold. I admire Mr. Ryan for keeping his cool…not lowering himself to Biden’s level. He would make a VERY classy VP, for sure. And while Romney was not my first choice…he is 10000% better than the incumbent!!!!
