The website Media Matters is highlighting a comment from talk radio icon Rush Limbaugh in which he explains he can understand President Barack Obama’s sensitivity to a state requirement for documentation of citizenship.
“Maybe he’s afraid somebody’s going to ask him for his,” stated Limbaugh on his program Wednesday.
He was commenting on the president’s use of the word “papers” as in “Show me your papers” regarding the new Arizona state law cracking down on illegal aliens in the state.
“The use of the word ‘papers.’ I mean Obama? Understandable,” comments Limbaugh. “Papers equals Nazi. Your papers please. It equals Nazi. That’s why Obama’s using the term. I can understand Obama being touch on the subject of producing your papers.”

Obama claims a black father, Barack Hussein Obama the Luo tribesman, as per Hawai’i’s Certification of Live Birth. Such a claim can be scientifically confirmed – or disproved – by DNA analysis. I suggest it would be disproved and that Stanley Ann Dunham and Obama the Luo adopted baby Obama to cover Stanley Armour Dunham’s fathering the child by an obliging Polynesian wahine. In a typical adoption at birth, the birth parents are in the original, the adoptive parents in an amended birth certificate. Hence the name of Obama the Luo in the Certification, abstracting only from the amended certificate.
If this conjecture is true, then Obama falsely claims the distinction of being fathered by a Luo tribesman. So one strong reason why the Great Pretender withholds his original birth certificate, even though it would probably prove he was a natural born citizen at birth, is that it would show he just pretends to be black.

Not nearly so scary as the truth is to a prevaricator. DNA analysis would scientifically prove or disprove the conjecture. Notice there's no rush to provide the DNA. In fact, strenuous efforts have been made to destroy or secrete DNA evidence, such as the cremation of the mortal remains of Stanley Ann and her mother Madelyn, and the hasty sequestration of everything that the Great Pretender touches. Maya Soetoro-Ng should watch her back. The mere fact that I'm paranoid does not necessarily mean that nobody is following her. Show me the verifiable DNA analysis that would prove Obama is the son of Stanley Ann Dunham and Obama the Luo. It would be very interesting, as it would thereby prove Obama to be ineligible to the Office of President under U.S. Const. Art. II Sec. 1. A natural born U.S. citizen is one born in the U.S. to parents both of whom are U.S. citizens at the time of the birth. Obama the Luo was never a U.S. citizen. Try reason and scientific evidence instead of snotty innuendo. It's hard, more so for some than for others, but at least try.
Arizona is also passing a law that requires Presidential Candidates to submit documents to prove their eligibility to be President before they can be placed on the Arizona Ballot…
Could this also be another major reason for Obama's consternation for Arizona? You Bet… the gig is up and failing to provide proof of Native Born Citizenship will be required to access the ballots of many states in 2012… if Obama fails to provide it then it is time to impeach and too take the appropriate criminal action against him and those who may have perpetrate this massive fraud upon America.
All the bills singed into law would become void… that includes the Health Care Bill. Let's pray that Obama is required to prove his Constitutional qualification to hold the office of President. The longer he is in office… if he is a usurper… the greater the damage… all his acts will become void, unenforceable and immediately rendered void.

The Republicans are part of the cover up by not forcing the issue of Obama not producing a copy of his birth record. Everybody born in Hawaii has one. I was born there. I have one. It's stored in the basement of the Hawaii Department of Health. So is Obama's. Of course, Obama's record may only indicate that both parents lived there for the year prior to his birth in Kenya. Google Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8 dated 1982, which revised the 1949 law, The changes were Territory of Hawaii, changed to Territory and State of Hawaii.
also with regards to race in 1961 the word negro was used for the politically correct term of being black. DNA analysis could disprove the Kenyan birth myth. All children of the same mother, even those of different fathers, have identical mitochondrial DNA. Assuming Maya Soetoro-Ng is the daughter of Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama's mitochondrial DNA must match Maya's. If not, it is biologically impossible to Obama to be Stanley Ann's son. If it's impossible for her to be his mother, she could not have had him in Kenya or any other place. It would follow that her name on the Certification of Live Birth is abstracted from an amended birth certificate reflecting her adoption of the baby Obama. The Kenyan birth myth would have helped cover the identities of the birth parents and avoid the question of why Stanley Ann was not seen on the island large with child prior to the birth. More interesting is the birth father. If Obama the Luo was the birth father, Obama was not a natural born U.S. citizen at birth. If Obama the Luo was not the birth father, Obama almost certainly had no parent of recent African origin; in common parlance, he is not black or even half-black.
I agreee, no one is innocent in this. This issue never should have gotten this far. Where was everyone when it came to chekcing the legality of his running during the election? The whole system is corrupt, and we need to vote them ALL out in November.

Perhaps the Certification of Live Birth should be stipulated as true in law, whether or not it's true in fact. The legal consequence would be that Obama would not be a natural born citizen under U.S. Const. Art. II Sec. 1, because one of his stipulated parents, Obama the Luo tribesman, was a foreigner. He would be a generic citizen under the 14th Amendment because he was born in the U.S.A.; he's just not eligible to the Office of President. Although a stipulation would confirm that he is ineligible and therefore not the President, he would thereby avoid disclosing his true parents and, in all probability, evade disclosure that neither parent is of recent African origin. As he is in effect stipulated ineligible at birth, it's not necessary to deal with the many other actions that might have caused his citizenship to be forfeited altogether, except as part of an ongoing criminal and expulsion investigation. If Obama the Luo is his father, he's ineligible; if not, then he is probably not black – not even by half.
Get real Larry… The "mess" you refer to was caused by many years of Dumbocrats leading the House & Senate, and a misguided (by those same people) President. How about keeping it simple, no paranoia, since the truth is in the pudding. How's that "Hopey/Changey" thing working for you? As far as proving eligibility, there shouldn't be anything to hide, right? If there isn't, why not just stop hiding, and tell the truth?
This question keeps coming up as to eligibility. I recall reading somewhere recently on a blog where his certification of eligiblity was signed by both Polosi and McCain. This was questioned by this vet also how was boomer ever cleared for any type security Clearance early in this process.When I served in the military A full Background Investigation and a National Agency Check was completed on everyone prior to being granted a Security Clearance of Top Secret and Below. I would assume even at Senate or House level a complete Security Investigation would be completed prior to any election. I assume a Breach of Security is present, if so a Federal Offense was . committed. and should be tried by a Federal Court.
