O’bama IS dictator. Congress PRETENDS to do what they were elected to do but they let o’bama get away with “executive orders” that have essentially put us under Martial Law and the Supreme Court throws out hearings about he being a FRAUD and the congress ignores that, too.
So, there is only ONE BRANCH of government, which is a DICTATORSHIP. The only question is whether (when) he’ll CREATE an excuse to open declare Martial Law, throw out the Constitution, and thus be able to be “president for life”.

Me too…The only answer to the question about how we got here is the combo of ‘fat and ‘happy” and ‘too much power is never enough’. It takes a special person not to be corrupted by power and since our ‘public servants’ are merely reflections of the voters, it really isn’t a shock to see the ‘gov’t’ in the hands of adult children who only know how to abuse power.
As for the last ‘election’, no one would have been allowed to beat the Boy King, even if those 3-4 million conservatives had voted. The election/voter fraud was so rampant in the swing states and the media was so ‘on board’ that they called Ohio (was it?) with only a fraction of the votes tallied from all the districts. O’Reilley wanted to be Obama’s Chief Propagandist as Press Secretary. 1. US Native-Born Citizen:
a. Someone who is born on US soil to non-citizen parents. Eligible to run for Congress only.
b. Someone who is born on US soil to one parent who is a US citizen and the other parent a non-citizen. Eligible to run for Congress only. Hint: Obama is a native-born citizen IF he was born in Hawaii.
2. US Naturalized Citizen:
Someone who was born in a foreign country and has met time and other requirements for naturalization. Eligible to run for Congress only.
3. US Natural Born Citizen:
Someone who is born on US soil to parents who are both US citizens. Eligible to run for Congress and President/Vice President.
It was on March 5, 1897 that Wong Kim Ark was argued before the US Supreme Court.

The founders rejected acquisition of Citizenship by birth on the soil without consideration as to who were the parents. So, can a “born Citizen” be President of the USA? The answer is a resounding NO per the founders and framers. Being a “born Citizen the United States” is a necessary but NOT sufficient part of being a “natural born Citizen of the United States”. But only a “natural born Citizen” can be the President of the USA. Obama is not constitutionally eligible (to constitutional standards) to serve as President and Commander in Chief of the military.

Mario Apuzo has his own opinion on what makes a Natural Born Citizen, but it is wrong. Not only is it wrong, but it is nutty. As the Wall Street Journal puts it:
“Some birthers imagine that there is a difference between being a “citizen by birth” or a “native citizen” on the one hand and a “natural born” citizen on the other. “Eccentric” is too kind a word for this notion, which is either daft or dishonest. All three terms are identical in meaning.”
And here is what the Economist Magazine says:

In that ruling, the Court wrote, “…it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. “On Monday March 11, 2013, Congress is beginning impeachment proceedings against Barack Obama.
Members of Congress are reportedly beginning impeachment against Barack Obama based on the grounds of unauthorized use of the military in Libya and Syria. Congress is also looking into his involvement in the Fast and Furious scandal.
According to Congressional representatives Barack Obama has violated the rules that clearly state that the President must seek Congressional approval before using military force. The Republicans want to know how President Obama was able to use military force in Libya last year.
Republicans are pushing a resolution through Congress, which has been highly underreported by mainstream media, to look into further actions to be taken against the President. Since it explicitly states in the Constitution that the President must ask permission from Congress to use military forces in another country, sources say there is clear cause for impeachment.
While an impeachment can be a strain on our country and may not be necessary in an election year – Republicans are still moving ahead with it.
“The days of Czars and Executive orders in order to sidestep Congress should end and if it takes an impeachment to do that, well… it is something I and many other Americans would support,” said another prominent Republican Congressman.
“We have a President who believes our Constitution is just a ‘historical document’ that is not fit to determine how our country is run anymore,” said the Congressman.
Democrats, obviously, are opposing the impeachment effort but sources close to Republican leaders say that they are “moving full speed ahead” because “we need something to keep us busy until the next election.”

I’m having a hard time making up my mind whether so many Americans are actually incredibly stupid or just terribly naïve. The ones I am referring to are mostly Democrats with a smattering of RINOs included.
You’ve heard of RINOs, haven’t you? Not to be confused with those big ugly animals with big ugly tusks in the middle of their foreheads, these RINOs are registered Republicans who, when it comes to making decisions, can’t make up their minds whether they are socialist liberals or patriotic conservatives who follow the principles of our founding fathers and not the teachings of Communists such as Trotsky, Stalin and Gorbachev.
It is a well known fact that 66 million residents, not necessarily all legal citizens, of a once good solid 80 percent Christian-believing country turned their backs on their Christian roots and religion and voted for a Communist trained and raised Socialist who pretended he was of the Christian faith who was theologically mentored by a false practitioner who proudly proclaimed, “God Damn America” to his followers and to the world in general, leaving no doubts that both the false minister and the pretend Christian, Rev. Wright and Barack Obama were and are deep-souled socialist-communists ready and willing to take all of your worldly goods and treasures and pass them on to whom they call “the needy” and to others as “the greedy” who refuse to make do for themselves; meanwhile adding to their own prodigious fortunes in the process.
Why so many American citizens deserted their Christian upbringing and endorsed a Communist to lead them into a form of government that has not been successful in any country in the world where it has been forced on to the people in dictatorial fashion has to be amnesia-type behavior.
The defenders of this charlatan say he has done nothing that should make people distrust his motives. There is an old saying that “there are none so blind as those who will not see” that surely applies to the majority of non-seeing followers of Obama. It is quite baffling how his personal charm and mountainous ‘BS’ has so entranced so many people who can’t see the ultimate path to destruction he has projected for America into communism and poverty for the working classes being stripped of their worldly goods by the corrupt and nefarious United Nations in their “redistribution of the wealth” of which he frequently speaks.
When I hear Obama’s followers praising him I ask what he has done for the country and incredibly they will comment on “how well things are today”. After I have recovered from a near unconscious state of amazement I always ask them to name “just one good thing he has done for the country in his first 4 years in office.” The blank looks on their faces always preface some utterings regarding the economy sending me back into the state of paralysis and unbelievability. When I bring up the matter of our current mountain of public debt they can offer no better explanation than to once more place the “blame on Bush.” Then, adding to their total loss of credibility, they bring up how he has straightened the mess of public healthcare with the absolute disaster of ObamaCare. At that point, I slowly walk away, sadly shaking my head.
Most all good Americans accept the premise that the truly needy and our physically handicapped neighbors rightfully should receive assistance from those of us who are more fortunate and enjoy good health conditions. That is why America is blessed to have one of the world’s highest population of donors.
The United States is in the top five of the world’s most charitable nations, sharing that honor with Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada and tied for 5th place with Switzerland. In what place are the two biggest Socialist-Communist nations of China and Russia? NAPOLITANO: WE WILL CONTINUE TO RELEASE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ‘FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE’

“President Obama spent much of last week warning of the dire economic consequences of allowing the scheduled budgetary cuts to occur. Now that the sequester cuts have occurred, Americans wait in hushed anticipation of the promised boom of our economy all-but collapsing under the weight of a 2.4% budget decrease.
The president’s rhetoric has largely been reported, even by many outlets in the liberal mainstream media, to have been a bluff to scare the GOP into acquiescing into increasing taxes. However, the Obama Administration seems to have missed their mark as the GOP did not cave.
However, the Obama Administration has begun on an odd campaign to highlight the dangers of the sequester cuts by releasing thousands of illegal immigrants and blaming their release on the modest budget cuts that the White House pushed in 2011.
Furthermore, as it came to light last week that the Department of Homeland Security was releasing thousands of illegal immigrants, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has claimed the number to be “several hundred.” However, this contradicts a March 1 report by The Associated Press, which said that internal agency documents show that her managers had already released 2,000 detainees, and planned to release 3,000 more detainees.
The Obama Administration has received much criticism from the several mainstream media outlets who speculate that the drastic actions by the government serve as a direct move to prove a point to the GOP and cause them to agree to a tax increase. It has been unclear if the release of thousands of more illegal immigrants would commence in March amidst the political backlash; Napolitano admitted on Monday that the plan is to continue to release illegal immigrants for “the foreseeable future.”
At a breakfast meeting hosted by Politico, Napolitano stated,
“We’re going to continue to [release illegal immigrants] … for the foreseeable future. We are going to manage our way through this by identifying the lowest risk detainees, and putting them into some kind of alternative to release.”
She also claimed,
“’Now that we are having to reduce or eliminate basically overtime both for TSA and for customs, now that we have instituted a hiring freeze…we will begin today sending out furlough notices,’ Napolitano said. ‘We are already seeing the effects,’ adding that lines are ‘150 to 200 percent as long as we would normally expect.’”
While Napolitano repeated the message of the Obama Administration by claiming that cuts have forced a stretching of vital government resources, she did not discuss the allocation of budgetary cuts.
The Republican National Committee recently struck back at the Obama Administration’s narrativeby releasing a video, criticizing the wasteful spending allowed to continue as the Obama Administration cuts active-duty military pay and other vital government expenditures.
Lachlan Markay of The Washington Free Beacon reported,
“Rather than letting illegal immigrants loose, Obama should quit protecting things like funding for robo-squirrels,” said NRCC spokesman Daniel Scarpinato in a statement.
The “robo-squirrels” comment is a reference to a $325,000 federal grant used to build a robotic squirrel as part of a biology experiment.
“President Obama is trying his best to scare Americans,” Scarpinato said. “This is a deliberate campaign by the president to try and convince Americans that there is nothing in government that can be cut…”
That point echoed comments from Sen. Tom Coburn (R., Okla.) who called on the Defense Department to “to eliminate unnecessary jobs and programs that have little to do with defense” before furloughing Pentagon employees.
Coburn released a report in October detailing 100 “wasteful” federal spending programs totaling more than $18 billion annually.
“These and the other examples of mismanagement, wasteful spending and special interest deals highlighted in this report represent missed opportunities to assist those in need and to shore up the nation’s finances,” the report stated.
The Obama Administration continues to maintain that in order to accommodate the $85 billion in budgets cuts, essential services will need to be cut unless Republicans agree to a tax increase. However, of the $85 billion in cuts, only slightly less than half are actual cuts to outlays- money that has been committed to be actually spent this fiscal year. The rest comes from cuts to budget authority spending- money that can be committed to be expended this fiscal year.”
How you say something is just as important as what you say, and when Obama says, “I am not a dictator”, the way he says it is, “Darn! I’m not a dictator, but I will be soon, you blind idiots”.
And he will be. It makes me super nauseous that we are paying more taxes, and higher taxes. We are going to be taxed into complete poverty. And that is just what Obama wants. That is his way of destroying our country, that was once the most powerful nation on earth before he squatted in the White House, now he has squatters rights.
