HOUSTON (AP) — Republican Mitt Romney will tell black voters during a speech to the NAACP that backing him for president is in the best interest of their families.
The presumptive GOP nominee on Wednesday will tell the civil rights organization’s annual convention in Houston that his economic plans will lift people out of poverty and help keep people from becoming poor.
