The Virginia Democrats have taken yet another blow to their sagging image.
This time, Albemarle County Supervisor Christopher Dumler has been charged with forcibly sodomizing a woman he reportedly knows. The attack took place on October 4. On October 18, the 27-year old lawyer and Eagle Scout, who is also a JAG captain in the Army Reserve, was arrested. The rising star in the Virginia Democrat Party has been slapped with a “forcible sodomy” charge that could send him to prison for up to 40 years. The wording of the arrest warrant included this damning language: “[Dumler] performed anal intercourse against the victim’s will by force, threat or intimidation.”
Dumler was released on $50,000 bail and ordered to return to court at 9:30 on December 13, 2012 for his next hearing.
While local authorities insist that Dumler will be treated no better than anyone else charged with the same crime, his October 18 hearing was conducted via video teleconferencing. According to published reports, he was represented by two women, one of whom identified herself as Dumler’s live-in girlfriend who stated that she has known Dumler since August of 2012 and has no reason to believe he has a criminal record.
A 2009 University of Virginia Law School graduate, the Democrat County Supervisor works for the Charlottesville law firm of K. Andrew Sneathern, whom Dumler has hired as his defense counsel in this matter.
Dumler’s status as a Democrat official of course precludes any talk of him stepping down from his County Supervisor’s position even temporarily. There are no reports of female coworkers resigning in protest of his continued presence among them; and in fact, there was the usual Democrat line about “innocent until proved innocent”, which is always denied to Republicans finding themselves in similar circumstances.
An Albemarle County Spokeswoman said that “As long as he remains in the role, he certainly would be able to vote on issues that came before the board.” Just the same as any Republican would – right?
Dumler lists the Sexual Assault Resource Agency among his favorite charities. Isn’t that so Democrat?

Yep, they are one moral group. No morals, no ethics and allowed to remain in the position? Come on, Virginians, kick his sorry butt out as he deserves. No feelings for the victim apparently, either. Scumbags, all.
It appears that he has a similar problem as does Bill Clinton, they both have a difficult time keeping it in their pants. Bill Clinton is a sexual pervert and it amazes me how much people tend to look up to him. Democrats seem to have that problem as did both Jack and Bobbie Kennedy, as a matter of fact Ted Kennedy also had an over active sexual drive.
I personally believe that Democrats all have a mental illness and they have a difficult time distinguishing between the truth and lies.
Hopefully this will derail this Demoncrap “rising star” from ever doing damage to our country in the future. As cruel as it sounds, the death of Mary Jo Kopechne probably saved America from the destructiveness of a Ted Kennedy preisdency. The serial woman abuser Bill Clinton could have been stopped had any one of his victims stood up forcefully before he was being toatally protected by Democrap operatives. And they accuse Republicans initiating a “war on women.”
