Gov. Rick Perry will unveil an economic plan today that he hopes will revive the economy as well as his campaign, but in an interview prior to his speech, he returned to the birther issue which arose over the weekend.
“Look I haven’t seen his, I haven’t seen his grades. My grades ended up on the front page of the newspaper, so let’s you know, if we’re going to show stuff, let’s show stuff, but look that’s all a distraction, I mean I get it. I’m really not worried about the president’s birth certificate. It’s fun to poke at him a little bit and say ‘Hey, how about let’s see your grades and your birth certificate,” Perry said in an interview with CNBC’s John Harwood Monday night.
Over the weekend, Perry opened speculation over the birther topic when he did not give a direct answer about where he stands on the issue.
“I have no reason to think otherwise,” Perry said of President Obama’s birth place in an interview with Parade Magazine published Sunday. Perry said the topic of Obama’s birth certificate arose during a dinner last month with Donald Trump, who led the crusade to force Obama to unveil his birth certificate.
But when asked what Perry believed about it, he said: ”I don’t have any idea. It doesn’t matter. He’s the president of the United States. He’s elected. It’s a distractive issue.”

It does matter Rick Perry. He's passing all these illegal laws without congress, and he's a fraud in the whitehouse. I had my daughter put the whitehouse.gov document in her Adobe Illustrator and you can see the layers where it's manipulated. A scan of the document would have no layers or places that show it's manipulated. She voted for Obama in 2008, but not this time around.

Obama is a Kenyan. His grandmother saw him born in Kenya. He was going into Indonesia on that Kenyan passport when American citizens were not allowed into the country. He thinks we are all sheep and will just believe anything he says. He does not know America but he will before this is all over.

The polls will soar with support out shear joy that someone has the guts to tell the truth. Policy for Perry isn't the best, but the knockout punch before the election must take place NOW. We have little time to rise up and demand this treasonous liar be arrested and prosecuted for crimes against "we the people".

I hope Perry pushes this regularly. He is right, his grades showed up within minutes of his announcing his candidacy, yet here we are, three years into the presidency of Obozo,still looking for his records…any records! To quote my old granny, what's good for the goose is good for the gander, so let's see what you've got Obozo. Maybe he contracted stupidity from Dumb-as-Dirt Donald John Trump during their dinner, or from Bachmann or Santorum, who have accepted Obama's claimed genetic heritage and U.S. citizenship without reviewing official and scientific evidence.
Thorough official investigation would show that Obama was born in the U.S. to two U.S. citizen parents, neither of them Negro. The gutless RINOs in the U.S. house are afraid to subpoena his vital records and DNA because they have swallowed the hoax that he is the son of a black man, but investigation would show he is not. The black man shown as his "father" on his amended birth certificate, which Obama trotted out as his original birth certificate on 27 April 2011, was his ADOPTIVE father. His birth parents were probably Stanley Armour Dunham and a native Hawai'ian mother, from whom Obama inherits his warm mahogany complexion. Only his actual vital records, confirmed by DNA analysis, will show for sure.
Moreover, investigation of the Indonesian connection would show a serious question whether Obama lost U.S. citizenship by acquiring and exercising Indonesian citizenship.
Naturalization as a foreign citizen is a potentially expatriating act. As the State Department has noted:
POTENTIALLY EXPATRIATING ACTS
Section 349 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1481), as amended, states that U.S. citizens are subject to loss of citizenship if they perform certain specified acts voluntarily and with the intention to relinquish U.S. citizenship. Briefly stated, these acts include:
1. obtaining naturalization in a foreign state (Sec. 349 (a) (1) INA);
2. taking an oath, affirmation or other formal declaration to a foreign state or its political subdivisions (Sec. 349 (a) (2) INA);
3. entering or serving in the armed forces of a foreign state engaged in
hostilities against the U.S. or serving as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer in the armed
forces of a foreign state (Sec. 349 (a) (3) INA);
4. accepting employment with a foreign government if (a) one
has the nationality of that foreign state or (b) an oath or declaration of allegiance is required in accepting the position (Sec. 349 (a) (4) INA);
5. formally renouncing U.S. citizenship before a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer outside the United States (Sec. 349 (a) (5) INA);
6. formally renouncing U.S. citizenship within the U.S. (but only under strict, narrow statutory conditions) (Sec. 349 (a) (6) INA);
7. conviction for an act of treason (Sec. 349 (a) (7) INA).
ADMINISTRATIVE STANDARD OF EVIDENCE
As already noted, the actions listed above can cause loss of U.S. citizenship only if performed voluntarily and with the intention of relinquishing U.S. citizenship. The Department has a uniform administrative standard of evidence based on the premise that U.S. citizens intend to retain United States citizenship when they obtain naturalization in a foreign state, subscribe to a declaration of allegiance to a foreign state, serve in the armed forces of a foreign state not engaged in hostilities with the United States, or accept non-policy level employment with a foreign government.

Obama's volition and intent are factual issues that require extensive evidence-taking and legal and factual analysis and debate. Obama seems to believe (perhaps wrongly) that the issue would be resolved in favor of a voluntary relinquishment of U.S. citizenship, for he has almost certainly made criminal and seditious bargains to conceal his Indonesian citizenship. His obstruction of justice, however, is impeachable conduct, whether or not he is found to have relinquished American citizenship.
If Obama relinquished his U.S. citizenship, he lost his constitutional eligibility. He can't be a natural born U.S. citizen if he is no longer a U.S. citizen at all, even if he was a natural born U.S. citizen at birth, as his original birth certificate will show.
Congressional investigation is perilously overdue. If it is not initiated very soon, Obama will fool us again and rob us of our Republic.
The Republicans committed a fatal error by not taking care of Obama first before fighting among themselves and making stupid, unsubstantiated statements like Rick Perry's "He's the president of the United States." Not if he lost U.S. citizenship. He can't be a natural born U.S. citizen if he's not a U.S. citizen at all, even if he was a natural born U.S. citizen at birth. Where is the Republican who can get his mind around this matter?
There is not enough publicly available evidence to prove or disprove Obama's eligibility. Official investigation is absolutely essential to resolve this issue, and others, such as election fraud by pretending to be half-Negro, obstruction of justice by concealing evidence of his Indonesian citizenship, and his true allegiance, which is probably to the Comintern. If Republicans can't get the facts on Obama – and this can only be done by official subpoenae and search warrants in the investigation of election fraud and constitutional eligibility – they can kiss the White House, and probably the Republic, goodbye.

It doesn't matter where Obama was born, his father was not an American citizen! His father would have to have been a naturalized citizen of the US at the age of , I think 14 and living in the US or on US territory at that time, to have BO elligible as a natural born citizen. He is not and can never be an natural born American citizen! That is the reason why he is trying to keep all of his records sealed. There is no right to privacy when the job he sought requires you to have a valid birth certificate. I let my driver's license expire in my state and had to produce my birth certificate to get it renewed. If I had to produce a valid birth certificate for reinstating my driver's license that I have had for more than forty years, BO should have to produce his.
You are so right. Obama is thumbing his nose at America and American citizens. By doing this, he has created a monkey see monkey do society. We can only hope that someday he I'll be brought to court over the whole fiasco he has created in our country. He is a very poor example for our country's people.
Rick Perry – I could accept that like any other human that you had made some mistakes and have apologized or need to apologize for those failures.
But when you adamantly declare “It's a distractive issue” and “It doesn't matter” regarding very concerned citizens about the actual eligibility of the current occupier of the White House as defined in the Constitution of The United States, you show your blatant disregard for all US citizens!
I must now apologize to my fellow citizens for my naivete in possibly supporting you as the GOP candidate for President. This episode shows me that you have almost as much contempt for the US Constitution as BHO himself. The last thing we need is another politician trying to 'PROGRESS' us away from the standards of our Founding Fathers!
