The latest news about Obama's older brother, a Kenyan resident, possessing a valid Social Security Card is why and how did he obtain it.. Roy, was recently questioned for a website named the Barack H. Obama Fund , which was operating in the USA with the aid of his USA friends, but was not registered. That was quickly remedied within one month's time, from application to being granted. The website is now registered with a tax free exemption. I never knew the Government could move so fast, they must have been motivated. Now we know two illegals related to Obama have valid Social Security Cards..

As I remember some the past articles on this illegal alien, one of the Chicago newspapers also referred to Obama as being Kenyan born. I wonder how they got it so right then, but failed to notice this problem when the Socialist Democrats wanted him as their president? That is a rhetorical question, and we all know the answer to that one. My gripe is why our do-nothing Congress sits on their useless butts and do nothing to prevent our destruction. We should be hearing loud shouting and anger throughout the halls of Congress, and for live television to be showing us this action. Once again, the citizens of the United States are being played for fools.
We need more like you, Rep. King. I hope you or one of your staff can read this.
How's this for an idea? Make entering this country illegally a felony. Make the fine $2500 plus one year in Federal prison. Make this the same on overstayed VISAs. If drugs are involved, triple the fine. Then, apply this to all the illegal aliens in this country now. Leave or if you get caught, the fine will apply them. Maybe, just maybe, this will take the place of a fence that is costly and doesn’t seem to work all that well. The other thing is this birthright citizenship. We MUST know through Congress or the Supreme Court if indeed a child born to an illegal alien is a U.S. citizen. I say they are not. If not, then, how do we REVOKE the birth certificates already issued. Boy, can you see the problems with this illegal immigration? Maybe Congress should allow states to enforce immigration laws, or at least a few. When is enough going to be enough? Tell me!

"natural born citizen" —both parents must be born in the U.S.. The framers had to grandfather themselves in because under the requirement the framers themselves could not qualify. Obama.s father was not born in the good ole USA and therefore Obama does not qualify.
Being born in the US doesn't make anyone a citizen – it's why those people who come to the US to give birth do not qualify. At least one of your parents must be a US citizen. A baby born to US citizens abroad (for instance, Germany) is a US citizen, but is not a citizen of Germany.

Why is Congress wasting time on the uncle when Obama is not "natural born" and can be invalidated simply by forcitn Rep. Issa to investigate Obama and "natural born" as he promised to do during his campaign last fall, bu, of curse, has not done it. Why waste time on someone so inconsequential, when America can be brught back and recovered quickly by getting rid of Obama easily (If Congress has the guts)! I agree w/everything Congressman king has to say. I am sick and tired of having all of these "no good" lazy, ignorant people using this country like they have nothing to reproach themselves.
