This Georgia decision is a disappointment, but doesn’t end the battle. Many more states will have to answer this question and each different jurisdictions has different rules that will guide these decisions.

No! It is NOT a disappointment. It is a DISGRACE!! This judge has literally ruled that ANYONE from ANY NATION can fly to the US, drop a kid in a hospital–or at least CLAIM to–head back to their home country and then take over the White House as an enemy conspirator 35 years later.
In short, the Constitution is no longer the law of the land.
Your favorite team not winning is a disappointment. The Georgia judge and his ruling are God damned DISGRACES.
Georgia is a good state and you don’t have to show up for court for anything just like Obama. I wouldn’t hire an attorney either. We the people can play that game too. Dishonorable so called Judge Malihi is one of the communist taking over America for Soro’s socialist pigs. The gangster type government have all the judges hand tied and threaten body harn I guess. We the people need to revolt with a uprising to the politicians, judges,and elections officials for treason against we the people of the United States. We the people are 250 million strong against 100 million treasonist running this country like a dictotship for the communist cause.
Perhaps this judge as many others that have ruled for Obama’s Alinsky tactics have been threatened harm to themselves and their families. We all know that the Marxist Regime is capable of anything to succeed in destroying a country in order to gain the power as a Dictator. We do not have Leaders that would take a bullet for our country or our people like those that lead and fought for our Freedoms . Unfortunately if we are going to turn this train around and start to re-build our country to what our Founders and Constitution intended for “We the People” and the United States “We the People” are going to have to change our thinking drastically! First we are going to have to realize where we have gone wrong for decades: We have blindly voted for a party “R” or “D” a very huge mistake. There is not a hairs width difference in the “R” and “D” they have both taken away our Liberties and circumvented the Constitution with Executive Orders. There is only one Party that truly believes and follows tOur Constitution and that is the Libertarian Partay. Research the Party don’t take my word for it. What the Republicans, Democrats and the Media spew about those that want our leaders to follow the Constitution is miss-leading, and down right falsehoods. Those in the Libertarian Party have not explained some of those falsehoods very well. Like making drugs legal: The R and D do not say ” Every Citizen should have the right(Per the Constitution) to have free choices of their Person. We do not need the Federal Government telling us what to eat, what to think, how to treat others, what to purchase, what to teach our children, how many children we can have, What our farmers can plant, on and on . When Alcohol was made legal did every American start drinking and become an alcohol? Does any thinking responsible American really believe that every American will start trying drugs? I think Not! We must get people in our local, state, and Federal positions that will allow “We the People” to be responsible for ourselves we are not a flock of geese, a herd of cattle, or any other animal. Alinsky and the Marxist Manifesto is exactly what Obama is following . Not our United States Constitution and the “R’s” and ‘D’s ” have been making appointments of judges that they can control not judges that think for themselves and will follow the constitution when making a ruling that might upset one of the DEAR LEADERS. and a few new names are added to the list of traitors who have committed high treason against ………….
