Our elected officials for some unknown reason are practicing law warfare on the People. Let me explain. Everyone understands that it is treason as defined under Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution if you take up arms against the government…actually the language reads “them” not government. So who are them? In any event, when a law maker, someone who swears an oath to support and defend the Constitution facilitates the passage of an unconstitutional law, this law maker is making war on the People. Indefinite detention is perhaps the most egregious example of law warfare being made against the People and the Republic. President Obama, as Commander in Chief, has a special “duty” to safeguard the Republic. However, he signed the NDAA, as well as, numerous Executive Orders, that in effect makes war on the Republic and the People thereof. This is precisely why the People have the 2nd Amendment. Google Federalist papers 29 and 46.
History appears to be repeating itself with the formation of a tyrannical Federal Government supported by all three branches of
Government. However, real power can not surpass the powers of the people if the people have the means to
fight back. A tipping point must occur that would give the Government the support it needs to confiscate
weapons. I for one do not believe that the Auroa, Colorado shooter acted alone. In fact, I think he was handled.
Where is the next tipping point? Who knows. But, rest assured it will follow the Connecticut shootings soon.
Finally, one must ask, is it treason as defined under Article 3, Section 3 to take up arms to restore the Republic when
the Three Branches of Government are acting in unison to make war on the People? One needs to contemplate
if charges of treason can be brought against a political party too. We live in perilous times. For know, I pray. I pray
for peace and hope that the Lord does not forsake us. I am an Oathkeeper. I will never stop defending the Republic.

RINO Senator John McCain, co-authored the NDAA along with his Democrat buddy Senator Carl Levine, McCain needs to be removed from the Senate, his mind is obviously not completely there.
My point is that Senator McCain and Senator Levine not only violated their oath to support and defend the Republic, but they took direct action to make war on the People. We, the People, are the Republic. Much to my chagrin, Americans are silent on the loss of liberty that McCain and Levine snatched away from them in the wee hours of the night. But, the light of their treachery shines brite today. Were is the outrage? I would add, where are the leaders of the Christian Churches too?
Christian leaders are complicit in all of this. Consider the National Council of Churches. Its predecessor was the Federal Council of Churches which was a commie front organization. The National Council of Churches is one of the 4 components of the uber greenie National Religious Partnership for the Environment. All of this is aimed at World Governance of the treacherous Agenda 21. The NDAA/indefinite detention fits with all of this.
Every congressman who voted FOR this bill should be tried for TREASON! McCain is obviously senile and needs to be removed before he embarasses himself any further!
Mc Cain Shumer, Reaid, Pig losy and the communist muslin in the White Hous needs to be arrested , tried and hung as traitors to our country.. Neighborhoods you need to unite so when the police and the military come to confiscate your guns you can all come together and make them earn everyone they steal.
Even Rep Scott from SC ..now the Senator from SC… voted FOR the NDAA and the extension of the Patriot Act. He claims to be a TEA party Republican. But from what I can read…he is no better than a RINO!
You didn’t listen to Rand’s speech. He said this clause wasn’t in the original bill but was changed when it went to conference. I’m not sure what that means but about a year ago Obama signed an Executive Order that included that clause saying he would never use it but he wanted the ability to use it just in case it was needed. I believe that like I believe pigs can fly.
Cannot fill the Fema Camps without this!
I brought up the FEMA camps in a post not that long ago and how the President wanted to fill them all and they are going to be worse than the ones during the wars. My cousin was a POW in the 2nd world war and what he came home looking like is beyond word. When I said that about the FEMA camps I got reply’s telling me I needed to go take my medication, that I didn’t know what I was talking about, that I should go back to the hospital I escaped from so glad to see someone actually knows what those FEMA camps are for and can be used for. I don’t know how stupid as to believe that Obama is going to do anything for the people but he will for his Muslim and other hate groups. Our government is nothing but a panel of weak, men with no balls and will not stand up to the gay illegal self appointed American hating Muslim. They treat him like he is a God.
This is about two years old . And , Hussein got it by ” Executive powers ” , as it didn’t pass the Congress . The only way that McCain voted for it , was from W.Bush , as he came up with it , for ” war crimes ” against the U.S. . That’s where Hussein made his laws . By expanding that law . Besides , when ever did Hussein use the Constitution ?
The indefinite detention clause is renewed annually. Making indefinite detention illegal was defeated in the House and Senate. Obama will sign the National Defense Authorization Act with the Indefinite Detention Clause in tact. IDD is treason make no mistake about it. I am not party particular. I am a Constitutional Conservative.
Arrest the senators that took out the constitutional amendment for a right to speedy trial and legal council, and give them nothing and see how it is
You are correct that all those involved in making war on the Republic by passing this law are guilty of violating their oath to support and defend the Constitution, as well as, treason. So, how do we organize to effect their arrest and detention? Should we call on all Patriots to march on Washington with their 2nd Amendment equipment to arrest these traitors? Can we muster up a million man/women armed citizens to protest the violation of our Constitution? This is violence by law warfare against the Republic. Given the fact that corruption in our election process exists, what are the people to do? Talk is good, but it has little effect on our corrupt politicians who’ve sold us out.
Everyone is correct. Beginning with Rand Paul saying this is a travesty. As is just about every other bill and executive order this jerk has signed. But…..it’s all part of the puzzle. The one that will eventually lead some to the FEMA Camps, and others to be killed, while the little ones will be turned into “brown shirts”. Why are there camps? Why did they order all of that ammunition? (Hollow points are not used for practice ovomit, so we are not stupid, you are!) Why are they allowed to track and trace our every movement? Listen in on our conversations? They are just “readying” their list as to who will go where, and when. For warchief65, yes, it has been signed previously. BUT…..only for during times of war.
